Bit of an issue with people playing knock and run but that’s not the hotels fault .
Corridor had evidence of dried up muddy boots which didn’t get vacuumed up over the weekend .

It’s what we expected when we come to a village hotel not enough staff to deal with the amount of people.
Manager of restaurant was doing her best with the limited amount of staff but queuing too long for breakfast to get a clean and vacant table .
3.7
The staff didn’t refill the shower gel for us and I was in the middle of a shower. So I just used shampoo instead. The bedsheets were dirty and I could suit a few black/ dark red dots. I didn’t bother to complain because when I saw it that was already midnight when I flipped the duvet. You have to pay £5 for the swimming pool.

Nice modern hotel. Room we had was really big but with minimal furniture and felt a little bare. It was nice enough but little things could have been done to make it better. Like having the right number of coffee cups to number of guests. Having a TV remote that wasn't broken and bits missing. Having somewhere to hang bath towels after use. Having a bit more storage for clothes, not just a few hangers on the wall.
Overall nice enough but could have been better.
Breakfast however was great....

I got worried when i reached as it has a leisure centre , starbucks and a bar in it, therefore super busy, but to my amazement, it was really quite once in my room. Beds was super comfy and the staff very helpful, when, i realised my heating wasn't working, they offered me to swap rooms or to have an electric heater. I stayed put with the electric heater which was enough to watm up my room.

Room was in the top of hotel so slanted roof , it was not very big room . Had to report to reception about waste bin full of rubish from prevoius person . Room was cold teied to get heating to work ...messaged maintenance and no sign in 2 hours so back to reception and was moved to another roon . Road noise in this room was quiet bad . Staff reponded well to issues with room.

Always love staying here

Arrived late at the hotel (11.30pm) to find no staff. But there is self-check in tablets (never a good start). I was assigned a key to a room. Went to my room opened the door using the assigned key and found someone else already in there!!!
I think the person was in the bathroom, so avoided the fright of a stranger arriving in "their" room at nearly midnight.
I headed to reception to find a member of staff. When i did get someone they spoke to me as if I had done something wrong! After scrutinising my key and what room I'd been to, and finding that i had in fact got the correct key and been to the correct room, they shrugged, offered no further explanations, gave me a new key, muttered an apology and sent me on my way.
Ended up in a ground floor room next to the road with a bathroom fan that runs all night even with the lights off.
Poor experience from start to finish. I'll not bother returning here for future business trips. And id advise ALL other guests to double lock their doors. I propped the ironing board against mine!

We just needed a bed for the night and we got that and more. Comfy room with good parking and friendly, helpful staff.

Lovely modern hotel, our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool. The pub & grill served excellent food.

Self check in, limited staff. Noisy (not always hotels fault ) room not clean - cobwebs, a vape sticker on the corner of the wall in room
Shower did not drain

The staff's hand hygiene in the hotel restaurant was not up to par compared to what I have observed in other establishments recently. The employees attempted to clean the tables by spraying a cleaning solution over the leftover cutlery and then left the area. They also pushed down the rubbish in bins using their hands, and after that, they picked up napkins and returned to the same table. They folded the napkins and placed the cutlery back on the table, all while leaving chemical residue on the items.
On my second night, after spending the whole day out and having eaten earlier, I went to the bar to order a serving of chips. It took 40 minutes for my order to arrive, and when it did, the chips were soggy. The chef was at the bar, so I approached him to explain the issue. He waved his hand and directed me to speak with a bar staff member. Unfortunately, that staff member was unhelpful and simply said they would exchange the chips for me. It seems there is a lack of proper training for employees on how to communicate and engage with customers, as there was no apology offered. While it may have been just chips, the staff could benefit from better training in customer service. I don't plan to visit the village hotel again.

Would like a dedicated parking area for guests only. Instead you have to squabble with the gym bunnies and this is the only thing that would put me off rebooking in the future

Lovely place to stay staff helpful
Only thing I would change is menu
Food not brilliant fast food not good food sorry

Nice clean hotel, easy self check in. Decent bar food and tv. Quite a few draft beers were off.
Room was good but lacked a main light which made it quite dark even with all lamps on.
3.7
The accommodation was good. But you get charge to use the swimming. Should include in your stay.
3.7
Overall the hotel is okay. You have to check yourself in via a screen and make your own key card which doesn’t feel very four star. My room was right over the gym and when I complained of the terrible noise from the classes I received no apology and nothing was done about it. I won’t be returning.
3.7
Worst sleep ever due to constant road noise, bad music from the party taking place in the hotel vibrating through to the room until gone midnight and tv didn’t work
3.7
The bed is so comfy i wanted to take it home the room was clean staff poilte would defo stay again.

Check in details from hotel.com had bot moved over to hotel so paid balance had not registered.
Room was dirty and not made up, missing pillows, rubbish in drawers and tea and coffee missing.
Room smelt damp.
Restaurant and bar service was slow, not enough staff. Floor or and surfaces were dirty, hadn’t been cleaned after customers use,

If you’d asked me on arrival if I was happy with the hotel I’d say yes. Easy check in, cheap parking, a great family hotel, pool, table football, varied food menu. However. DO NOT STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR. You will be rudely awoken by techno music at 6am for 2 hours+ thumping through the ceiling. All the family were awake. Not what we expect, and I can see other people complain about the same thing rather a lot. Wish I’d read reviews before coming! said reviews also get the same generic response from the hotel so clearly nothings being done about it.

Loved the pool so a lovely extra when staying there for legoland
Very nice hotel and staff were very helpful

My room hasn’t properly been cleaned. The mugs still had leftover coffee in them from the last guests, tea/coffee/milk hadn’t been replaced. Furthermore, the bins had not been emptied. Bathroom bin contained previous guests rubbish including female hygiene products. Not very good at all. Also, we were woken at 6am by loud music from the gym downstairs

Great hotel. Great location. Easy check in. room was large. For the price, it's great.
Very basic. No glasses for water.
Breakfast was a small distaster. They need more staff to keep things stocked up for the buffet breakfast. There was nothing left when we went down.
3.7
Room wasn’t hoovered on arrival, had to change rooms. Breakfast low quality and the staff must need more training. Nearly everything was empty, had to ask for everything, loads of tables available but none of them had been cleaned so had people waiting.
3.7
Pros:
- Clean
- Big TV
- Decent WiFi
Cons:
- Rooms were way too small (the bed takes up pretty much the whole room).
- Bed was not comfy.
- Was very loud at night due to a party going on downstairs
- It is very busy (may not be a deal breaker for everyone).
- Overpriced
In conclusion, I would recommend staying in a nearby premier inn or travelodge. It generally costs 1/3 the price and you get a much bigger room (I can't stress enough how small the room was). Beds are generally better too.
After feeling locked up in the room and noise coming from the party downstairs I decided to just travel back home the night before check out.

I’ve stayed here a few times. Normally great. However, I was given room 014 which is an accessible room on the ground floor. There appears to be a storage room opposite which was in use by staff throughout most of my stay, and the noise and loud chat from the staff I found to be really annoying and unnecessary. The noise was going on from 3pm right through until 10pm and then started again at around 6am. No consideration that there is a guest room opposite. I’ve been working long hours and hoped for a peaceful stay but this was anything but - this should be addressed.
The room however was clean, the food was good. It has however made me think twice about booking here again.

Nice hotel for woking area , resturant food good as long as you liek a burger , starbucks for breakfast if you want cheaper option than hotel. downside No EV chargers on site
3.7
Great place, excellent for Legoland and Windsor, food was your usual pub staple grub but very nice all the same, pool and staff were excellent, rooms are very dark, could do with a ceiling light definitely, kids, friends and missus all happy so can't really fault the place, always a decent bar and screens for the football and great to bring the family

Staff were really helpfull
3.7
The hotel had its moments, but didn't meet expectations. The staff were kind and welcoming, but the unconventional reception process was clunky. Food was a letdown, served at room temperature instead of hot, and I was disappointed that we had to ask multiple times for refills on juice containers, bread baskets, and other essentials during breakfast. The dining area was lively due to a DJ, but it was overwhelming and made conversation difficult. It would have been lovely to have a peaceful dinner with background music with the DJ kicking in after food service had finished. One of the most notable issues was the floors and tables were sticky and needed a proper cleaning. Pricing was steep, but location was convenient for Ascot and free transportation was provided. Overall, the hotel has flaws, but with more attention to detail, it could become a great recommendation. As it stands, I would say it's just "OK".
