The hotel was not clean. The carpet had a bad odor. The was hair all over . The shower had low water pressure. The sheets were dingy/ dirty. Not worth the price for the stay.

Just disappointed over all just booked this hotel few weeks ago based on pool choice to get there for them to tell me pools been closed for 5 months but oh opened for bit last week it’s in our website —- I don’t go on website I book through hotel app ——- if pool closed for 5 months shouldn’t even show

Great staff. Big room and close to parking where can leave the car and take the bus to NYC. Complete breakfast Only negatives points is the humidity of the room... weird smell everytime we came back and the pool was not working :(. Very good over all. I'd go back anytime if i need to.

Property was absolutely beautiful and I had a great experience. Only problem I have is that they are advertising a pool that has been closed for the past 4 months. Which is very disappointing because I paid a lot of money for a swimming experience as well and didn’t get it. They should take out that they have a pool because that is very much false advertisement.

Stopped for an overnight during a road trip with my wife and our dog. Overall, we were happy with the Home2Suites and would book again. Room was clean, staff we interacted with were nice. I was not happy that we were charged a $75 pet fee when the Expedia listing for this hotel says the pet fee is $50. Had I known the fee was that high, it would have factored into my decision to book here.

Overall, good place to stay for a night. The room was very spacious and in great shape. The hotel is blocked in by highways and there is any easy way to walk to a restaurant or shop of any kind. The pool was closed for maintenance, which wasn't advertised on Expedia and was very disappointing. Breakfast was decent.

Bathroom did not have lock & when informed the staffs were rude . Inspite it’s a family privacy is a bathroom is once’s right & the staffs were not good toprovvide us a change of room .i won’t recommend this place to anyone

When we went in for a late check in, the night clerk couldn't find our reservation. He had our old one and assumed we were a no show and gave up our room. He charged us an extra night stay on top of what we pre-paid. When we talked to the manager, she was very courteous and understanding. But she made US contact hotels.com for THEIR mistake. So i contacted them, they tried to call the hotel 3 times and emailed. I asked off for the extra night we were charged - ended up getting my entire refund. We weren't the only ones experiencing problems with our reservation so either their system needs updating or they need to re-train their staff. Breakfast is awful. Literally frozen sausage and re-wrapped Thomas bagels. Fruit by front desk always old and bruised. Silverware covered in fingerprints and no soap for dishwasher. A/C confusing because no matter what, always sweltering in the bedroom and freezing in the living room.

Pool was closed and this was the only reason we booked, no mention of this on hotels.com Couldnt sleep due to noise from room above called to complain 3 times but nothing was done

I had an unexpected family tragedy and I met Jamie when I checked in at the front desk. She was amazing she went above and beyond what she should have and was so genuine. . I felt guilty because I did not want to bother her with extending my stay so i could be by my mothers bedside as she transitioned but Jamie insisted that i was not a problem and everyday that i saw her she comforted me. I wish more hotels had employees like her. Thank you so much , I dont think i could have made it through without her support. The rest of the front desk staff was amazing as well. Thank you so much!

There is nothing that you wouldn't like. Ill definitely come back.

It is a really nice and clean hotel. The rooms are large for the area and comfortable. The only complaint is that the area is not walkable at all, so unless you have a car with you then you are stuck or Ubering everywhere.

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this hotel when in town to attend to family business. The hotel is very clean and well-equipped, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel is in a good location for my needs. I worked out in the gym and while I didn't eat the free breakfast, it did smell amazing. I was able to check in early, which was appreciated. My room was very clean and comfortable and I like that I was able to log into my Netflix account. I'll be back next year for my annual trip.

From the moment we stepped in ot was a 5 star plus experience. 1st was my accomadation of the room in which they immediately resolved. 2nd was my son misplaced his portable game system in which one of the staff members found and turned it in. The staff remembered and it was turned into us the following day. We stayed an extra day just because of the service we received and the friendliness of the entire staff from the front desk person, the building engineer who took me to the room to check for the Nintendo, the maid who also checked for us and to the manager on duty for the upgrade also to the staff member who found it for my son. I can't say enough about the customer service here. The rooms were great and breakfast good as well. Next time im near I know where to stay. Thank you all for making this experience a great one and one to remember. Only regret i have is that i dont have the names of everyone that helped and this experience a great one. Just wasn't fair just to name the 3 i remembered but once again Thanks to the entire staff that worked this weekend.
