We only stayed one quick night but the beds were surprisingly super comfortable. It was a bit dusty getting in, and I can imagine that at certain times of the day/year that it may be very hot or cold, but if you’re looking for upgraded camping, this is your spot!

Super comfortable glamping experience!

It is a very large, beautiful and above all quite cozy location in terms of its theme.

Very unique way to stay with 360 degree views, also convenient to Yellowstone National Park.

The location is great and the on-site staff, when they are there, it was very helpful and the beds were comfortable. Communicating when on site staff is not there was difficult and it Seems like the the off site personnel Do not really know how the property is run. Overall, I would probably not stay here again.

I read some of the reviews after booking and started to get nervous the closer it got to the trip. Once we arrived my wife and I were impressed. The location was peaceful. The tent was clean and so were the showers/bathrooms. The type of accommodations was better than the rustic cabins we have stayed in before. I would recommend this place if you want the camping experience without the downsides to camping such as set up and lack of showers/bathroom. We would consider staying again if we do another Yellowstone visit.

Enjoyed our stay with young children.
It took a little effort to find the site because we got there at 12am and it’s very dark…
When we finally parked our car and got out of our car, the milky way is right above us, breathtaking.

It was a decent first time experience in a tent. I wish they had a working hot water in the shower cabins though. In both days of the stay it was intermittent on and off. Mostly off. The GPS location provided at hotels.com didn’t match the actual site. It was a mile down south on Old Hwy 191. Also, there was no electronic way to pay for wood fireworks. It seemed everything was done through cash transactions while the onsite attendant was there. Also, I wished Wander Camp had a lit welcome sign for those checking in late in the evening during the dark hours. It will make the experience much easier. Overall, one unique experience but wouldn’t do it again. Those little things make or break the deal.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Clean bathrooms, pull function showers. They didn’t really get hot but how often do you have a shower available while camping? We had so much fun here and definitely will be back!

Dirt road to get to the property was rough driving over. Bathrooms on property are mobile portable bathrooms hooked up to water pumps and generators. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled like urine. To be able to shower you have to continuously pull the cord for water and it was freezing cold! When the weather is already cold I don't want a cold shower at the end of a day. Also, there was absolutely no way to charge your phone, tents had no electricity nor did the bathrooms have any outlets either. No mention of that was made on booking and was not prepared to have no charging access. The only good thing about the property was that the down comforter on the bed was actually nice and warm to sleep with. That being said, we cut our 2 night stay short and only stayed 1 night due to the other conditions above. I would not recommend this place at all.

The single lantern was not sufficient and put out minimal light. Although this solar light was LED, it was terribly weak. It had a back up battery compartment with no batteries. Really need better lighting for you clients. The lantern idea is fine, but it needs to put out light. Bathroom trailers were fine, but the steps were difficult for my older brother. Beds were warm and comfortable. I would stay again. It rained hard over night and we were dry and comfortable. Pretty setting.

Great communication. The tent is beautiful and the bed comfortable. Bathrooms are relatively close and clean. Great dining options within a reasonable driving distance. it is camping so be ready for camping. About 25 miles from Yellowstone.

- The tent doesn’t have lantern ( it’s looks like they don’t have lantern for all tents)
- we arrived at night , so the tents numbers isn’t clear to find. That will be good if they put light on all the tents numbers, that helps the guess who arrives at night.
- they don’t have towels - it’s $10 to get one ( but don’t say anything on the reservation)
- communication and cleaning it’s absolutely amazing and the guy who help us in the morning was amazing. ( unfortunately I don’t remember his name) he’s car has a buffalo in his truck.

Had an awesome stay! The yurt was clean and exactly like the pictures portrayed! The night sky was amazing and the sun rise was just as beautiful. The shower took a second to get used to, but it was hot and refreshing. The bed was so comfortable and clean. It got cold the night I stayed but the mattress was thick and comfortable and the bedding kept me warm all night. The host explained everything in detail which was so helpful being my first time there. When reading other reviews I was on the fence and went with little expectations. After staying I can’t wait to go back or try other locations. I wish I had stayed another night.

The tent was very nice an the atmosphere was quite lovely. The beds were fitted with sheets, down comforters, and extra blankets. This was appreciated, as it was 32 degrees when we woke up in the morning. The bathroom trailers were clean and well-maintained, but did not offer a handle to assit with climbing the stairs or opening the door. However, the room was warm and the water was hot.

We had the best time here. The accommodations were clean and tidy and the bathrooms/showers were well looked after as well. The communication before arrival was amazing and directions to get there were very helpful, especially since we arrived after dark and Google Maps didn’t take us the right way. I might only suggest a map of the layout/location of the tents; I think I would have gone down the wrong row even if it was light out. Regardless, would recommend a stay!

We loved the wind blowing on the tent at night made for a very peaceful night sleep. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

It was great experience! We are traveling Montana for 6days and stayed I night there.
We saw sunset and sunrise. It was beautiful moment. However, there are only one public
Fire fit there. It would be fantastic if fire fit is each camp. Overall we are satisfied and recommend If stayed only one night there.

Amazing experience!! We wanted somewhere close to Yellowstone National Park that was a reasonable price. I was hesitant at first because it wasn’t a hotel but I’m so happy we experienced this!! We arrived very late, just in time for star gazing! Super quiet and peaceful. I thought I was going to be cold sleeping but the beds were incredibly comfortable and warm!! A little walking distance to the bathroom but nice to have running water. The shower was a bit chilly at first but warmed up eventually. Amazing mountain and field views. I’m not a camping person but I greatly enjoyed this!!

A couple of hours before the checkin, we got an email saying that there was no personnel at the check in, and the tent number was in that same mail .
As there was no internet in Yellowstone, our Mobil internet didn’t work in the area, we didn’t see the mail until the next day. Luckily there was a nice woman who could give us the information.
She also could rent us a heater because it is very cold at night in the tents.
Beds were very nice and comfortable, but the blanket was dirty.

We were given a tent number before arrival. Right before we arrived we received a text message with a new tent number. Once we pulled up to the new tent we quickly realized someone was in there. Spoke to the occupant in that tent and they said the same thing just happened to them. We had to call customer service and get a new tent. They acted as if this were completely normal. Got to the tent, the one solar lamp was completely dead. Had to use out phones for light. Went to the showers, completely cold water. Nothing about this place was enjoyable. Definitely a waste of money and the long drive out. Will never return to this property

This is a very good option if one wants to experience camping without hassles of carrying stuff. The tents and overall arrangements are very nice. Clean beds. Bathrooms are shared but clean with hot water. Provide paid breakfast. Overall it was nice experience. We liked it.

Beds were very comfortable! We paid for a heater that we used for the morning but it was hard to start and went off after a shoperiod. I'm not sure if we got a full propane bottle.
There was no water in the bathromms at night.

If I had stayed there any longer than a day, we would have changed. It wasn’t terrible but not my top choice next visit to the area.

Cool glampning spot. They need parking away from tents. Headlights into your tent all hours of the night.

The night sky was AMAZING. The bed was more comfortable than the other hotels we stayed at during any of our trips. We will stay here again. The camping experience under the stars and having a warm comfy bed was perfect

I was surprised at how cozy the beds are. We rented a porta heater but didn’t use it after all. Place is peaceful and calm; we woke up with cows walking around camp. It was a beautiful experience for our family specially the children. The lady that manages the camp is friendly and warm, she made sure to address everything we would need before she left camp. Would definitely go back when we visit Yellowstone again.
