The elevator had bits of trash/debris on floor upon arrival. The window blinds had on wand installed so we could not close them. The blinds were excessively dusty! The elevator had trash/debris on floor upon departure.

No coffee machine or amenities in room. Way too many pets allowed on property. Atmosphere not very fresh or clean. And beds not too comfortable.

They didn't have any amenities. What a amenities. They had an order for you to get new. You had to give old you had to pay for amenities. That was supposed to be free. The floor in my room had not been mocked. I wanna say in weeks it was so dirty or socks was dirty. They had cat hairs everywhere or dog hairs. Whoever was assigned to clean in the room did a half job the beds had stains. One I did the initial review to on how my check-in was the next day. I had the the since manager come, but even with her telling us that they would give us amenities free that they should have given. I ended up having to go and buy pots and pans. Paper plates spoons, knives, butter knives. Things that should have been in there because it was set up with a kitchen and it was supposed to have kitchen products for you to use. So I was very disappointed in that and the fact that the floor was filthy and it had cats and dog hairs in places it shouldn't have been.

Very clean hotel, from lobby to room/bathroom. My only issue was no toiletries in bathroom like shampoo and conditioner.

No curtains on window, just blinds, so on first floor people could see into room from outside. Bed not comfortable and creaked whenever you moved. Hallway outside room and entryway in room smelled like marijuana smoke.

While the room was clean, it was very noisy and there was a blinking light that went off all day and night and was very annoying as it lit up the room while trying to sleep. You could hear people walking above you and I could hear a couple fighting in the room next to me or in the hallway, I couldn’t tell which. The bed was on a metal frame and there was no cover over it. Maybe that’s the new look but it isn’t attractive. The price is affordable so I guess you get what you pay for. Also, when checking in, it felt like all the information I put in to book the room, was of no effect and I had to give it all over again which was time consuming at least the lady who checked me in was nice.

Out of all of the hotels I stayed at throughout my adult years with my disabled wife, most hotels version of a disability friendly bathroom would be some grab bars in the tub. This hotel’s bathroom had a wheelchair accessible shower. My late wife would have loved it. If you have someone who needs a wheelchair accessible bathroom then this hotel is for them.

WoodSprings was great for what they offer. Helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, laundry and gym. Close to everything Newnan had to offer. We stayed here for 23 days and it was comfortable.

Check In was easy, the receptionist was amazing. She was very accommodating and after having to switch hotels last minute due to issues at another hotel, she was a breath of fresh air. The hotel has everything you need on site and is quiet and clean!

This location had messy rooms, unfriendly staff, and allowed drinking and smoking in public areas. I was charged for housekeeping but they didn't provide me with fresh linens or towels. I also wasn't given a refund when I checked out earlier than expected.

Very noisy sounded like WWE wrestling going on above us . Halls smelled of weed ,some shady people coming and going would not stay there again

My check-in was good, the young lady who checked me was professional and nice. My hotel room was dirty - hair on the bed, floors, and bathroom. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were dirty on one side of the bed. I expressed my concerns at check out and was given the owners card to call and inform them of my experience.

Extremely disappointed! Constant noise in room above me with children running from the time I checked in until I left. Horrible noises above me and people constantly lurking outside my door with noises. This hotel has people who live there, therefore a guest like me wasn’t important. I reported the extremely loud noise and they said they would take care of it . They didn’t.
