This is my first time stayjng with Hyatt brand, surprisingly it was very good. Hotel and room were very clean, extremely friendly staff, noise level was very satisfactory. I will suggest you add recycle bin next to trash can. Also met maintmance crew in elevator with a half elevator sized cart with paints and electrical parts, this shoild go service elevator away from guests. Overall experience was very good.

Great place for a staycation. We had a company Christmas party in the area and we wanted a place to stay instead of driving home. This was definitely the place to go.

Staff very friendly and helpful 24hrs a day. Room alwys clean and tidy. Spa fantatstic. Gym good but could do with more weight machines. breakfast could be hotter. but that a european thing i think. Very good access to highway. food, cinema, lake, retail car hire within walking distance

This is a nice hotel. It is not particularly close to The Woodlands but not too far either. I have to say that I have. not been in a hotel room with so few electrical outlets. There were none bedside which would allow recharging of phones and tablets. Otherwise, it met my expectations

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and it had a great location, tucked back away from the freeway but still within a 5-10 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Only complaint was the free breakfast could have been better. Would definitely stay there again.

My mattress was warped. Wife and I had to sleep at opposite ends of the bed due to a warped mattress. Also pool was full of loud rowdy people playing wrap Music loud. We couldn’t even get in it. Trash outside all the room doors on our floor.

My only complaints are there’s no fan the rooms the AC is quiet and I had trouble sleeping with complete silence and the fridge was barely cold it worked for a few drinks but it didn’t get cold enough to our liking.

We stayed here as it was close to a family member so it is a great location with many restaurants close by. The pool/jacuzzi is too crowded with children to really enjoy down time. It would be nice if they offered an adult hour or something. The breakfast could be greatly improved. The same offering for two weeks straight. We chose it because we thought we would not need to head out every morning but did at least half the time.

The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been ... hair (not mine) on the floor. The carpeted areas needed vacuumed...especially around the baseboards. I have stayed at this hotel as few months ago and i was great. I am disappointed that it has not been kept better.
