The lobby and breakfast area was really nice. The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was a little small. We didn’t have any soap when we got there, but that was easily taken care of. I like that we could crack our window open to get some fresh air. Toilet made noise every once in a while and that was a little disruptive during the night, but other than that, everything was great. I love that this hotel was pet friendly!

I was here overnight on my way to another state and this room was a good value. It was overall clean, except for the carpet which seemed a bit stained/worn and not well vacuumed, and the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy enough with clean towels. The breakfast had a lot of decent options including eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal bars, and a few other things. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel was clean - except for the room carpet. The free breakfast? Not worth being free , as it was little boxes of cereal with milk and some packaged muffins. I had driven for about 4.5 hours, but could not check in early, as she said they were doing laundry. So, really facility wasn’t awful - clean those room carpets and work on a bit better breakfast

Im shocked how this hotel has 8.8 guest rating, it’s a solid 6 guest rating hotel. This review is based on my experience. I’m gonna start with the goods: amazing location, many retails and quiet area, the rooms are very clean, elevator clean and odorless, quiet and non-smoking. The bads: standard rooms doesn’t not have Microwave (first time in my life without it), the mattress supposed to be a Queen Bed but is not, it is a Full or Double one which is clearly smaller, the shower stopped working the next day, I had to workaround with a bucket of water.. can you believe that? They never offered another room, maintenance guy supposed to go fix it but they the receptionist guy just said “hold 30 seconds and the shower will start working” which never happened. The room carpet smells humid, no hot breakfast served because a hot water issue in the building, we were notified that hot water isn’t available which we accepted, however is incredible how the management can’t fix an issue quickly, that tells you a lot, either they don’t care customer service or something else. Thanks and good luck in your upcoming reservation.

The hotel was without hot water in the entire hotel. They notified us of this the day prior to our stay. We acknowledged the lack of water and decided to stay anyway. That said, here are my issues with the situation. First, the issue was happening for at least a week or more. The hotel should have posted notice on Hotels.com so all potential customers would know prior to booking a room. The other issue is that the notification says pretty specifically that there was 'luke warm' water still available. This is an overstatement of the water temps available. It was super cold, no warmth at all. Lastly, the water pressure in the evening was so low that it really wasn't usable for cleaning up. The pressure in the morning was much better.

The hot water heater went down . I was never offered any compensation other you can surely go Stay some where else and that they understand. I was there to get our daughter to college so did not want more added stress factory or more expenses. This was all planned and budgeted.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I arrived late in evening and was shocked that the hotel did not have hot water. If I would have known before arrival I would have made a different reservation that day.

stayed here for two nights with my partner in a basic Queen-bed hotel room. The staff (we primarily saw the same man working) was very nice and always provided amenities when requested. He also explained some concerns we had about the room.
The hotel is close to the Liberty Commons, a shopping center with restaurants and a movie theater. The only problem is that turning left on Route 291 is a bit of a pain. The lobby doors are locked at around 10-11pm, and proof of stay is required to enter the building.
The rooms are neat, clean, and odorless. Our room seemed oddly empty, as if furniture was removed. The office chair was shoved underneath the wall-mounted desk, and pulling it out made the desk sag, which was a little concerning. Our room lacked a microwave, but it was fine since the lobby had a microwave. The room also had a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and thermostat-controlled AC unit. There's a good-sized tv in the room with a remote and a paper for a guide of channels. The bathroom has a nice nightlight, but the shower water was always ice-cold.
The complimentary breakfast includes waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal and cereal bars, doughnuts, and milk and juices for drinks.
The room could use some improvement, especially the cold water, but otherwise we enjoyed our two nights there.

We had a great time here! Great room, nice pool, and breakfast had lots of choices. They did have water issues, but it couldn't be helped. Gentleman at the desk was super friendly and nice. Only suggestion is maybe signage by the road, it wasn't immediately obvious where to turn!

The room was not cleaned in the four nights I stayed. There were 2 dogs in the connecting room beside mine and they barked and moaned constantly. There were no towels in the pool area and when you asked the front desk they said they didn’t have any. No one was friendly and they were borderline rude. Any time you asked for anything they said they didn’t have it. They were not allowed to give me a plastic fork to eat my dinner?? The breakfast was awful with hardly any choices. They didn’t replenish anything. This place is terrible!
