The room was terrible, small and really uncomfortable, it has one bathroom that you need to share with different families. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise coming from outside,
I don’t recommend this place, it is horrible 😤

We did have a very difficult time in finding the place, which is not entirely the hotels fault. People at the train station, selling the water bus tickets gave us bad information.
Once we located the hotel, the staff was helpful to us as we had to go to a different location to check in, and he came out to meet us and escorted us.
I did not like the shared bath and the room was cold and there was no toilet paper.

Great check in

The property was a good value for the price. The check in staff was amazingly friendly. The property itself is clean but basic. It is a room with double bed and a shared bath in hallway. Great for a quick stay in Venice.

Shared bathroom was not comfortable for family especially with kids.

very expensive, one bathroom for 3 rooms, you have to bathe 2 hours before going out somewhere because people stay in the bathroom for a long time, night time is crazy Noisy

Dated property. Floor damaged, bathroom tiny, shower cubicle small, dirty & shower head just looped over. Beds awful. Avoid unless desperate!

I stayed here with three friends on a grad trip and we had a pleasant stay. We had some reservations about having a shared bathroom but we found it to be clean and easy to share with the other guests. The people working at the check-in location were very friendly and let us store our luggage before our check-in.

Shared bathroom could be inconvenient depending on when the other guests need to shower or use the toilet. We did get to check in early and the staff we very accommodating to order us a water taxi for our departure. Location is great and located close to the main Santa Margarita square.

Poor WiFi, we could not use WiFi in our room. The smell was bad.

They can only charge you this price because there is a shortage of hotels in Venice. That painting in the back fell off when I first arrived, with the water kettle unusable. The shared bathroom's (with 4 other rooms) condition was horrendous with desperate people banging on the door.
At night, I could not sleep due to the noise from the bars downstairs with the windows fully shut.
Booked for more than one night. When you ask friends (who live somewhere else) to come to you one morning just to collect something briefly at your room, housekeeping snitches on you and tells the front desk, which led to me being blamed by staff without sense at checkout. Absolutely dumbfounded (especially at checkout) by the experience and please, please avoid this place at all costs!

Exactly as advertised, clean, conveniently located, and otherwise excellent for what we were looking for.
The best part was the customer service - front desk and everyone we met at the hotel was beyond friendly and very helpful, will definitely visit again if back in Venice :)

Lovely, clean and perfect location. There are several bars and restaurants a short walk away. For a young couple wanting to explore Venice for a few nights this accommodation was perfect.

Very convenient easy to access private place. Definitely will stay there again. They are very efficient with communication and answered all my questions right away. I had a late check in and I had not issues with it. Lovely place in a beautiful city. Grazie.

They mentioned 24/7 front desk but they don’t offer 24/7 front desk. Check in is done in a different hotel. Hotel access is done through a code thus anyone that accessed the hotel once can enter it again, I didn’t see any cameras around the building.

We don’t like the idea to share a bathroom. Dirty sheets.

The room was extremely clean as was the shared bathroom. There was a slight error with our room and we were put in the wrong one but it was quickly rectified and the staff member couldn’t be more apologetic even though it didn’t bother us that we were in the wrong room. He then gave us free pints to make up for it out of his own money. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the main attraction points and the bus/train station. Would stay again!

The place is very basic, as is to be expected of many Venice hotels unless you’re willing to break the bank. However, it was clean and comfortable and the staff pleasant.
Our main complaint was the noise directly outside our window until 2am. It was constant groups of LOUD young travellers/students (one block from the uni). The the morning activity and sweeping up of bottles and cups in the street began at 7am.
This location is great if you are also here for the night life, but if you value your sleep at a decent hour, ask for a room on the INSIDE AWAY FORM THE STREET.

Unfortunately, this is a classic case of taking advantage of tourist in Venice, giving them very little for what they pay. We knew this was going to be a modest accommodation (despite the not so modest price) but what awaited us was quite shocking: windows directly facing a wall, no attention to detail (a bare lightbulb as bedside lamp) and a very stained bedspread. The pictures of course were truly deceptive. The accommodation is privately owned and managed by a hotel next door, where the concierge said he was ashamed of what we had experienced. And yet no refund was made (to be fair, the concierge at least gave us a free breakfast as way of apology): we simply had to book elsewhere for the rest of our stay and pay twice the price at such short notice. There is no way we could endure this terrible place for more than one night.
