Vanoro was a great hotel with lovely staff, nice rooms and a wonderful restaurant. The hotel was very clean and modern and was still warm and inviting. A couple of standouts for us was the staff assisted us in getting reservations for a table at a concert in nearby Katerini the same day we got there and they also assisted us in renting a car for a day - they had the car brought to us at the hotel and we just had to leave it outside for the car rental company to come and pick it up when we were done. Additionally, we really enjoyed the restaurant concept - it was a buffet in that you could have as much as you liked but it was made to order for you so no stale or cold food sitting out in trays under heating lamps. In addition, you were able to partake of the breakfast menu any time, once a day. In other words, you didn't have to rush to get to the restaurant by a certain time to have breakfast. One small downside was that we felt our bathroom was quite small, but we adjusted. The area around the hotel was not great, it seemed dirty and had what looked like some old or closed stores and dark areas at night. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The Vanoro was definitely the highlight of the area.

All went very well, got us a taxi at 4AM and prepared breakfast for us, very family like hotel. Rooms were perfect and very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with a super helpful and friendly staff. The all day breakfast is brilliant. Great location and everything is walkable from the hotel. Aircon works really well and everything works. Highly recommended.

Everything you need for a great stay in Thessaloniki. Great location, we parked our car for three days and walked everywhere. Very close to all main shopping areas, restaurants, entertainment etc. The hotel itself is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities make for an all round fantastic stay. We are very pleased with Vanoro hotel.

A friend and I stayed at the Vanoro for only one night when flying into Thessaloniki. I wish had been longer!. Had a great stay in a truly wonderful 'boutique' hotel. I selected the Vanoro based on it's excellent location and reviews that I had read about it. The reviews were spot on. I particularly want to comment on the staff. Everyone we dealt with was beyond helpful. The hotel was attractive, beds were comfortable and spotless. I highly recommend the Vanoro.

Vanoro Thessaloniki is a solid centrally-located hotel option. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. One of the best features is the included a la carte breakfast - the selection and quality of the food was excellent. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many of the top attractions and restaurants in the city. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the Vanoro Thesaaloniki and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-situated hotel in Thessaloniki.

A modern hotel right near the port and downtown area. The room was spacious, the hotel modern and seemed relatively new. The staff was friendly and the restaurant coffee shops looked great although I had was a cappuccino. The location was near everything you might want to see in Thessaloniki. Great choice if you want to walk around.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, parking is a bit tricky but managed in the end! TV didn’t work but reported so they were mortified I hadn’t got them to fix it before I left but was not needed. Service in evening at restaurant was not brilliant but friendly nonetheless. I think I just got forgotten about!!

Beautiful modern hotel with great amenities and nice little touches in the room. Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Small issue with hot water at night, but no issues in the morning. Great breakfast, you can order as much as you like from the a la carte menu. Wide variety of breakfast items to suit most people. Staff super friendly and welcoming!

Amazing boutique hotel. Beautiful cozy interior design, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, silent environment (no external noise), great location. Staff is incredibly helpful en kind. But the highlight for me was the fact that you can eat your breakfast anytime you want throughout the day! Best idea ever (surely for someone who is not a morning person;) )

The all day breakfast was excellent. It is an a la cart menu with so many options to choose from and the staff encourage you to try several breakfast items. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had from traditional Greek options, sweet and savoury items and regular offerings of bacon , sausage and eggs. We caught a very early fllight out and were delighted to be offered a boxed breakfast to go. I requested a dress to be cleaned as I had a spot of olive oil on it. My dress was picked up Saturday morning and returned to my room Saturday afternoon and it was spotless. The staff are very client focused and will answer all of your questions providing you with all the details you will need to have a great Thessaloniki experience. Many thanks and we will return to see you again. Loved your city!

A great location. Wonderful room. All the staff were helpful and friendly and made us both feel welcome. They knew I staying over my birthday and wished me happy birthday in the morning, and left a lovely note and bottle of wine in my room later that day.

Very clean and centrally located. Walking distance to everything but at the same time quite neighborhood. We had a car for 4 days and we’re able to find street parking without any problems.

Staffs are well trained, professional and provide great service to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast anytime until 10:30 PM makes a huge difference especially coming from a 7hrs time difference zone. I give the hotel and staffs 5* coming from a person that has been in hospitality industry previously. The hotel accommodated our late departure without additional charges. In central location in the city and accessible to many tourists places of interest walking distance. Well maintained property.

excellent hotel; modern, very clean rooms in excellent condition, very comfortable, very good shower. Breakfast excellent, and the bar was also a good place to sit, with very reasonable bar prices. Very good location also - 5 minutes walk from the most popular eating area whihc does have some very good places to eat though many others in the city. A lovely city to vvisit and without doubt we wold stay her again
