Just the last spot left of proper West Palm Beach. On the edge of the new downtown so the best of both worlds. But I prefer the old world. April is old world. This is a priceless hotel.

Really amazing room and amazing place, didn’t really get to experience it since we and my girlfriend had a random emergency. We DO plan to return in the future!

Very convenient to everything, friendly staff, safe, clean and comfortable!

I can't recommend against this place enough. There is no parking, only street parking, & that meant having to wake up at 7am to put money on the meter or risk getting a ticket. The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and it was never addressed despite me informing the issue the next day, when i got a message asking how my stay was going (& i was on the 3rd floor with all the heat that rose up). The microwave didn't work, either, and i was forced to throw away the food i couldn't cook. There is no elevator, the stairwell and upper halls are not air conditioned, so if you're staying on an upper floor, it will be like ascensing into hell as you climb the stairs. They also kept my entire security deposit for an issue that was not my fauly & was ultimately a direct resuly of my air conditioning not working properly. Idk how they can charge so much for something so uncomfortable.

May was fantastic. Extremely helpful and provided amazing service.

April is an amazing person. Helped me with the check in. Property is older but maintained. There is a moldy smell in the hallways but other than that everything was fine.

Everything was great

My flight was a few hours late because of the worldwide computer / internet glitches, and when I got there they had completely canceled my reservation but went ahead and charged me for 4 nights stay and wouldn't refund any or give me a room or nothing.

Best kept secret in WPB. Simple, clean, friendly and safe. Location in the heart of downtown cannot be beat. Excellent value for money.

Well priced, excellent staff, walkable, access to many desired destinations.

This place was nicer than i thought it was going to be. I like the old time theme of it and it was spotless in terms of cleanliness. The room was cozy as well. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and accomidating.
It was a little weird to share a bathroom with the rest of the hall but it was very clean and no one was ever hogging it when i needed to use it.

Friendly staff and a great location. Parking is tricky as it is mainly metered around the property, but that is because the location is in walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend the property.

The property is in a very convenient location. There are missing features, but the value for the property is high.

This was more of a halfway house then a hotel. The rooms smell terrible. The bathrooms are in the hallway and shared. There is no one at the front desk after 6pm. In the morning homeless gather outside the front door. I can go on but it's not worth the words....

This is a hostile. You will climb lots of stairs. There is parking all around the hote but it’s pay by the hours and you have to wake up before 7 to move it a start feeding the meter. You will share a very dirty bathroom with very seedy individuals and a hard to lock door. The room we were put in was connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom that our dresser and 18 inch television was put in-front of to barricade it and keep us from entering. But the other room connected to the bathroom was rented my a man who was ordering prostitutes and my 8 year old daughter got to hear it all. I know this was a bathroom because I could hear him using the toilet all night. I offered to pay for my night and asked for a refund for the next 2 guys as this was false advertising was ignored and treated like garbage by Omar. He went outside to smoke marijuana as did many of the other “residents” and fully ignored me. He eventually came in and offered to authorize my refund through Expedia. As I left he said never mind. And I was locked out of the building. Any 10/10 review is left by a staff member or paid. Absolutely abysmal and false advertising.

This being the oldest motel in West Palm Beach can go either way. What I encountered was a beautifully kept up motel with modern amenities like A/C, wi-fi, and cable. The shared baths and shower were quaint but not bothersome. I was forewarned when I booked the room. It reminded me of being in my freshman dorm again. The room with a double bed was plenty for one or a couple, but I would not recommend for just friends. They have larger rooms for that. I arrived late, so I was checked in over the phone and saw no one until the next day. That was a first for me. I was not a fan of the marijuana odor on my floor's hallway. The room was odor-free. Overall, it's a tremendous value.

Aprill was amazing and was so helpful. Easy process to get in after a certain time the hotel goes virtual. Super easy to get in. I got a room with a bathroom so much better than sharing the bathroom with someone else. I am definitely coming back. Rooms are small but very comfortable.

Everything I expected for an older hotel...quaint.

Thia property is in a very nice location. A lot of dining options and walkable distance to the metro station. I like the front door safety lock features. But the rooms are small and little bit old. For the amount this is good option !

Great simple boutique hotel. Kinda old so you dont feel that sparkle of newer hotels, but it is what it is. Excellent location for finding things to do and spending money. Definitely checkout the Sunday morning market nearby.

Absolutely beautiful. Just knowing you're standing in a 100 year old building with furniture from that time is amazing.

A very convenient, quiet and safe little historic hotel. Could do with a little more updating the individual rooms as they felt like a step back in time…very old fashioned. But I guess that’s part of the charm of this lovely place. The location is brilliant, minutes walk to all the restaurant and popular spots. The manager Omar was very accessible and helpful. A good place to stay for a couple of days.

It’s a nice place with character. Very close to amenities.

Had very secure entrance and exit procedures.

The hotel is an old classic hotel. The room was adequate and confortable. There was not a private bath. The other issue was the parking. Meters or public parking. The price of the hotel was very reasonable so that evened out

Location is great right in heart of the downtown entertainment area. Hotel staff great. Rooms and shared bathroom well organized and clean. I was ambivalent about a shared bathroom room before stay but it surprised me at least had a sink in my room. Toilet and shower is shared. Defintely returning

Didn't informed me about 75$ that I would be charged at check-in for a room key.

This was my third time staying at the Hotel Evernia and it is my hotel of choice when staying in West Palm Beach. It is located in the heart of the city, and within east walking distance of the Brightline and TriRail trains, local buses, a supermarket, wonderful restaurants and the Kravis Center and convention center. The Hotel is clean, safe and comfortable and represents excellent value for money. Special shout-out to April, who checked me in and could not have been friendlier!

Gets the job done, but not very clean or comfortable. Certain rooms don't even have a full bathroom. If you need somewhere to stay, great. If you want to enjoy your stay, think about it.
