The perfect escape. Historic studio cottage, formally know as Bungalow Village. Front row cottage. It's just steps away from the beautiful Newfound Lake. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, or nature hikes.
Relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views from your private screened in front pouch. Community amenities included, such as shared playground, picnic area, fire pit, and private access to the beach. Restaurants are just minutes away. Indoor living : queen bed with storage draws and a futon twin sleeper bed. Kitchenette equipped with mini frig, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and electric skillet . (gas grill outside the cottage ). Cable TV . Bar seats and counter top area for eating.
Parking: 2 vehicles. Trailers are NOT allowed.

My girlffriend and I had a very nice stay in this very nicely renovated little cabin with beautifuly refinished floors. We arrived at the begining of a NH heat wave but the owners supplied window fans that when it cooled of at nite, we were comfortable. We were lucky to have good weather every day and experienced Newfound lake's great outdoors. We enjoyed the beach across the street and would stay here again.

This cozy cottage was just perfect for our summertime visit to Newfound Lake. As comfortable as could be given its small size, and so thoughtfully equipped. We loved it and definitely will be back!

Another wonderful get away at our favorite cottage. We look forward to staying here once or twice a year. From the moment we open the door we know vacation has started. The owner is amazing and attentive. Really clean and modern inside with a homie feel in such a quant space! Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay from beginning to end. Location is right across from the lake in a clean, cute cottage with all modern amenities - wifi, tv, kitchette including keurig, mini fridge & freezer, other appliances too, easy parking and a screened in front porch that we especially enjoyed for morning coffee & game nights. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean, also well stocked with beach supplies, water toys and kitchen gadgets. The location was great. The property managers were pleasant and attentive. These factors allowed for a very enjoyable get away.

The cottage was nicely decorated and very clean..the hosts thought of everything...coffee pods and cream..microwave popcorn..plenty of towels, beach chairs,float, cooler..great screened in porch to sit and view the lake, which is right across the street. Very easy check-in. Dorothy was very responsive to inquiries and provided a lot of info on restaurant's etc. It is quite the charming little cottage!

Amazing location; directly across the street from beautiful Newfound Lake. Easy access to beach. Use of cooler and floats was a huge help. Very clean. Limited kitchen was a little challenging, but knew that going in. Can’t beat the location.

We were attending Bronco Off-Roadeo over at Gunstock Mountain on Saturday 6/10 and needed a place to stay, but it was Bike Week. "No Rooms At The Inn". Imagine my joy in finding this little cottage away from the crowds and loud motorcycles! From start to finish, this place was EXACTLY what we needed. We opted for no TV or radio & limited social media. Cold beers on the screened-in porch and watching the sun set in the evening; hot coffee and a blanket on the porch every morning ~ even our neighbors were cordial and quiet. We bought a frozen pizza at WalMart on our way in and improvised with foil and the electric skillet. Ate it on that screened-in porch and it was the best pizza ever. The space heater came in handy when that sun went down. And that comfy bed ~ like a cocoon. Thank you Wayne & Dorothy!

perfect location and time to enjoy the lake in peace and quiet, we watched a fast- moving thunder storm come across the lake then the lake turned back into glass. so quiet compared to June and July the cabin was great

This is a recently updated cottage with a major lean toward natural woods and cottage styled application. Lots of info about the area including restaurants. Dorthy was easy to reach for any questions. Wished better weather to have a chance at the lovely beach.

Perfect Cottage for your next vacation! This association of cottages is the perfect location, with Newfound Lake directly across the street, and many restaurants nearby. Cottages are individually owned. Although we have stayed in others, this was the best! Pros: Friendly and Responsive Hosts, Screened in Porch, Very Clean, Smart Floor Plan, Linens Provided, Ample Storage for Guest Belongings, Well-Equipped Kitchen, Fresh Décor, Comfy and Cozy! Cons: Can't think of any. We hope to return again soon!

The property is exactly as viewed in the pictures only better! The view is wonderful, the unit spotless, the bed comfortable, and everything needed is present. There were plenty of dishes, plus coffee, cream for the coffee, and a box of microwave popcorn. I have been coming to Bristol to visit friends or to rent for over 30 years and walked by these cottages daily when there. It was a wonderful opportunity to stay in one and we will be back one way or another!

We love newfound lake- and this bungalow is perfect for a getaway! Everything you need, they’ve thought of. You’re right down the road (you could walk even) to the grocery store and directly across the road from the lake. What better way to start your day then a hot coffee on a screened in porch overlooking the lake before packing some lunches and heading across the street for the day??
