From the outside looks kind of questionable but the room was very clean well kept. Very pleased the manager said they're currently renovating all the rooms. Price was decent also. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing have to have cash for deposit and when checking out have to wait for them to check the room before they return your deposit other than that was very pleased

What a nightmare! They require a deposit of 50 in cash! Then no one is there before 7am to get your deposit back- then I was told I’d have to wait in lobby while they inspected my room. I NEVER in my life have had to deal with this! Young guy was nice who checked me in but then left - was gone from7-830. Tv wasn’t working, outside room was insanely loud! Horrible! And to hotels.com- don’t you vet who you have on your site??? So angry! Never ever stay here! You will be held prisoner! And the party out on the balconies?? I was in Greeley to visit my dad at the hospital. It wasn’t for fun- this place! I’m going to report them to the better business bureau! Outrageous!!! And thanks for nothing hotels.com!

The manager, Melinda, was a rude termagant. She constantly spoke over us while we tried to have a conversation. When asked to just listen a moment, she replies she "didnt have ro take this abusive conversation" and refused any further cldiscussion. When we later tried to get the information for higher management, she said "sure" and hung up on us. The other young lady was encountered was nice but still learning the position.

The first room they gave me on 100° day the air conditioner didn't work and there was some kind of broken speaker built into the wall. The second room they gave me was just fine and much better condition. The outside of the building was shabby and run down

The room was clean and adequate, with a slight, odd, not entirely unpleasant smell. Staff vanished after check-in and didn’t answer the phone. There was a kegger raging right outside my door until exactly 10:00, then everyone packed it up and went in their rooms. The cops chirped their siren in the parking lot at 5:00 AM, I did not get up to see why. Overall, not the most restful stay I’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst, either. I’ll likely stay here again, the price is right. Bring earplugs.

This isn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I will not be returning, though. The hotel did not look well-kept from the parking lot. The lady checking me in was a bit rude and unprofessional. A person in the hospitality industry should try to be a little hospitable. She talked like she didn't give a damn about anything. The entire building smelled of marijuana. It was as if guests were smoking marijuana in the parking lot, in their rooms, and in the hallways. The only thing good about the room was the bed. The bed was actually descent. The TV was tiny, furniture needed some improvement, and the cleanliness was debatable. I am glad I checked in late and left early. All I did was sleep. If i had to spend any time in this room for anything other than sleep, I probably would've been upset. If all you need to do is sleep or crash for a few hours, this might be a good deal at $77. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and search for another hotel.

This place needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Every segment needs attention. Property was probably built in the 1950’s, and requires major renovations. The positive is that it’s a 3 minute drive to UNC ball field.

The people who work here are so disrespectful, the rooms are so dirty I’ve seen with my own eyes the housekeepers drop towels outside on the dirty floor outside left them for awhile and then picked them up after and put the towels in the room for the next guest. Overall they could’ve been more respectful to their guest!

Ive rented a room periodically well over a month and had no problems. SOME rooms are not in perfect condition as theres wholes in doors/new and patched, extremely low pressured showers, toilet paper holders hanging, etc. Ive gotten falsely accused of damages and am no longer welcomed on premise..i recommend taking pictures of damges before stay or they will falsely accuse you and be extremely disrespectful.

My flight was late to arrive. I read that the office closed at 12 AM, so I drove as fast as possible and arrived at 11:50 PM and got chewed out by the desk clerk. She was pretty rude at first but, calmed down after I offered to find another hotel. The room was fairly clean but, needed some repairs. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. I won't stay again but, if you're looking save a few bucks this place is an OK option.

Train blew its whistle every 2 hours, Work crew that stays there partied until 2 am. Water pressure for shower was low. Room smell was overpowering with a deodorant of some sort. They have a"bribe" sign in office if you give a great review you get some sort of free gift.

Great location and super staff. Everything I needed! I was worried about trying this hotel since not a chain but it has good ratings. This hotel earned my business and I will use this hotel whenever in the area.

I wasn't looking for anything but clean, and that is what I got. Pleasantly pleased. There was some type of work being done around the parking, but each day when I got back from meetings late I was able to find a spot. So, clean and comfortable! I will be back next year.

When I got there the place was locked up and I was not able to check in. Tried calling, no answer. My wife had called ahead of time and the person had stated they would relay information to the next shift. Apparently, there was no next shift and yet no one said anything about getting there by a certain time. Will never book here again.

it seems like they have it a paint job, but u cant hide deterioation. clientele kept eyeing out my daughter and i creeping us out. no chain on door. loud street noise.

Room was good. No complaints on the room. My only complaint is we still have not received our deposit back. It has been over 7 days. I called the hotel and owner was not in. I was to receive a call back and have not heard from him/ her.

Front desk staff was rude. Room smelled awful. Breakfast was muffins, coffee, orange juice and breakfast sandwiches.
