We had a great time and have enjoyed our get away weekend. The room was clean and spacious. The only negative is that the air condition was set fixed to 23 degrees and it was very very hot in the room, unpleasantly hot.

Swim up room was lovely as i dont like to wake up at 6am and put towel on beds lol

This hotel was just not for us. We only stayed one night on a trip around the island. The staff we encountered were really helpful and the room was clean. We wanted a snack in the evening but the hotel did not do bar food. The only choice was the main restaurant or the buffet. I was surprised there was no snack options in a hotel this size. One of the waiters, Georgio was outstanding in his service. The hotel had a lot of families with young children which made it quite noisy, especially at night time. There was football showing in the lobby bar and nowhere really comfortable to relax peacefully and enjoy a drink. I think this hotel would suit families very well, younger travellers who enjoy watching sports etc..

The hotel was lovely and well maintained. Modern rooms which can sometimes be hard to find in Cyprus.
The only negative was that they don’t police individuals who reserve beds very early in the morning. We only managed to find a sunbed close to the pools on 1 of the days. A lot of the people staying will set up beds at 7-8am and bot use these beds for the majority of the day. Not once did I see staff removing towels when beds had been unattended for over 3 or 4 hours

New, clean and neat hotel with big swimming pools. Close to small cute beach. Convenient for exploring area around. Modern and comfy rooms.
On the negative side: there was used men’s underwear in one of cupboard, AC is centrally controlled and set to 23C (that felt more like 24/25C) hence we did not have a good night sleep unfortunately as it was to hot in the room for us.

Clean, very good breakfast, friendly staff

We booked a swim-up room and first got the room 611 but as it was on the left side of the hotel which only gets evening sun we asked to switch to room 608 facing the pool and having morning/day sun on the next day. This was crucial as we really wanted to sunbathe during the mornings! The room was lovely and very modern. Breakfast was also nice and the staff was super friendly. We didn’t have the all-inclusive. At some point there were a crazy amount of ants and spiders in our room so we asked for the pest control and they came to take care of it and we also got massages from the hotel’s spa as an apology which was great!

Like: Best quality and variety of food!
Didn’t like: air condition needs to be more efficient

Amazing service, great location, water park was perfect. Great value for money!!!

We had a lovely stay apart from being woken up twice around 3am by people in the corridor being checked into their rooms.

Staff went above and beyond when our daughter was not very well; extended our check out without charge. Hotel is stunning, with a good selection of food and great drinks for AL.

It was very nice. There were a few things but they were fixed as soon as we reported them. The only issue was the food. Although it looks impressive, the actual quality of the food was quite low.

Fantastic resort so relaxing

We had a pleasant stay, my kids were super happy and enjoyed the water park, the kids club was fun and Food was great.
So much to do around hotel, there is a Luna park 4 min driving away, and just before the sunset we enjoyed spending the time at the fig tree beach which is 6 min driving away.
One thing to mention, the hotel doesn’t offer body lotion, it would’ve been nice if they did.
Overall experience was great!

Hotel is very well located with good facilities, however breakfast and service spoils it.

The hotel room was very clean so no complaints there. The bathroom was very nice and modern with a good shower.
I was unaware that we would be put in a room that was not actually part of the hotel but a separate block off of the hotel. I wish this was made clear as I wasn’t very keen on this.
The room itself was pleasant.
Unfortunately, I called room service twice within 30 minutes and no one ever came.
I thought the breakfast was average and sadly the buffet space was a little too overcrowded once it got busier. I wouldn’t really recommend staying here if you are a couple.
Lastly, I find that the check in time is quite late (3pm) and the checkout time rather early (11am) compared to other hotels in the area.

By far the most beautiful hotel ever stayed in Cyprus comparing to the price, room / hotel amenities, food! A luxury hotel, that has nothing to be jealous of a 5 star hotel!! Great for kids, with a number of swimming pools and a water-park. We enjoyed our dinner there to their lovely restaurant 'Koukounari', great food and great people. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and definitely we will return back soon!

Queues at check in
Long queues for pool restaurants and slow service

Worst experience of my life. The hotel lacks of professionalism and managerial staff was worse than words can describe since several incidents happened during our stay & nobody seemed to care enough to do smt. Upon our arrival we paid for a superior room and were given a standard room and was trying to convince us that “we were upgraded”. Am sorry to say that an upgrade means something better than what we paid for. Breakfast trays were empty in the morning even though there was another 30-40 minutes until breakfast time was over. Room was soo dirty with used bottled of water and used caps, stains on the floor, cleaners where nowhere to be found since there was only one person to clean each floor. Room was only cleaned after seceral discussions with the reception late at night. As far as safety is concerned i regret to say that pool and pool area was full of danger since the white plastics around the pool were missing in certain places and as a result felt while standing there and had to visit the doctor with excessive bleeding and bruises which still trying to recover. Of course the management was nowhere to be seen and did nothing about it. Also there were drinks spilled on the floor and remained there for hours since nobody cared to clean it or even put a warning sign resulting in slipping and falling to the floor. We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel and it definitely does not worth the money you spend. When you pay for a 4* hotel you expect a 4* service.
