We arrived just after midnight and were greeted by a cheerful and helpful night manager. This experience continued with all the staff we met during our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of all the important sites and is very close to the metro station and links to the airport.

Even if initially we were disappointed with the layout and size of the grand suite and felt that the photos were not representative our stay was very comfortable due to the location, the easiness and the nice staff who were helpful whenever needed

We stayed at this hotel with our son and daughter in law. If you are considering this hotel please note that the balcony in room 203 is tiny and has plants on it and no furniture. My son reserved this room and it was awful they heard all the street noise and got no sleep. We felt bad for him cause we recommended this hotel from the reviews. He paid extra for a balcony he couldn't enjoy. We reserved 210 and it was fine nothing fancy. It was clean and functional. I only thought the waste baskets could of been larger. This hotel is a 3 minute walk to the metro. It is in a convenient location with many restaurants around. We didn't have the breakfast. There is a wonderful bakery a few doors from the hotel . We enjoyed our stay but would not recommend a balcony room on the second floor.

Easy check in. Clean hotel, well located. Our smoke free room had a heavy odor of smoke. After 2 trips to the front desk they switched our room to a truly smoke free room.

Such a pleasant experience. If you are looking for somewhere close to the acropolis, and an easy walk from the train station - book this place. Spyros greeted us and gave great recommendations. The other front desk staff was also very helpful. Thank you!!

Area was great and easy to get to attractions. Room was nice, but AC didn't work at all and it was noisy outside as well as in the hall early in the morning from the cleaning crew. Also bathroom door—its a glass opaque door so you can hear everything if you are sharing a room! Not very private!

The staff was excellent, particularly Desi at the front desk who was extremely helpful with directions, restaurant and beach recommendations and everything else we needed. The gentleman who ran the breakfast was also very helpful and talked with us. The property is very modern and stylish, although our bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout mold, etc.). The area around the hotel is dirty and dark with lots of grafitti and noise from a dance bar nearby (like most of Athens).

Location is great with walkable distance to basically everything. Very well maintained property. However it was super noisy at night and walls are thin. The only downside. Perfect for a one or 2 nights stay.

Location, location, location! We landed late at 10pm and were greeted at the front desk by two lovely employees. After a quick shower, we headed straight up to the roof top bar where we were handed an ice cold glass and a bottle of local Greek beer. And there it was, a view of the Acropolis as we had the first sip. Every tiring minute of traveling and every cent we paid for the hotel was worth it. The rooms are super modern with huge high ceilings, freezing cold AC and had the Olympics playing. Breakfast each morning had a huge variety with unlimited espresso coffees like Americanos and cappuccinos, and you can try local delicacies here too like the baklava. Then you are a 20 minute walk from almost everything. MONASTIRAKI Square is 5 minutes walk and the Acropolis is 15/20 minutes walk. Be sure to grab a cocktail at night at the rooftop bar A is for Athens down the street for a sensational view. WILL STAY NOWHERE ELSE IN ATHENS!

Unfortunately, throughout our entire stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. We reported this issue to the front desk on the very first evening (Thursday, June 27th). We were assured that the morning crew would address the problem. However, upon follow-up the next day (Friday, June 28th) and every morning and evening thereafter, the air conditioning remained non-functional during the remainder of our stay until our check-out. We were finally told on Saturday that our room air conditioner simply could not be fixed. We were also told that they could not transfer us to a different room because the hotel was completely booked. Unacceptable Conditions and Impact on Our Stay: • The lack of air conditioning, particularly during the notoriously hot Athenian June weather, significantly impacted our comfort and well-being. We were unable to sleep properly and could not spend comfortable time in our room. • This situation also posed a health risk for my husband due to his existing medical conditions. • Despite being informed that the entire hotel was experiencing an air conditioning issue, the lobby and common areas remained comfortably cool and the air conditioning was working in these areas. • The offered room fan provided minimal relief, merely circulating the hot air. FOLLOW-UP with Hotels.com -- We reached out to Hotels.com and asked for a partial reimbursement. Hotels.com asked the hotel what happened, and the hotel told them that we were offered another room

Simple and perfect newer hotel perfectly situated for all the best of Acropolis and Plaka. Solid Breakfast setup. Staff are the real stars here. Great help including finding an on-call medical service to help us manage a sick kid. Grocery across the street and bakery next door.
