Beautiful views in every room. Stayed with a large group and staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. Location is convenient with a lot of food options in the area

We had a great visit at this hotel. From booking, to checking in, and throughout out stay... everything was great. Very nice and clean. Beautiful view of the lake from our room. My only complaint, i asked at check in if the breakfast had waffles, and was told yes, but it ended up being a prepackaged waffle and my very picky daughter would not eat. Was really hoping they would have had waffle maker for fresh waffles.

Newish. Nice. Clean. Decent simple breakfast. The door to the room didn't line up with the frame. Could see light into the hallway at the bottom and side of it. The floor wasn’t swept on my first stay as well. But overall my only grievances. I would stay again and do recommend.

I stay at a lot of places on business, average 25 hotel stays a year, the staff here are hands down the best and friendliest people I've ever come across. I even witnessed the lady at the desk assisting an elderly man in the parking lot to his car, offering several times to go get his vehicle and bring it up for him. The room was very clean and the entire facility is very well kept. Encountering room staff in the hallways, we were always greeted with a smile and a good morning/evening. Breakfast was on par and again, staff were there to make sure we didn't need anything else and to make sure everything was satisfactory. I enjoyed our stay here more than at places I've paid double the price for. If I ever need to return to this area this is absolutely where I will be staying.

We stayed at the Fairfield for the holidays. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. Breakfast was excellent to start our day. The location in town was perfect to get to restaurants and centrally located in Seneca. Great view of river. We'll be back to stay here soon.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had at any hotel! The room was quiet and clean, the view of the lake was so beautiful, and breakfast was incredible! Hands down the best breakfast at any hotel. It far exceeded any expectations, and they even had vanilla almond milk for my son who is lactose intolerant. The service was incredible. The employees were so nice and kind. If there were any negatives, I would say the kind size bed was a platform bed and too low for our liking, but it was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a great part of town near so many restaurants and we felt incredibly safe there. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in town again!

Beautiful location. Great convenient area. The only downside is no bar no atmosphere in the lobby. There was nobody at the desk on check-in. I waited about 10 minutes before someone came out for the hotel overall was fantastic

We liked that the property was new. The food service was excellent. Our first room was dirty and the second room we were switched to had no body wash and no laundry bag. So don’t know when that room was cleaned? Front staff didn’t seem sincere concerning my concerns and I was hurried out of the hotel.

This hotel is right on the lake yet there is no lake access. They have fences, barbed wire, and a huge retaining wall to block lake access. That's absolutely ridiculous. So forget about bank fishing or hanging out by the water. FWIW, I happen to run a hotel on a lake and we have boat docks, a fire pit, and more and the lake is the focal point of the property. The room was OK, but it had brown stains on the wall and the bed was made sloppily. There's no towel rack at the shower. The woman at the front desk was disinterested when I checked in and spoke so quickly and robotically I could not understand what she was saying. She also seemed to struggle with the computer system and it took much to long to check in. Years ago I was both a Fairfield and Courtyard GM and this hotel was not up to the standards I was accustomed to. It wasn't terrible, but there was nothing about it that would make me want to stay there again.
