Check in was less than optimal as there was a delay from when check in details were sent to Expedia and then to me. So I didn’t receive actual instructions until two days after we actually were able to check in. We arrived on a French national holiday and weren’t able to reach anyone at the Edgar Suites office and had to frantically send emails and contact Expedia through their virtual chat person (which by the way is less than ideal when you just want to speak to a person). While our check in was scheduled for 3 pm we were finally able to reach someone by 1 pm, but as you can imagine was very stressful, given we were 4 ladies coming from overseas into a foreign country without any confirmation of details of where we were staying. There was no excuse for this either as I had called 3 days before asking to confirm details of our stay. Either way Mae (the resident host) was amazing and was able to let us in early and was happy to serve us throughout the stay. Due to the mix up the company did provide us with a mid week cleaning, free of charge, to make up for the mix up. The property was very clean and was close to grocery stores and a mall. However we did not realize it was beside a seniors residence so we had to be cautious of noise levels but it wasn’t inconvenient. Although it shares that it is in close proximity of several tourist sites it is not within walking distance. Overall a great stay if it wasn’t for the bumpy check in.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the place very much. It’s clean and located at a very convenient location. Just two stations away from Printemps and La Fayette and restaurants. Around the area, there are small cozy cafes around. The staff are very helpful and always tried their best to help and answer our enquiries. We are happy to stay there for our next trip to Paris again.

The place is brilliant, close to the train station and decent options around food wise. Daniel (manager) was very friendly, shown us around all the facilities and gave us some tips on traveling etc. Are is nice and quiet, public transport next door if you chose to use it and not too far from major tourist attractions. Over all excellent place to stay, we will surely chose Edgar suites again without any hesitation. Parking is a huge plus.

This a modern building located outside of the center of Paris and the place is comfortable, very clean and well-maintained, with a nice size kitchen, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge, a separated bedroom & a full-size sofa bed in the living area. There is an elevator (big +) and there are free-of-charge laundry facilities in level -1. We informed about our late arrival & the administrator was available to check us in, which was a high mark in terms of service. In order to get to Paris, there is a nearby train station that would take us to Paris St. Lazare where we would transfer into the Metro system. There is a conveniently nearby shopping mall with a superb E. Leclerc supermarket. Now, despite being a new building, there is no Air Conditioning in the apartment. It was early October, and the weather was uncharacteristically warmer than expected, with temperatures in the range of 25 Celsius, so during summer this could be a major aspect to consider, perhaps its biggest issue as a place to stay.

Well located to visit the sites of Paris. Spacious apartment which was clean throughout. The secure underground parking was a real benefit; especially if you want to leave your car for the duration of your stay and walk to the famous sites around the city. Brilliant communication from the Edgar Suites team. Thankyou.

Advantages： * Electric shutter/blinds, blackout room gave me great sleeps *Great locations，it is in zone 2. Just 2 mins walk to train/metro stations/bus stop, one change to Disney or Palace of Versailles *Residential area，feel safe and relaxed *A big shopping mall just 2 mins walk * Good restaurants,loads choices No disadvantages just something for your consideration *Sofa has stain but not bothered me much，we put our suitcase on it. Total cleanliness is great. *Mattress is a soft one if that bothers you. *No air conditioning

The building seems quite new, and our apartment was bright, clean, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is nicely equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, and enough dishes and utensils for a family meal. There's even olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping our bagette!

Property was very clean. Our concierge was very nice and escorted us through parking and up to the apartment. Kitchen was well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Having two toilettes was great. All of the sliding doors were a blessing during our hot days in Paris.

I had everything I look when I go on vacations, nice welcoming, beautiful place, they nailed on every detail, you can t=see they are interested in make you feel comfortable and they show you that it is important for them, that you enjoyed the stay. ONE important remark is NO air conditioning on units, so I went when temperatures were low, so we open the window and it was nice, BUT unfortunately I will not go in summer to this place. thanks Edgar Suites !

Everything was cleverly organized, the kitchen, the furnitures are well equipped. Iron, ironing table, drying rack, vantilator, kettle, coffe machine,microwave oven, dish washer, washer capsules, toaster, etc. The details such as The coffee capsuls, tea, the olive oil and balsamic sauce were also organized. Every corner of the apartment was really very clean also the cleaning cloth of the kitchen, the dish sponge were not used before us all of them were new. The biggest and the cheapest super market Eleclerc is very near to Appartement. You can use train line L and 4 different Bus line which can be reachable approx. 3-5 min walk. Very quite and secure region. I am traveling in Europe very often, This is the best apart hotel that I have ever used. I am strongly recommend for everybody especially families.

Cons: -- Not centrally located. takes 20-40 minutes to get to the center -- Because of the tunnel effect on rue Jules Verne, every noise on the street at the night time is heard in the room

Very good communication from the moment we booked. We were metat the property by a representative (Daniel) who was very helpful, and we were checked in with no issues. The apartment was very nice, well maintained and clean, and perfect for our family of 3. If we visit Paris again, we will strongly consider staying here

The property was very well equipped with modern amenities, just right for a couple with 2 kids. Brand new kitchen ware, nice furniture and the best sofa bed that I have ever tried. Edgar, the host, was very attentive and helpful. The only thing that I believe it was missing was a nice flat TV for a relax in the end of the day. Otherwise, the stay was great!
