Enjoy my stay at the Vistas.Would highly recommend.

Very nice place. Very clean. Close to ft Huachuca and minutes from just about everything in Sierra Vista.

Extremely dirty. Had to go buy clorox wipes and spend the whole first day cleaning it ourselves.

I mainly stay here in Sierra Vista. But they need to fix the checking in procedures. Kind of annoying. Other than that the place was perfect!!

The room was very clean, but the bathroom sink is starting to leak, and the shower head has a major leak causing wall damage. Also the room is starting to show it's age.

This is not a hotel. No on-site manager or anyone. It is a long term apt rental building. I went through the online check in and was given a code to enter the front door and the room I was assigned. When I walked into the room, there were no sheets or blankets on the bed and there were no towels in the bathroom. I contacted Management via text message and they said no one was on site to help me and asked me to wait while they figured it out. I was contacted 20 minutes later and they told me to switch rooms when I got to a different room. It was all set up and had everything I needed it was clean and in good condition however I would not stay here again as it is not a hotel with any security or amenities.

Our first time at this type property, no check-in desk but we did recieve the codes and were able to figure it out. Everything was good .

Upon checking in to the room assigned there was someone living in it. Called got switched to a room with a smaller bed, thankfully noone living in the next room. The hallways smell of Marijuana which comes into the room. Unsafe and poorly ran location. Couldnt even trust to leave items in room as we went out to visit family. Had to take everything with us.

Nice and clean!! Big rooms!

I disliked the check in. Check in was all on the phone and required us to take a picture even after loading one of our ID. I personally don't like to share much info or pictures if not needed. That's just a personal preference that others might like. Rooms were impeccable and to my liking.

Great little spot that feels safe and private. Would book it again.

I really had high hopes for this place. First of all, this is not a hotel… it is temporary housing for the down and out and for folks who ( I presume) are working at the Fort or elsewhere in Sierra Vista. The check-in process was bizarre (no humans involved).
It is depressing, smelly, and extremely noisy. There was an area set up with BBQs and outdoor seating directly outside my windows, and every single night, people would congregate and party out there… loudly. About the only good thing I can say is that the shower was great and the water was hot, and it was nice to be able to prepare some meals there as the restaurant situation in Sierra Vista is pretty dire. If you do decide to stay here, ear plugs are essential. Never again.

After putting in a reservation, there was no way to get into the building to check in! I had to leave and stay somewhere else and still pay the extra fees!

The property was fine but a little sketchy and we were unaware that there are people that live there full-time instead of the entire property being available to stay like a usual hotel, airbnb etc. Seemed like all the tenants smoked which was very inconvenient since the smoking area is the same area where the grills are located so if you wanted that as an option for cooking your own meal be prepared to smell the 2nd hand smoke. The tenants were very nice though but still a little awkward. Our room was cute and clean except when we looked under the beds. There was about a years worth of dust balls and clumps residing under there to which my husband took the broom and dust pan and cleared it out. Which got me thinking, if that was never taken care of for god knows how long, what else was left undone or only taken care of with minimal effort?! Not to mention the beds were futons and not actual beds. The front desk person is nice but everything is taken care of online so there is no point for a person in the lobby. When we asked her questions she was unable to assist and just referred to our booking. For an extra fee which was not worth the amount they are requesting, you can check in early which is a rip off if you ask me so plan on getting there right at 4pm as your door code will not work otherwise. We will never be staying here again as there were just too many things for us to say "well it wasn't that bad".

Nice place and very affordable!! Quiet. Room was clean and had a kitchenette for an affordable price! Close to everything!

It was nice to have a whole apartment for the price of a motel room. Most things were working although the ceiling fan and light could only be operated together and the bathroom vent was noisy.
The first thing we did upon arrival was to sweep the floors because it was necessary. And for some reason there were dishes but no silverware.
But there was NO service. I tried to extend our stay for another night and had to do another booking, including the cleaning fee. But what really annoyed me was the STRICT 10 am checkout time. At 10 am your access code stops working, and if you made the mistake to take some but not all stuff to your car YOU ARE LOCKED OUT. Fortunately, my husband was still in the apartment and somebody opened the exterior door for me, otherwise it would have beeen a lot of time and money to retrieve my suitcase.

Everything was nice except the flushing mechanism chain broke...

I was given a dirty room. Dishes in the sink, bed used, towels all used and actually one with feces wipes all over. The leasing office is closed all weekend so just had to stay in that disgusting room. I couldn't use the shower as no clean towels. I couldn't even sleep on the bed. I slept on the couch.

Very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful

The check-in took a lot of time over the phone and text in the dark because the office was closed with a sign to come back at 8pm. Besides, I already paid full amount with Expedia, the Vista still asked for a $100 deposit. That showed me they didn't trust the partner business they were working with or customers, either way. No way I can give 5 stars when compared with other hotels I experienced on the same trip.

Stay in general was average. Nothing special but also nothing gross. But with how the Vistas run as a hotel/air B&B/apartments the quality of the rooms leave room for improvement in the hotel aspect especially for the pricing. The advertised "Queen Beds" are definitely not Queen size, more on the Full size side, it was hard for my partner and I to sleep together with how small it was. The linens and towels were homely and not the typical white sterile of other hotels, which sometimes makes it hard to tell if they are as clean as you'd like for something that multiple people use per stay. Again, overall it was fine, average, not gross, but not the most comfortable experience.

I did not like you cant check in till 4pm , in my opinion if room is ready check in should be right away after 12
Check out, was also way too early is 10 , most places let you chekc out at 12.

I was excited to find a location near the military base that also had a one bedroom for privacy. The place was fairly clean with basic amenities. It suited our needs and the front desk staff were nice and helpful.
Pros:
Close to drive to fast food, grocery shopping, and general shopping area.
Large space that can sleep multiple guests. Two Queen beds and a pull out sofa.
Kitchenette with microwave and regular size fridge.
Air conditioner worked very well once I figured out to manually change the temp and not use the wall thermostat.
Cons:
Neighbors were kind of loud (kid running back and forth constantly above our unit)
The bedroom had no outlets on the walls, just a master outlet behind the TV.
Couldn’t turn off just the light and run the fan in the bedroom. Had to sleep with the light on, since we wanted the fan because it was hot. (Maintenance will hopefully figure this out and update the bedroom light fixture) - Katie from the front desk loaned us a floor fan to help. Thank you to her!

I was very excited to stay here until I entered a dirty room that was not in acceptable order. There was dirty dishes, dirty laundry, the beds were unmade and had definitely been slept in, there was garbage all over the room. I requested a new room and they sent me to 2 other rooms then back to another room making me change rooms a total of 4 times at midnight. Then was charged for the large apartment when I was not given that room. The lack of service was aggravating. I will not be staying here for future visits.

Clean and have everything you need.
But it use code to unlock door which makes me feel very unsafe.
Mattress is just okay.
Service is almost not available.

Collected extreme amount of personal information including photo of drivers license before finalizing reservation. Lack of communication regarding room. Door code for outside entrance was incorrect. Hsd to call in the evening to get access into building. Accommodations were OK.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. It included a full size fridge, microwave stove top and dishwasher. Beds were okay and clean. TV in each room. Many of the apartments house full time residents. While it was mostly quiet, we could hear the neighbors (and I'm sure they heard us too).

Whenever we walked in the room for the first time you could tell how clean it was.

Lots of shady people hanging around and entering at all hours. Slamming doors all night long and screaming baby starting at 6 am and didn’t stop until we checked out. Asked for a blanket/pillow was told would check and never contacted back.
