Good service, breakfast, spacious room, clean and comfortable bed. My only complaint about the room was that the AC unit was right next to the bed so air was blowing directly at me. I had to put a towel over it so I could sleep.

No bottled water available in our room. Which is very unusual for a hotel since most of the hotel Ive been has this as part of the complementary. I dont thin hotel will have to spend so much money on this. But overall my stay was good.

We had a good stay. The place is clean. Continental breakfast is excellent! The only complaint we have is that on the 5th floor, you have to wait about 10 minutes for the shower water to come out warm. I had to take a cold shower in the morning because warm water never came out and I couldn’t keep waiting. Other than that, everything is excellent. I would stay again.

There was a situation that occurred during our stay but the manager handled it well. Overall pleased with the stay. Advice, always check under the A/C unit to make sure nothing was left behind. Especially if you have small children.

the suites are great! comfortable space for two people. my partner loved the little desk area to sit and do some remote work. the hotel was conveniently located with about a 15min drive to both Knott’s and Disneyland so we weren’t worried about transportation. the entrance into the driveway was interesting since it’s right off the freeway but we got used to navigating after a while. would definitely stay again!

Robert was very kind when we entered the place he also gave us very good customer service. Robert also mentioned the free breakfast that comes with us booking our room with no extra charge. Overall the service went above and beyond in our stay. Thank you will be coming back again.

It’s a nice property and spacious rooms. I wouldn’t book it again through a 3rd party app, they will give you whatever they have left. I booked a king suite, and I ended up getting a ADA room with 2 queen beds, and both beds were sunken in. Save yourself the headache and just book through the hotel’s site it’s very similar in price even thought it doesn’t appear it will be.

The hotel is right next to a railroad track. The trains run allllll night long! They are loud and it’s very hard to sleep. Although the hotel room seemed clean, it had a very strong mildew smell that never went away. I would not stay here again

I feel like we paid extra to get a king sized bed months ago when we made the reservation. I’m 6 feet 6 so I want to know in advance . Once booked in and went to our room we found a queen bed in room . Went back down to the desk and told well that’s only a request and since you booked through a third party we don’t have to honor that request. Spoke to the manager on duty and he said give me some time and see what I could do . I used the hotels .com bot to send a message and got resolved myself in about 5 minutes . Kind of bait and switch by the hotel not to honor the original booking details
