My husband and I spent a night here. Every single person was so nice from the minute we walked in! Spent time upstairs at the bar before a show a few blocks away. Both dinner and breakfast were superb! And the signature cocktails! Excellent!

Lovely stay at The Darling. I really like this hotel, especially with secure, gated parking for my classic car. I always stay at The Darling when I pass through Visalia.

The Darling Hotel was FABULOUS!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable and well decorated. We were just disappointed that we couldn’t stay longer. Several great food options within walking distance. We would definitely come back and stay again at the Darling Hotel.

The hotel personnel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We had a couple of issues and they were able to help and quickly respond and resolve the issues. A beautiful and unique hotel experience with the 1930s art deco decorations. The restaurant was excellent also.

The building is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and the restaurant is fabulous. The only issue I had was there some work being done in the room next to me and they started the work about 6:45 in the morning one morning what was there. Other than that, this hotel is fabulous. It’s right downtown where everything is walking distance.

Mostly the darling was fantastic. I woke up and went to take a shower and there was what looked like feces on the hand towel. Meanwhile there are multiple suggestions IN THE ROOM asking you to leave a tip for the cleaning team. My room was not cleaned properly and there were hairs on the pillows almost like they didn’t swap em

Absolutely darling! A perfect hotel just off of the main street where restaurants and shopping are abundant! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff and a fab restaurant on the roof. No complaints at all! Just perfect!

Stunning Hotel. Superb building for architecture and made for huge ceiling spacious cool rooms. Awesome top floor terrace restaurant bar and breakfast area. Friendly staff, close to the centre of Visilia - we would defnitely recommend a stay here

The hotel is beautiful and so nice. The room was spacious and so nicely decorated and clean. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was great. Dining on the roof and watching the sunset was really enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again. The gate around the parking lot helped us feel very safe. I just wouldn’t feel safe walking to far from the hotel day or night. The area about a block or so away wasn’t at all what you would expect near such a nice upscale hotel.

I like the gated parking. Staff are helpful and nice. I like the comfy beds. But, the room is small. The shower head sprayed everywhere. So we used the hand held which is only a bit better. They gave us complimentary water everyday.

The Darling is a very beautifull hotel and very well located. Rooms are very large and comfortable. The only problem is some of them are street facing and the noise is very high. We had this issue with our room, bit thanks to Justin we spent a good relaxed time, because he helped us to find another room. He has been bery kind.

It was a little warm in the rooms which made it harder to sleep. They do have AC and they did cool off, it just took a little while. Otherwise the rooms were beautiful, clean, and it’s in a great location.

This is one of the best properties I have ever booked!! The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. Parking is safe and secure. The facilities are so clean and beautiful. Restaurants and shopping are easily reached by foot in under five minutes, and the proximity to the Sequoia National Park is perfect! We stayed in the Executive Suite, and it is gorgeous!!!! 10/10 highly recommend the Darling Hotel!!

In the heart of Visalia's vibrant downtown. We walked to all the fun shops, pubs and entertainment. Then to stay at the Darling to be pampered in luxury and comfort. A charming get away!

The room was stunning. Just beautiful. What a Suite should be. I still think about that amazing tub. The only downside is their room service is tied to the rooftop restaurant so if they're closed (like on Tuesdays) they can't get you anything, even cutlery & there's not a lot of options in the nearby area which is disappointing.
