This was a great hotel stay, staff was corteous and friendly, breakfast was great, hotel and room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a previous leak in the ceiling with black mold in it. When I showed the front desk they said. So sorry. I think they should have given back a compensation.

This was by far the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We had a corner suite which consisted of two queen beds and a sitting area. The bathroom was huge. I don't know if this was because it was a corner suite or if they are all that big, but I was happy that we were staying in that room for two nights. The hotel appeared to be relatively new. Every staff member was delightful. There were nice amenities such as iced lemon water, popcorn, hotdogs, nachos and free sodas. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel that did that. Breakfast was very good, and coffee was available 24/7. We were in a location was that south of St. Louis. I wasn't comfortable staying in St. Louis, but we felt very safe in this location. Right next door was an Irish pub, Helen Fitzgeralds, where we had a nice meal. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again if we're ever in the area.

Arrived and the hotel was overbooked. We had booked a king room but was given a double queen.

Beautiful, quite new hotel and had an easy check-in. Irish pub next door and Bass Pro shop too. Hotel had many great amenities such as the bathroom and the lighting. Very clean and spacious.

I went for my birthday and just a peaceful retreat. This property was quite comfortable and the employees were very pleasant. The breakfast was really nice as were the popcorn and soda. My complaints were my phone didn't work so whenever I needed to call the front desk I had to go all the way down stairs, the pool was closed and my remotes didn't work. I was given a replacement but I had to cycle through the channels, I couldn't just choose or enter a channel. I would love to try them again when the pool is open because it was a nice facility.

This hotel ALWAYS goes above and beyond. The communication is truly unheard of and I feel so at home. They really set the bar for what all hotels stays should look and feel like.

we spent one night in St. louis area on our road trip to Chicago. The hotel appears new, nicely decorated, everything was clean and worked well. Lighting in the room was way above average. most hotel rooms are dim. we didn’t have time to eat the free breakfast. the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. there’s plenty of free parking and free wifi worked well.

The coffee wasn’t great. The breakfast was good.

First thing is first….. I booked through Expedia, and was given a 150$ incidental charge when I checked in on top of the nightly room rate which was completely unexpected and was not on the website under additional charges. The hotel is extremely nice, and very new. However, the beds are extremely firm and has little to no give. I have major back issues and this did not work well for me. So if you’re looking for a softer bed. Look elsewhere. Other than that, we have no complaints

Stayed here one night for the Metallica concert. Pros: clean, new hotel. Free fountain soda in main lobby. Bathroom was beautiful. Hotel was quiet. I had to print my parking pass for the concert and they even had a computer and printer for guests to use. Safe area, plenty of options for food, etc. Cons: mattress is a hard memory foam. Zero water pressure in the shower and took forever to get clean. $150 incidental deposit required, which was NOT on the booking description so if you're traveling on a budget, be warned!

This was a cute little hotel, just right for an overnight between New Orleans and Minnesota on our way home. Evening desk clerk Thursday evening (missed his name) was friendly helpful and welcoming, and helped us get a small cup of milk so my wife could take some medicine. If we use St. Louis as a halfway point, we would stop here again.

The hotel is in a great location. Near the highway and lots of shopping and food options. The room was clean, but floors felt a little sticky in the room and corners/legs are furniture had dust, dirt, and some hair around them on the floor (main area of room as well as bathroom).

This is our second time to stay at this hotel the service is great all the staff is friendly. The breakfast is great and the beds are super comfortable

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for the price. Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I travel frequently for work and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel.

The place was clean and quiet and was good for a nights stay. Lots of restaurants in the area to eat.

This is a new hotel and everything is very nice except for one thing. They have some sort of strange Amazon Fire-based TV streaming service instead of the more conventional cable or Direct TV or similar offerings like most other hotels of this type. This TV service has about 1000 junk channel offerings and a bunch of pay-TV options. If you like to settle in and watch a decent movie after a long day on the road, you probably will be disappointed. They really should get a better TV service.
