We have been very lucky to stay in some lovely hotels in the States but this has to be the best stay ever!
4.6
Easy access from the interstate. The staff are amazing. Every hotel staff that I encountered greeted me (front desk, housekeeping, gentleman in the elevator). Front desk agent on 10/8 PM was amazing. Super nice, hospitable staff, welcoming, smiles. Love the convenient parking deck just across the street. So easy to park and walk to the hotel. The streets were well lit. Parking deck was secured and free. Loves the brewery with food I block away ( 2 minutes or less walk). Room was nice, comfy, well decorated. Bath had nice amenities. Shower could have been a little cleaner, but overall a very nice room experience!! Nice gym. Charming rooftop bar with views of the city. Really charming rooftop bar!! I would stay again.

Facility is great but newrly every staff person we encountered made it clear they didn’t want to be there & were there to do the very minimum. Seriously lacking in usual Marriot customer service.
4.6
wonderful old building from another time brought to the present.

Very polite staff, nice room, nice views, reasonable pricing

We have stayed here several times while attending concerts at the Riley Center, a 3 minute walk away.
Nice rooms, the property is in great shape. We've also had dinner there a couple of times.
4.6
Nice hotel in a beautifully restored historic property. Nice to see this sort of restoration in downtown Meridian! We walked to a nearby brewery for dinner, enjoyed drinks on the hotel roof, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We had a nice stay and hope to return if passing through again.
4.6
The room was very nice. All the staff I encountered was very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay!”

Staff was friendly and efficient. Tasha was kind and helpful. Valets were also very kind and helpful. Jason, Saturday morning valet, was super!!!!!! I would stay here again. Thank you!

My first time staying there totally amazing staff and everybody was very friendly very helpful. The food is really good too.

Great!

Not enough staff for dining and bar. Service was very slow at breakfast. Beautiful hotel.
4.6
The Threefoot Hotel in Meridian, MS, impresses with its tasteful renovation, maintaining its historic charm with modern amenities. However, the Boxcar Rooftop Bar lacks the grandeur expected. Additionally, while the services provided are satisfactory, they may not stand out as exceptional compared to other establishments. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's overall ambiance and attention to detail make it a delightful choice.

Beautiful building. Nice rooftop bar. Amazing bathroom with view of the city out 2 large windows! Comfortable beds. Across the street from renovated opera house. Walking distance to Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Museum.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a family event and they took great care of us! I would definitely recommend Three Foot to others traveling through Meridian.

Always a great stay at the Threefoot

I’ve stayed here a couple of times mainly because I think it is the only hotel that has a bar and food. Parking is on the street or in an unsecured parking garage. I didn’t feel comfortable parking in either option. Valet parks in the same unsecure garage.
4.6
This is a well preserved and renovated, beautiful old building in a great location.

Great hotel!
4.6
The place is great. Our room was smaller than expected, especially for the price, so i don't know of there are larger rooms or they are mostly the same, but it was still good. It was also very clean, with a large bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
4.6
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They readily moved us to a better room with no up charge. The property is an older building but they have worked to update the rooms. The elevators are slow and one of the three was not operating. The rooms do have Kerig coffee machines and small refrigerators. It is convenient to I-20.
4.6
The hotel is an impressive building, but the entrance is cramped. Reception was functional. The room was relatively small, but very nice and comfortable, with big windows, which made the room light. The bathroom was exceptional. It was quiet, but that’s the luck of the draw with your neighbours either side. The 11th floor bar was good, although wear a coat, as the aircon is too cool. Avoid the pizza, as it was dire.
A major concern is the lack of security on the ground floor. The main access goes past the lifts, before you come to any reception area. The lifts have no security access, so anyone can walk from the street, and have anonymous access to all floors. Not good. I wouldn’t let my wife or daughter stat there.
Having said all that, I had a good , if overpriced stay.
My main requirement from a hotel, is a good sleep, in a clean room, and this place did it.
4.6
More pros than cons. Very helpful staff. Food in the restaurant or breakfast was ok. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Other than that, great stay and awesome room
4.6
The property and staff were very nice. The sink faucet in the bathroom was a bit wobbly and leaking and the bedside table was broken on top but other than that the place was clean and pretty.
4.6
A beautiful art deco hotel. The staff was great (even though the rooftop bar/restaurant was short staffed). The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
4.6
A beautiful, historic hotel downtown amongst several. Even has a restaurant inside hotel. It's great to be able to walk to things. restaurants.
4.6
Beautiful old structure, nicely updated and maintained. A real jewel for downtown Meridian. Great brewery just a short walk away.
4.6
The wait time for food in the restaurants were a bit long but other than that, everything was pretty good!
4.6
Loved staying downtown. Great looking place—very hip.
4.6
The service was great, chairs in room were uncomfortable. The tv entertainment was lacking. We were expected to use our streaming. For $161.00 a night I expected mor.
4.6
Lovely hotel with ammenities. Beds were very comfortable. rooftop bar is a real bonus.
4.6
Beautiful property. I grew up in Meridian and remember this office building. So great to see it restored. Love the roof top bar.
4.6
The room was actually lovely and clean but the rest of the hotel was poorly staffed poorly managed. There was a musty smell throughout. There was a leak in the dining room flies everywhere the air conditioner was out in the main areas and most of the staff, except a young lady named Lane, in the dining room, was rude. The potential is definitely there, but I never saw a manager during my entire stay, the valet disappeared on Sunday, so I had to park my car in the street and that did not feel safe. and believe me these employees needed some management..
4.6
The bar staff was absolutely top notch. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Really enjoyed hanging out at the bar a few times with them.

Perfect location , good service , clean

Great city with laid back atmosphere

Beautiful hotel!
4.6
The hotel needs better employees. The room was very nice but was not serviced during our two night stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. They charge for valet service for every day but the attendant did not seem interested in parking our car and suggested we just park it ourself. The hotel has potential but without good employees it will not survive.
