Really rather disappointing. We booked with Hotels.com VIP access, but no acknowledgement from the hotel. No room upgrade …. even with plenty of availability. The dining offer at the hotel was pretty uninspiring, so we went out. At breakfast, I was asked to pay …. and had to (twice) point out that we had paid during the booking process. The car parking was not simple. Access is pretty tricky (but we are in Kaleici). Then they hold our car keys in reception. But, when we were ready to leave, they had moved our car, to accommodate another, so that we couldn’t get out …. but they had failed to hold the keys for that vehicle, so we were boxed in for ?30 minutes. Weird. Generally, the staff didn’t seem to be on top of things.

Great location. Friendly service. Personal check in and out. Chalet style room. Two issues. The room was noisy with poor window sound damping. It’s a lively area with nightclubs so if you don’t want to hear thumping house music until 2am consider somewhere else. Also air con was rubbish and just stopped at 12 midnight for no reason and couldn’t be restarted.

Great location, located in the old town. Lovely setting with courtyard and pool. The breakfast was fantastic. Friendly helpful staff.
Highly recommended. The hotel is built on top of Roman ruins. Guests can have private tours if requested.

Beautiful hotel with history, great services. Needs daily water and coffee, tea in the rooms. Perfect location. But pretty noisy from the bar next to the hotel, ear plugs needed.

I was there with my girlfriend and met her brother. I was a very lovely stay, visiting the old town. Thank you

Everything was perfect. I only missed some sweets at breakfast.

Such a lovely stay. The staff are so attentive and the rooms are clean. Love the authenticity of the space and the pool was gorgeous. The food was also very nice.

You really can’t beat the location. Step outside and you’re right in the heart of the city, but it’s quiet at night and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Parking can be difficult. The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Other than that, its an incredible hotel with an amazing collection of ruins right underneath it!

Wonderful calm Ottoman oasis tucked in within Antalyas old town with luxury features such as bathroom and wonderul sumptuous matress and soft light down duvet for a relaxing cool.nights sleep.
Gorgeous shimmering large pool and a wonderful brealfast with an array of lovely products served in a decadant breakfast room
The best thing about this place was the reception staff and Balan in particular went out of his way in a calm manner to help me out after I had an issue with my flight so I could remain on the premises after check out which they arranged to be later. Incredible kind service by a lovely person. He is a credit to the hotel.
2 small points ~
On hotels website it mentions airport shuttle. There isnt one assigned to this hotel.in particular and they call a driver to be paid for in cash. The initial price quoted was almost double that of a taxi you can get plentifully within 2 minutes walk. However price was negotiable.
I asked for an overflowing ashtray and dirty glasses belonging to someone else to be removed from the patio next to my room when I checked in, but it was all still there the next day. In the end, I moved them.and cleaned the table myself so I could use it. Not a deal breaker
I'd stay here in a heartbeat again it was really wonderful...and I will

Location and service was outstanding. At first we had planned to stay only 3 nights, but loved it so much we stayed another 3 nights.
The hotel itself, the locale, and everything about Old Town Antalya, made it a wonderful vacation.

It was a great location.
We went for a short break and everything was nearby. Food was great in and outside the hotel. The breakfast was okay.
I am Muslim so having a very small but nice Mosque at the back was great.

The restaurant next door has live entertainment until midnight. Very loud. But I would stay there again.

It was a surprise to walk into the courtyard of this lovely hotel. They had discovered ruins below the hotel during the pool construction.
The staff were wonderful. They covered us with blankets during dinner and put a heater by our legs when we got chilled sitting out doors.
Close to the Hadrian Gate and lots of stores nearby.

RuinAdalia is truly an oasis in the heart of Antalya's historic Kulesi old-town. Set within the narrow ally-ways of dense-shopping quarters, cafes, and restaurants, you are greeted by a vast square featuring unique, Ottoman-styled buildings surrounding a beautiful garden and court-yard, well-appointed outdoor bar with indoor/outdoor seating, and a heated pool.
The hotel is truly a unique paradise, marrying historic charm with modern luxury.
Client service and amenities were generally high-quality. The day manager, Varol, went above and beyond to successfully coordinate our requests, including car rental, dinner reservations, and a very early check-out. Our only feedback was irregular replenishment of water bottles and no access to an iron/ironing board.
Further, it should be noted, with the rooms facing the beautiful interior court-yard, the external views are of the Kulesi ally-ways, which although charming, may not provide privacy for ground-floor visitors.
We genuinely enjoyed our stay at RuinAdalia; a unique paradise set in the heart of beautiful Antalya.

Beautiful hotel, lovely pool area, extremely helpful staff, perfect location, interesting history.

You could have better option with this price. Hotel facilities old (unless you are obsessed with this antique style). There is a ‘museum’ under the hotel but not opened even to hotel residents. You need to ask them to open the door. Most Staff we met were not friendly.

We stayed for 1 night only , it was our first time to stay in RuinAdalia and we were upgraded to a better room. The staffs everywhere were helpful and very attentive to our needs. The room is spacious and clean and the view from the 2nd floor is amazing. We had a late dinner in the restaurant, food were tasty with reasonable price. Will definitely be back soon.

Wonderful small Hotel with a heated, and very clean pool. Great position, right in the Old Town very secure, with someone always at the door entrance. Beautiful kept gardens. We looked but could find no nicer Hotel in the area. The general staff were amazing & very friendly, however the Manager never once acknowledged us, or asked about our stay. This may be due to a language barrier?. Beautiful room with seating area and a fridge, bathroom a bit tired. Generally quiet, there was loud music in the area but nothing the Hotel could do anything about. We didn't have breakfast but did eat dinner there 3 nights and the food was good but could have been hotter. Food & drinks a reasonable price. Limited amount of sunbeds and after paying a lot of money to stay there, annoyed to find two of the beds taken up for our last 2 days by non residents, so they were none available when we returned for a swim. Cushions on sunbeds need replacing. The ruins underneath the Hotel, were amazing and we were very kindly shown them and given a guided tour.

Disappointed with the Wi-Fi going down for 3 days, no hot water on my last day.
Breakfast starts very late at 8am and pool bar opens late also at 9am

This hotel is so much more than a hotel. It’s a landmark with its own museum. Built on top of Byzantine ruins the hotel has gracefully bridged the distant past to the present day. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. We were welcomed warmly from the moment we walked in and the hospitality of the entire staff left us yearning to return.

I stayed in this hotell few times before and the only let down was the service. Hotel irself is beautifully presented and old town location is great. Unfortunately restaurant staff and the service is far away ftom what i would expect from 5 stars hotel. Receptionist on the evening shift was just horrid. Zero awareness and very lazy unhelpful attitude. Theres a laid back attitude and there's arrogant behaviour. Restaurant staff is just plain lazy and not interested. When asked to order a meal at 22.15 i was refused even though the kitchen closes at 22.30. In the afternnoon i requested strawberry milskshake and i was met with unhappy face of the waitress who was making strange comments and face's. When i confronted her about it asking her directly what was the problem she replied she suddenly couldn't understand English. When i spoke to the waiter he was arrogdnt and evasive. I told them directly that they shall stayed at home or look for another job cause clearly they hated what they do here. Really unpleasant and unnecessary experience. Considering the holtel is not fully booked the staff shall make good impressions instead of converting it to a horrible place to stay. When my local friend wanted to drop by to see me at night just for a minute, i was told i need to pay £40 for him to get permission to let him in. I forgot to mention the receptionist didnt answer mu calls hence i had to walk to reception myself to meet him sleeping in the waiting room on a sofa.

Beautiful maintained proprty, quite tranquil set in the middle of the old town. Rooms, pool, gardens and setting is stunning. Breakfast lacked variety compared to many other places we have stayed in through Turkey. We felt the hotel lacked warmth and service at Reception to other places we stayed.

Great location and staff. It looks beautiful and peaceful right on town.

built over archeology is an amazing feature of this property, a guided tour by very informative staff take you below.
Riza and the staff look after you especially with breakfast and pool side food and drinks.
A nice touch is tea, coffee and water is provided free of charge around the pool.
The location is perfect for exploring all the local area, being mainly pedestrianised its easy to see all of Kaleici.
Great selection of bars restaurants all minutes away by foot.
Thank you Ruinadalia hotel you made our stay in Antalya perfect.

The pool area was lovely to relax in by the sun.

The property was very good. We would have liked the service to be better. On checkin we were given a rather cold reception by the staff. We were led to the room but no one cared about sharing any details on questions we asked such as places to visit nearby, how to connect to WiFi. When we asked about visiting the basement area that has the ruins we were told we could do that any time. However when we tried to make a visit in the evening we were told that the facility was closed. As a result we could not.

Right in the old town. Tricky to navigate in the old town/ walk streets- google map doesn’t recognize which street is close to pedestrian only. The staff can do more help on guiding guest with car to get out of the old town. It can be a little frustrating to drive around

Hotel is strategically located in the old part of Antalya , few minutes walk from Hadrian’s gate , the old bazar and the city center . 10 minutes from the Marina … we had an excellent 4 days stay in that district / With many shops / restaurants and tourist friendly services . Would stay in that area again

Wow, I have travelled non stop for the past two years and this was my favourite stay of all time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are OUTSTANDING, the attention we were shown just made our trip to Antalya so welcoming. The hotel is built on ruins just inside Hadrian’s Gate so you can walk to the sea, walk to town, the shopping and the restaurants are all so close. The restaurant on-site is fabulous! I had the cheese plate with wine daily, the staff even delivered it up to my deck and honestly waited on us hand and foot. Try the cheddar burger and the meatballs for dinner too! This is an adults only property which made the experience even better. The pool was never crowded with everyone showing each other respect when swimming. I honestly didn’t want to leave and I will make a point of coming back to Antalya just to visit this hotel again. I hope you get to experience it the way I did!

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Antalya old Town with great staff and services. We highly recommend.
