Check in went well and room was nice. However, I spoke with the front desk about the room not cooling and he said someone would correct the issue. No one did and we were quite uncomfortable throughout the evening. In addition, the bathroom lighting is extremely dim. Lately, we stood and waited for the outside elevator to take us to the restaurant/lounge. We pressed the button several times and waited patiently. I then went to go into the lobby to ask about the elevator and the valet team told us that the lounge didn’t open for another hour. They had stood and watched us for quite some time yet no one mentioned it was closed and there are no signs with any information on hours. It was very frustrating.

Amazing! Love the robots that deliver your food directly to your room. My kids loved it!! Very comfortable. Within walking distance to AT&T park!

I found a new place to stay and wanted to cancel but was unable to. I never even checked in and the hotel never bothered to try to contact me, just kept my $3k without another word.

If your attending Oracle Park or the Chase Center which we were this is the place to stsy. You an walk to eirher one in no time.
So thats just location lets talk about the stay at this amazing hotel. Staff all were friendly and courteous. The room had amzing view. The beds and pillows oh my were so comfortable. The room also was very quiet you couldnt hear people above or walking down the hallways.
Now maybe we dont get out much but automated window blinds I think we all took turns making them go up and down lol! The blackout shade made the room so dark which made sleeping so much more enjoyable as we are from a rural place that gets very dark at night. Also go checkout the rooftop bar get a drink or just enjoy the gorgeous views from the 17th floor.
Lastly General Manager Lee Severino who we had the pleasure to meet absolutely blew us away with his hospitality toward us. Im sure hes a very busy man but took the time to personally show us around, the hotel and offered places to go like the Ferry Building Marketplace and places to eat. Thank you sir you have a finely run establishment and with you as the GM I can see why.

New modern Hotel within walking distance of the Chase center. Clean safe area.

This time my stay wasn’t great. Requested for some basic items to be delivered and was told to get it myself downstairs with no particular explanation why. Change in experience from the past where service was excellent.
4.7
Was charged $114 for parking and nobody said a word. Website says $80. Couldn't find any bottles of water to buy and no water in the room.

Great staff. Beautiful property and very modern

This type of hotel made us feel special. Really the really clean and hi-tech room. And staff was excellent and felt like a really safe area.
4.7
Was very pleased with our visit. Had a late addition and the staff was beyond accommodating. Than you.

My friend and I stayed for one night as we attended a concert at Oracle. The Luma is a very nice place the staff is attentive. The rooftop bar is awesome. It is walking distance to Oracle.
4.7
My staying it was great nice place clean. The only thing it was parking I little expensive but is San Francisco so I understand is San Francisco.
4.7
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we pulled up we had an issue with our vehicle and the staff did not hesitate to help make sure the issue didn’t interfere with our plans. Kevin and Tylin were very attentive and put us at ease. We will definitely be staying here again!
4.7
Parking is a rip-off. Especially if there are events in the area. They will jack up the parking fee 25%. Rooms are small. Has black out screens which is good. Coffee maker service in room could be improved.
4.7
Great spot, nice hotel.
4.7
Loved the ambiance the elevators you need the keys to go up and down and there robot delivers your Uber food and breakfast. Quiet location and walking distance from Chase and ballpark

Great service!
4.7
Great hotel however was thrilled with no self parking; $80 for overnight parking is ridiculous.
4.7
Place was ver clean and safe…located close to Oracle Park and in the financial district. Rooms are newer with modern touches. Will stay there again. Valet parking is your only option and kn game days it gets pricey for overnight.
4.7
I was treating my family and friends to a weekend getaway for my double nickels birthday. And when they ran out of rooms, you guys stepped up thank God you had rooms left. They were very friendly at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend Hotels.com again.

Trying to get your car back from parking attendants is a nightmare. Over an hour wait. Ugh!
Bath towels are super thin and scratchy...

Luma was the perfect place to stay! Within walking distance of Oracle park. It was a beautiful and clean hotel. Even more important it was clean and I felt safe in all the surrounding areas.. it was just myself and my daughter and never felt unsafe exploring around there! The price for the hotel and the price for the parking are 100% worth the confidence, cleanliness, and safety! And they also have robots that deliver your DoorDash and coffee to your room! Lol!

Made my daughter bday special!

Staff were very accommodating and attentive
4.7
Excellent service, everyone was on point.
The only complaint is that we couldn’t bring kids to onsite restaurant. We stayed here for close proximity to the chase center and after a concert we were starving. Bodega offerings were lacking, and no microwave.
Room and hotel were clean and modern.
Staff are top notch!

Nice hotel, this was my second time staying and will be back

Highly recommend

Parking is expensive
4.7
The hotel was nice and the staff was great, but I'm sorry, $100 for valet parking (when the only other option was blocks away) is ridiculous. I don't care if it was a game day for the Giants. The game was long over and I was a hotel guest.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in a LONG time! We travel frequently so this says ALOT! Enjoy!
4.7
Close to Oracle Park & Chase Center.
We had lunch & dinner at Cavaña. Delicious
Many other restaurants around as well.

Very nice

Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Only problem i encountered was with the valet parking who failed multiple times to retrieve my vehicle. However they made it right by dropping the valet charge.

LUMA is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in San Francisco. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to hotels and I was blown away by the cleanliness, technology and kindness of staff. The only bummer is the parking fee of $80 a night, but that’s something you’ll find at nearly every SF hotel. You cannot go wrong staying here!
4.7
The hotel room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed all of the advanced technology in the room. However, upon entering the hotel, it felt very cold and unwelcoming. The staff members were very robotic-like and so formal that I felt uncomfortable. After check-in, I had no other interactions with any staff members until the next day at check-out. Upon check-out, the first person who tried to help me had his computer freeze up. So he sent me to the next desk. Then her computer froze as well. Then finally, the third person was able to check us out. The value was simply not there for the price I paid.

Very close to the ballpark

My first stay at this hotel was 5/5, Chris at the front desk was extremely informative and helpful, he upgraded our room with a view of the bay and were able to clearly see the full moon that night.
Area is clean and safe to walk around day or night and is very close to Oracle Park or Chase Center
Safe and cheap parking is located in the “Gus Community market”
Looking forward to my next stay

Great stay in a good location

My son stayed at the LUMA for business a few weeks ago and this time it is my wife's birthday this last week. I decided to treat her to watch Mrs. Doubtfire, hang out in the city, have dinner and then rather than driving home make a full weekend of it. No complaints about the stay at all. Although we did not use the Robots for service, I was impressed as a couple who work in Tech. Valet parking is available at 80 USD a night, but there is parking at the Safeway for 30USD a night. polite staff and I think the hotel is new, so very clean. Large TV's also might be a 65 inch.
