I would take my family here again.

It was a nice location. There were plenty of places to eat, 30 minute drive to the beach, and nice accomodations

I was in town for only one night. The hotel was very clean, up to date and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

It's like staying in an IKEA

The front desk staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfy. It was next to a Texas Roadhouse, so I had a great meal. The location was great because there was not too much traffic.

It was okay. Maybe I’m getting too old, but I thought it was pricey for a basic room. Everything was nice and clean.

Chris from the front was extremely helpful and friendly. Even working by himself he went above and beyond.

Dog friendly!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Liked the coffee/tea in lobby 24/7. The only issue was that the hallways smelled like pets. It is a dog friendly hotel, but I didn’t expect the halls to smell of them. I would have given 5 stars otherwise

Whole the room seemed clean at first look, my wife wiped the bathroom tile grout with a kleenex and a black substance came up. We obviously have no way of knowing what the substance was without test equipment, we do that this black substance was very visable on much of the grout. Very surprising given how new the motel is....and also disappointing.

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel, Staff, Kind, Courteous, Friendly & very Accommodating, Rooms, impressibly clean, almost Spotless, The entire facility was very clean inside and out... One suggestion, Some type of slip proof mat needed in showers, there so clean there very slippery, when showering. Thank you for an Amazing Stay !!!!!!!

Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Issue with the TV, channels wouldn’t work properly. Tv kept shutting off. Just used my personal laptop instead of my phone.

Easy access and plenty of parking. Conveniently located.

Everything was fine with my room and stay, very clean, very nice staff. There was an "odd" smell, faint in the lobby, much worse in the first-floor hallway where my room was. I could not identify it, was either related to sewage/plumbing or some kind of horrible cleaner. I was very unpleasing, luckily it did not permeate into the room, which again, was fine.

The breakfast was great

My only suggestion is in a King bedroom there should be places for 2 suitcases instead of just one. We had to use the chair for the 2nd suitcase which was awkward. Also, this Avid Hotel has the same thing missing in the shower as another one where we have stayed...no place for our personal toiletries if we don't use hotel's. Otherwise we will be looking to find an Avid on future trips!

Convenient and very clean

There is one sore spot. Two of us were sharing a room which is equipped with only one chair. I realize there are also two cushioned boxes to sit on, but NO THANK YOU. Only one of us could be seated at a time. Sitting on a bed or box just doesn't cut it if a person has to read or type or even if the two of us wanted to eat take out at the desk. It doesn't have to be a rolling desk chair; a simple 4-legged chair would be fine. A second issue is the shower head. I could see it was adjustable and I could tap the bottom of it to re-aim it a bit, but at 5'10" with 36" sleeves, I could not reach the handle that would allow adjustment of the flow. That would have been nice, but it is not nearly as important as the second chair.

We stayed here as a last minute resort because our accomodations we were supposed to stay at cancelled on our ride down. I quickly looked up hotels in the area and picked this from the pictures online and they didn't disappoint. This hotel was very clean, the staff was very accomodating and the room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

The small details really make this hotel stand out. The fresh ground and brewed coffee available 24/7; the larger than most elevators; the in-room steam irons; the excellent step-in shower; the pull down window shades that both darken the room but don’t block the view; the wonderful king size bed with exceptional linens and bed cover; plenty of usb ports; good television which integrates seamlessly communicating with hotel services; even the clever magnetic do not disturb signs!

Clean and easy stay close to the beach

It was okay for a night. The walls and floors were thin which made for some unwanted noise. Breakfast was mediocre and the trash cans in the breakfast area were not being emptied, even with 3 staff members in sight.
