The hotel was comfortable in every way, our room was spacious, stylishly decorated, (though a bit dark), reflecting the period and design sense of Sagnier. The extra little touches were much appreciated, like plently of complementary bottled water, small chocolates, and a bottle of cava upon arrival. The location was great, in an upscale neighborhood with many small shops and cafes, freat dor walking and sightseeing. The gym was small but functional. The breakfast offerred many choices, served in the lovely dining room that feels more like a library lounge. The service was competent and professional. With so many hotel choices in Barcelona, this one stands out as a winner.

Hotel Casa Sagnier is in an excellent location, easily accessible and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The service and staff were amazing as well. I took one star off because although I had a great experience, I do think that there are hotels that are just as nice but cost far less

Highly recommend Casa Sagnier. This boutique hotel is a beautiful & charming architectural gem situated in the center of everything. Service is of the highest caliber. Room was immaculate, modern and very comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and gave the best recommendation for bars & restaurants was so on point, especially our new favorite Tapas place, La Flauta, just a couple blocks from the hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Barcelona.

Everything was excellent at Casa Sagnier. We arrived at 10:30am from our cruise and were able to get one of our 3 rooms immediately. The staff and waiters were super friendly and helpful. I’m a 10 year Marriott platinum member but chose this hotel based on the reviews and location and it didn’t disappoint!

Very nice boutique hotel. The room was a little small for the price. Adequate for one person but a little tight for two. Our first night we were woken by late night drinkers in the alley because the windows and walls are thin. Otherwise it was restful, the staff were extremely kind and attentive.

I will give the hotel itself a 4 stars as it is conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona in Rambla de Catalunya. It is very close and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The rooms can definitely use a refresh and touch ups. But the small lobby area and the restaurants are very nice. Breakfast and tapas were delicious and well prepared. But I will definitely give the hotel staff a 5 star! The staff at the reception particularly Alberto and Margherita were the most friendliest and super helpful people we have met in all our hotel stays. They went above and beyond just to help us and made us feel very welcome and taken care off during our stay. And the other staff were as nice and friendly as well. They made our stay at Hotel Casa Sagnier very memorable :)

It's the best hotel I've ever stayed. Room was clean, spaceful, and lovely. All staffs were really kind and never forget to clean up the room even if we woke up late. We got heartwarming service. We could not have asked for a nicer hotel than this one. The lobby, lounge, bar & restaurant are elegant, beautifully decorated and inviting, the rooms are quiet, well appointed and subtly luxurious. The rooftop patio with complimentary soft drinks, snacks & beer is lovely and the staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent - within walking distance to Many attractions and a short distance to the metro. We had a perfect stay in Barcelona due in large part to this wonderful hotel.

Excellent location surrounded by restaurants, shopping and walkable to sightseeing as well as the metro. The hotel is quaint and lovely. The food at the hotel restaurant, both at the cafe and room service is delicious. Had a wonderful massage at the spa as well. Would definitely recommend and return.

We LOVED this elegant and absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the best location. First of all, it is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Service was welcoming with a warm and friendly staff who gave great recommendations. The room was so comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast, wow! It was so good we found ourselves looking forward to it. Lastly it was a great location within walking distance to excellent restaurants and most everything we needed. There is a little alley street behind the hotel with Michelin star restaurants and tapas places down the street so reasonable and excellent. We highly recommend Casa Sagnier and look forward to staying again!

This hotel was small but very cool. We had a little issue with our room being too hot, and the rooms were quite small but the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the staff was both helpful and kind.
