What an adorable spot! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed in cottage 1. Very clean. Bedsheets were incredibly soft. Location was nice being so close to the mercantile. Purchase a few gifts, coffees, breakfast and 2 recommended bottles of wine.

We especially enjoyed sitting in the landscaped common area courtyard by the large fountain. We hiked the Sonoma Overlook Trail earlier and relaxed with a glass of wine there in that courtyard. This was New Year’s Eve, so we are eager to return in the Spring when the weather is even better.

We loved our cottage! It was close to downtown (though it's a bit hard to walk with no side-walks for the beginning), clean, cute, great for families, and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was great. The stairs are quite loud and you can hear everything throughout the cottage (voice, upstairs walking, etc). Overall - amazing!! We'll be back!

These cottages are great for a couples getaway. We have stayed in Sonoma dozens of times and typically stay in a hotel. This place was quiet, cozy and had all of the amenities needed, including a small kitchen. The price was amazing for the privacy and location, just a quick 5 minute Uber to downtown and wineries.

Love this place. Small and located so close to town

loved the garden!

We arrived super late for our one night stay, after a road trip. With the notes that were provided, it was still extremely seamless to find our way in. There were nice touches around the whole space and everything felt thought out! Great location with the cute store/deli out front and was near the town square. Overall, very pleased!!

This cottage was good, there were pros and cons. Pros: clean, designated parking spot, grocery store onsite with hot food, less expensive than other stays in Sonoma, nice little garden area. Cons: my husband is 6'5'' and his head almost hit the ceiling in the cottage, it is dark and small inside, there is not central heat or air so we were either very cold or very hot, they provide a wall heating unit and a space heater, the water heater is very very small and after my husband took a 3 minute shower I got a 5 minute shower before we lost all hot water.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was bigger than we had envisioned from the pictures and was so clean. We loved having the living room with a tv and a kitchen too. Check-in with the keypad on the door was super easy. The cottages are next to Sonoma’s Best, a wine/coffee/ breakfast/souvenir shop, which was very convenient. I’d say downtown Sonoma is just out of walking distance but we made do with driving ourselves or taking Lyft/Uber. Each cottage has a designated parking spot and everything is behind a gate which makes you feel really safe. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We really loved staying here! A great location, not far from downtown.

Great little cottage with a nice patio. Theres a deli/market/wine tasting room attached to the property that is awesome. Its also in a great location, just a very short drive from downtown and many wineries. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed here for the Napa to Sonoma 1/2 marathon. Location was perfect and one mile from the finish line! Also, attached to the cutest wine store with delicious sandwiches. This location was so much more than I thought it would be!

Nice decor, comfy beds and linens. Bigger then how it appeared in photos. Tasty and great lil wine, deli, breakfast and coffee shop. Friendly and great neighborhood to walk in am. Loved it!

Great place in a great town

Highly recommend! It’s peaceful and so close to everything. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family!

The stay was good. The cottages were tiny and had seen better days, but we enjoyed our stay.

The cabins are in a very quiet area on the edge of town under two miles to the plaza. Our few questions were answered quickly by Sergio, a very helpful guy. The general store is well stocked in terms of snacks, coffee and wine. We plan to return soon.

Our stay was great! Close enough to walk to the square. Comfortable beds, keyless check in, and we found the property exactly as advertised. The one thing that would have made it easier to cook was a couple of basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper and a scrub brush or sponge to wash dishes.

Cottage was quiet, close to shopping, resturants etc. Facilities were a little dated, bathroom had evidence of mold in and around shower. No exhaust fan or air freshner in bathroom. Walk way to front door needs work, rock was gone exposing irragation tubing which was a trip hazzard. Would still recomend due to reasonable pricing for the area.

Very private and quiet, comfortable with lots of room. Suitable to stay a few days or longer. Short drive to town. Cottage 3 is a small house, the only thing missing is laundry. The cottage itself could use modern updates to the kitchen and bath. The bed was comfortable in a good sized bedroom (you can slightly hear a rooster crow at sunrise), living room was comfortable, the kitchen is fine.

Perfect location and cozy cottage with everything you could need for a short or extended stay. Adjacent deli is great to grab breakfast or lunch, they do close at 3:00pm, but the wine shop is open until 5:00pm. Not too far to Sonoma Plaza, it can be walked. Also several wineries within walking distance. Cottage has great deck and BBQ if you want to eat in.

A jewel of a place. One bedroom cute apartment with all the amenities close to downtown Sonoma

Adorable cottage. Nice to have the convenience of Sonoma’s Best Market just steps away. A little stuffy due to windows not opening and the road noise was pretty loud.

I loved these little cottages! They were perfectly spaced apart, super clean and cute, and had a little patio! The front of the cottages has a little wine bar, coffee shop, and deli which was an awesome surprise to us! We will definitely be coming back :)
