Had to pay to clean the room. The website did not disclose that this was a "Owner" room. No restaurants on-site, no real amenities. No casino.

Was pleasantly surprised by the property. Clean and spacious. Modern yet still had vintage characteristics.

Rented a condo in Vdara and parking was included very convenient plus included at the MGM sister property

This is a complete scam. The property positions itself as "strip view". I got the completely opposite experience. I didn't have a single bit of the strip. ZERO! Contacted hotel, they couldn't do anything, contacted hotels.com, no help either. Contacted management company, they offered 20% off from a future booking. This is nonsense.
On top of this there is no house keeping - you don't get the room cleaned, no fresh towels, etc. And to top it off, you don't get MGM Rewards points, even for various items charged to the room.
This is a SCAM, stay away and never ever book with "StripViewSuites". Scammers!!

We really enjoyed, the proximity to the strip. Our view of the Sphere and Bellagio Fountain Show, was top tier. I would definitely stay there again; with access to sister hotels, dining options was great.

I rarely leave a bad review but this was a terrible experience. This is an "owner property" so you do not get to enjoy the full amenities of Vdara. The room was filthy, I sent pics because I immediately wanted to change rooms. I had to clean the bathroom myself because they could not switch our room because it was an owner property. There were hairs on literally every surface in the bathroom, a stained bathtub like someone had dyed their hair in it, peeling baseboards throughout the unit, hair on the bed, tables and counters were dirty and sticky, a broken lamp, pullout sofa is tiny and has an awful mattress that should not even be called a bed, it was uncomfortable as a couch too. No late check out allowed, not even til noon cuz its an owner property. Hotel will not clean or bring towels w/o charging a fee. Ipad room control does not work. No room service. Just book direct if you want to stay at Vdara. I've stayed there before so this was a completely different experience. We were given a food/bev credit for our trouble that covered 2 drinks at the pool. They offered to come clean that night while we were out, but I had already cleaned it myself by then. We had to wait for it to be "cleaned" before we could check in too, so this was all just very frustrating.

Beware - BAIT & SWITCH with no support from the property. Property took the view room I specifically booked out of service to do elective maintenance, which happens, I understand, but instead of putting my in a comparable room they instead put me in a lower-level room that looked out at a service area with all the noise, etc that comes with it (trucks beeping all night for example). No one will answer the phone on property and visits to the front desk are handled by front desk staff going back and forth to the back to speak to a manager who just doesn't care as he won't come out to help (I'm not allowed to give his name in the review) but front desk constantly insists that he is busy or out and will call you later but it's now been 6 days since I was first promised a call and still nothing...

We made reservations more than five months ago. Pool option was always on the website. Was very disappointed to find out pool was closed Monday-Thursday. Our stay was Sunday-Friday. Spent time calling Vdara trying to find out about pool. Reaching anyone became next to impossible. Finally reached concierge who read me supposedly an email that said pool would be open because of weather being in 90’s. Was relieved, this is why we choose Vdara. Without casino, Vdara has no draw. Instead we had to go to aria. Spouse uses a cane, walking distance was not expected. We have stayed over 4times at Vdara. We will have to seriously rethink if they are inconsistent with ability to communicate a change as large as Oh by the way no pool or Hot tub, a rather large Amenity.

The good: Sofa bad was super-comfy for kids (which is generally rare). Easy inside walk to Bellagio, Cosmo, and Aria.
Now the bad: We ordered wine at a table in the bar on the lobby floor during non-busy time around 11pm, but we were NOT served for 20 minutes or so, so we had to leave and find another place. My advice is to go to a barman directly, and do not order anything from waiters there.

The Vdara was nice. With two school aged kids it served our needs. Our room was a little dusty and some pet hair we could have done without but we managed. One of the t.v.’s was inoperable but we managed.

The place was AMAZING! Having both rooms was perfect for our family to be together and also have separate sleeping spaces. The rooms were clean, spacious, and super convenient to have a kitchen. The views were so cool! The lobby was great and service was tops! Beds super comfortable and soaker tub was a bonus for tired body at the end of the day!
The only small bummer was the fridge in both rooms didn't seem to get cold so we had to keep our cold stuff in coolers, which wasn’t so bad. We would highly recommend this place and loved the Vdara!

The location of the Vdara is great. It's close to everything and very walkable. We could see the Bellagio Fountain from the room.

Not full strip view. Only partial view. Misleading room title. Overall ok for the price just wondering why the need to lie about room titles .

I have been to Vdara for meetings in the past but have never stayed there, only at the main Aria. We were pleasantly surprised with the full condo size rooms with mini kitchen and living area.. the view was over looking the Bellagio pool and we could see the fountain show and the grandstands for the upcoming F1 Grand Prix. We got to Vegas early and checked in around 8am.. which we knew check in was 3pm... not a problem... but we didn't get our room text until 4:41PM... but the gentleman doing our keys was super apologetic and gave us a $100 food/bev credit for the inconvenience... we would stay here again as it is very convenient to the Cosmo, Aria, and the strip...oh the people working Vice Versa were also very nice.

Used to love this hotel but for some reason the rooms are very dirty now.

Hotel is beautiful but service was really bad, only 1 key card per room, no house keeping service, no free in room coffee machine, you can rent one for $20/ day… Rip off!
We had do not disturb sign on, they still went in our room while we weren’t there, put in pots and dishes which we didn’t request for it…

The Room(20030) we booked was advertised to have a kitchenette. The fridge was minute. and did not cool well. There were no utensils, nothing but 2 glasses. Room surfaces were dusty.
The Vdara property as a whole was clean, quiet.

Booked through Expedia as this property had a mini kitchen. On check-in was informed this was a personal property (owned by person not hotel) and we didn't have the kitchen amenities that were advertised, nor housekeeping services.

The entire stay was amazing! From check in to check out. I am literally at the airport writing this review. The staff was polite and the hotel was so clean. Not to mention the 24 hour market and the Starbucks near the lobby. But what made the stay the best was the view from my suite! I will definitely be back!

we stayed the privately owned 2 bedrooms connected unit. Kitchen is kind of tiny. One of the beds was super comfy. The other one was sagging and very uncomfortable. Since its NOT part of the hotel we didnt really get much service and didnt realize there is upcharge for the utensils and soaps etc ! but you get free parking. so it evens out.

The place, the cleanness, the cooking facility, the included valet parking, the short distance to the room, the service all make it very convenient and comfortable. The shampoo/conditioner smells so good as well. Our family enjoyed a lot for this trip in this place!

Love this place - it is a great option on the strip without being a casino hotel.

Nice condition and good communication
3.0 / 10.0
The suite was beautiful and in alignment with expectations. However, there were a number of very small annoyances that diminished the experience. For example, the valet was a separate system that was not fully integrated and required some additional manual effort to get tied to our hotel room. Door keys did not work consistently for ourselves or many other guests which resulted in issues in the elevators. Cleaning services where not included despite the premium room cost. Lastly, there was construction in an adjacent room that disrupted us on one day.

Excellent! Large room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Room and building are very modern and clean. My new favorite place to stay in Vegas. Easy to get to the room without long trek through casinos. I would like the refrigerator to be a little larger as a suggestion.
