New. Quiet comfortable beds

The area can use more restaurants, but the hotel was great.

The hotel had no visible signage inside or out and there were very few guests. In fact, I only saw 5 other people and they were in town to attend the same wedding. It made for a quiet stay but it was a bit creepy (It was Halloween.) The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Although I was ultimately only charged for the three nights I actually stayed, there was a problem with the billing while I was onsite. I had reduced my stay from 4 to 3 nights, prior to arriving, and in the morning I realized I had been charged for the original 4 nights plus an additional night. The clerk said it was because I had reserved my stay until Friday which was not the case and I even showed her the itinerary from Hotels.com but she said the manager would need to handle the situation but he was not available until 4pm which was the time of the wedding. The next day was busy with another family activity and a flat tire on my van. On Thursday, the day of my departure, I found a tire repair shop and then returned to the hotel to checkout. That same clerk I had dealt with previously said I wasn’t scheduled to leave until Friday. I reminded her I never reserved a room for that night and said I would be calling the manager once I returned home but that I needed to leave then. Once I returned home I noticed a charge for another night on my credit card. These were all pending charges but it was over $1100 for 6 nights when I only stayed for 3. Good ending thankfully.

This hotel had everything I always wanted in a travelers hotel. Shower instead of tub, plenty of outlets for electronics including USB outlets. And to top it off, a light sensitive nightlight in the bathroom. This place was like a dream come true. Bed was comfy, linens were nice and the whole hotel was very clean.

The motel seemed new. There was no sign which was disconcerting but the place was lovely. Only one person on staff but he managed well considering he was alone. The beds were comfortable. The food was good.

The location was perfect! Quiet, spacious, super clean and plenty of amenities. We ordered pizza from a local pizza place and it was Amazing!

Checking out was an absolute nightmare. The lady im pretty sure was on drugs. I told her i needed to pay 69$ cash and 150$ card and it was a whole 30 minute process for this woman to understand what i ment, you had to of been there to understand its too much to write. She was very rude and snarky did not listen to anything i tried explaning to her. Terrible.

The property was clean but the bathroom was extremely small and the air conditioning did not get cold.

Seems relatively new. Located by itself. Seems short on staff (just an opinion), then again seemed to be fewer people staying in the motel, judging by the cars in the lot. But very clean, well designed.

Cycling the Erie Canal. Unfortunately, this hotel does not allow bikes in the rooms-one of the few. for those of us who pack light with frame packs and rear seat packs it is difficult to remove the packs. There is no reason not to allow bikes in the room given that majority of hotels do allow bikes and some hotels who have a high number of cyclists like Cumberland MD that service cyclists riding the GAP and C&O trail even have a hose available to clean off your bike! We had to use a car wash down the street to wash off our bikes. They did have a separate shed to lock bikes they touted as a solution. Hotel was empty-just cyclists on the night we stayed

Brand new great rooms staff super fry

Debbie was working the front desk when we check in. She was very friendly and very helpful. As we came and went, she was cheerful and discussed how we might spend our time, giving us brochures and pamphlets. We loved Debbie!!!

If you are going to Medina NY, this is the place to stay. Very clean and super nice staff.
