I was on a business trip and had two large packages of samples sent to the hotel for my presentation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The bellhop even helped us get them to the Post Office to ship back.

Wonderful experience. We were concerned about the vehicle valet service but those guys were amazing.

It was nice

Pros: convenient, close to restaurants, room was large 3 beds for our family of 5 and having a kitchen and refrigerator was AWESOME!
Cons: $35 for parking at this place is ridiculous, staff was not friendly at all, dryers in the laundry room did not work, the indoor pool is tiny and there isn’t a hot tub.

A great property for travelers or long term stays. Large rooms with all the conveniences for meal prep. Breakfast is a cut above and appreciate the real cutlery and crockery. This was our third stay.
4.3
I like my room very spacious and very clean except for the bathroom it had a bad smell at times. I don’t know if the smell came from the sink or shower hole. For some reason I missed where it stated that the hotel charges for parking, so this hotel charges for valet parking, for 3 days I was charged $147. Other than that customer service and everyone that works there were very nice and friendly.

Great large room for our family. Kids ran around and loved the room. Breakfast was great as well. Gym was new and clean. Pool was indoor which was nice to not worry about sunscreen but it was too small. Main downside was parking was valet only so we couldn’t easily retrieve things from the car and also had to wait as we were on a schedule every day.

Our room was big and
clean

Our entire family loved the stay at this location and property was pretty well maintained. Everything 4* including hotel staff.
However, Parking experience was terrible. Paid $34 for valet parking and had to wait for 25 mins to get the car back! There was huge crowd waiting for cars and parking staff was rude as well. Not worth at all !
4.3
Staff was helpful and ready to assist. Room was clean , valet staff kind and ready to help. Breakfast area was clean and stocked. Pool had plenty of towels and seating. Very satisfied with our stay.

**Review for Home2 Suites By Hilton Woodland Hills**
I recently stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton Woodland Hills and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very nice and clean, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. However, I was disappointed to find that parking is not free and costs $35 per night, which seemed a bit steep. Additionally, the hotel is not as close to Universal Studios as we initially thought, with a drive time of 30-40 minutes under normal traffic conditions. Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the accommodations made for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was exceptional!
The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable.
4.3
Great place clean and staff was very nice.

Manager is awful , rude , incompetent and inconsiderate and things it’s okay to tell at guests . Don’t stay here if you want good customer service . ABSOLUTELY horrible
4.3
Nice and clean place to stay, good service in the hotel.
Bad. No self parking and valet parking only with a $31 charge and the guy want me to go get my vehicle
4.3
The rooms were well equipped with all of the amenities and had great beds and rooms were very spacious!
4.3
There should be a parking spot for disabled people who don’t have to rush getting in and out of the vehicles going through valet parking lanes.
4.3
Nice and clean

Everything was great as expected except for the parking. There is no choice you have to use the valet and pay 34.00 per night. This is excessive for a mid grade hotel.
4.3
Perfect for a family and Pet friendly

This new property exceeded expectations with its pristine cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. Conveniently located near a variety of dining options and entertainment venues, it offers both comfort and convenience. The modern amenities and impeccable service make it a top choice for anyone seeking a delightful stay.

No free parking

Good attention and clean place.

I like the free continental breakfast. The AC fan is loud. The valet parking staff in the morning should be staffed more than 1 person especially with rush hour mornings, catching a flight, tee time hours, ACT tests etc. Valet parking is too pricey. Elderly man on front desk snobbish.
4.3
Very nice stay. We were upgraded to a one bedroom the room was very spacious. The amenities in the room were everything you could want.
4.3
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the cleaning and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a good variety.

This place is mediocre. I booked my stay online before knowing that I would need to take my sister back down to San Diego for an appointment with her neurologist and then back up again for follow up to the surgery. The hotel was unwilling to work with me and move dates around and I was charged for 3 days we were not there. This hotel also charges $31 a day for valet service however all but 2 do not now how to drive manual. One valet tried to fake it and most likely caused some damage to my engine by over revving because she didn’t know how to engage the clutch. Most of the time I was asked to park the car myself. They also charge your card weekly. If you have noisy kids, large out of control dogs or a disruptive family member they do turn the other cheek. Another guest told me that she didn’t make the check out time but they did not charge her for it. Their charging is inconsistent and the staff do whatever requires the least work. There is no bellhop but you can grab the rollie cart yourself. The toilet paper is thin, the maid doesn’t stock the shower gel, the laundry room is barely functional, the pool is overly chlorinated and has a froth on top, the exercise gym is fairly good and not used much, the breakfast is ok, they spray an obnoxious cheap perfume everywhere, the bathroom smelled like mildew, the room had cheap modular furniture and thin pillows, the thermostat was not able to maintain a consistent temperature (it was either ice cold or hot when set at 74 degrees).

We love this hotel! Must be one of our favorites in San Fernando Valley. Spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable beds (except for the sofa bed), the mini kitchen area with fridge, sink, dishwasher and some kitchen stuff is a huge plus especially for families with kids. Rooms smells good, the hallways and elevators were clean and smells good, the housekeepers were nice. And the breakfast! was amazing! The lobby looks beautiful and peaceful.
The only thing we were disappointed in was the valet parking, we wanted to do it on our own. And oh! How tiny the swimming pool is.
But overall it was pretty good.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. During our weekend stay, the weather was hot, so staying indoors in a nice and cool room was excellent!
The only downside was access to the WiFi. We had such a difficult time trying to connect that we got frustrated and just used our hotspot on our phones.
4.3
The floors are paper thin. We were expected to tip toe around to keep from disturbing the people below us. I got a call when we checked in at 5pm and again at 930pm...we were only getting ready for bed. We ultimately got an apology and a new room but the whole situation was ridiculous. But all in all, the FIVE DAILY fees are more than enough for me never to return.

Really well presented property. Lot's of little extras added for your comfort. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was so nice!! Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, and we loved the fact that they have a bar downstairs. We took full advantage of the gym and indoor pool. Very nice, would definitely stay here again
