Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung.
The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked very well.
Breakfast was good with enough options for most people. For some incomprehensible reason all utensils, plates and cups are single use plastic junk that can't even work through the bacon strips they serve. This is a crime against nature, considering how easy it would be to just have proper plates and a dishwasher machine. However, I've seen it before in the States so it's a bad practice that the competition likely engages in as well. I was still expecting a bit more for this price range.

Everything was great! Staff was particularly helpful. Parking costs $30 per but adjoins the hotel and well worth it for me. I do wish the free breakfast had bacon or sausage on the buffet table but there was plenty of good food to be had. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed one night and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel location is great and is fairly new, so the rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast served daily was very good and offered more than just the standard continental breakfast options. This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in Chicago. Will be back for sure.

Great hotel and great service

Great location in Chinatown. Nice hotel and service. Beds and linen could have been more comfortable. Overall great stay.

The Hotel is located in the Heart of Chinatown, convenient to many restaurants, and shopping centers.. very nice accommodations.

It was cool stay in the heart of Chinatown. there was metered parking on the street that is way cheaper than the hotel parking. rooms are clean and fine, but arranged in a weird way with a narrow but long room. one of better fitness centers i have seen in a hotel. The price was a bit more than the facilities warranted, but the location, if you want to be in Chinatown, gives them that leverage

The hotel is really nice, clean and sizeable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly. I loved that there was a lot of dining and shopping steps away from the entrance. It was super easy to get around to the different areas of the city from there. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Staff was great, only conplaint was the $30.00 parking on top of the room rental. I feel it should have been included.

The whole hotel smell very good.

Sit in the heart of Chicago Chinatown. Clean and new property. Room is nice with amenities like fridge and microwaves coffee maker. Parking is easy. Suggest to check in first and get room key and then ask for cheaper parking place. There’s one $16 all day 8 mins walk. compare to $30 all day by the property.

Loved our stay. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Front desk employees were very friendly. We were able to check in early which was so nice. Great location to the red line station to downtown and Guaranteed Rate Field which was the reason for our trip.

Parking it’s definitely a headache . The ramp is so tight so if you have a large vehicle good luck not scraping it along the walls .

I had a last minute stay because of the airlines messing up my flight home. I found this beautiful hotel in Chinatown Chicago and I had an awesome time sleeping in a great bed. I walked around Chinatown and made of this bad experience with the airline a good day.

The property was exceptionally clean, new and well kept. Front Desk personnel were welcoming, room well appointed, towels were soft, suite was comfortable and conducive for working. Gym was okay, wished they had an upright or recumbent cycle, otherwise fine. Full breakfast was quite extensive and well appointed. I'm happy I chose this location, it was only a 45 minute ride to airport at rush hour. would stay here again.

Stayed here during 4th of July weekend and the location was very busy.. We tried to park in the parking garage when we arrived and it was full so we parked 2 blocks away on a random street. I was told parking would free up around 6pm when “office people” left, so we went to explore and later returned and got a spot but they were still very limited, did not move my car for the next 2 days. If you want to be in the heart of chinatown this is the spot for you. We walked wherever we wanted and used the water taxi to get to different locations in chicago. Hotel itself seemed very new/modern, very clean, and the staff were great at answering any questions.

I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for stay nearby Chicago downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel over all was very clean!! The breakfast selection is amazing as well. The only con would have to be parking if you’re driving your vehicle, the parking lot is very small and it gets full pretty quickly that you’ll end up having to park else where.

Very nice hotel. Clean modern and the breakfast was great

Parking was a hassle. Small garage, drove around for about an hour after checking in, trying to find parking. Someone finally left from the garage and we parked there. This hotel should have better accommodations for parking and the breakfast was terrible. Pork sausages WASNT COOKED, eggs were runny.

Love staying here when I’m in Chicago!

This location is great! Very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only issue I had is with the breakfast options. I have stayed in Springhill suites in other areas and by far this one had the worst breakfast choices.
If breakfast does not matter to you definitely stay here but for myself my family enjoys waking up coming down getting a good hot breakfast with good choices, this location is not that.

The property was conveniently located. Area was walkable and close to soldier field concert. The room was excellent and well kept. We arrived early but they had a room for us! Thank you!

The staff is very attentive. The two ladies at the front desk are amazing. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff are so helpful and friendly. The room layouts are extremely efficient and similar to what you would see in Asia without any loss of comfort.
