Everyone said that they really enjoyed themselves. The living room area was large and accommodating. The bedrooms were nice. I would stay at this residence again.

This was a lovely place for a friend’s get together weekend!! The host was very responsive with our questions! Close to restaurants and shops, and quick Ubers to other parts of Chattanooga! If I am ever back will stay here again!!

Great location for downtown visit. We enjoyed our stay for the most part aside for a few hiccups.
The house is very eclectic and cool, however with that comes a few challenges. There are definitely not enough outlets and the ones they have are not in great locations. We were in Chattanooga for a wedding so there was lots of primping happening. The main upstairs bathroom only has one outlet and it’s across the bathroom from the sink, above the toilet! There is a little office nook outside of the bathroom with plenty of outlets, but no mirror and bad lighting. This area would be great for a vanity area if the lighting were better. The other upstairs bathroom is very tiny, but has a small nook outside with a mirror, but NO outlets. We managed to rearrange somethings and get what we needed where we needed it, but there are definitely some logistical challenges.
The king sized bed upstairs makes a lot of noise. I think that the box springs are on incorrectly. Every time my husband or I got into the bed I was afraid we would go through the floor.
All in all we enjoyed our short stay.

Treehouse on Tremont is a fantastic home. Tons of room and so many beds to choose from. Foosball table was a hit with the kids. Host has a book with lots of local tips which allowed us to find Aretha Frankensteins which is only 200 steps away with great coffe and wonderful pancakes, worth the 200 steps. Host was great with communication and checking on us during our stay. 5+ stars!

We really enjoyed the location of the house. We walked to breakfast at Aretha Frankenstein’s and also to Walnut Bridge and the Seafood Festival. Our kids loved the bunk beds. We didn’t receive our entrance code before check-in, but Sunnie was quick to respond when we sent her a message. There were only 3 kitchen garbage bags and two dishwasher pods, which was not near enough for a four day stay and ten people. Also, we could not use the outdoor fire pit area because it was not mowed and very weedy. Other than that, we enjoyed the house and our stay!

We stayed with two other families for a few nights and enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and a great location. It felt nice and homey and had cute decorations for the holidays. Wouldn’t be a great fit for someone with limited mobility as there are a lot of stairs, both outside and in.

Sunnie was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The house was clean and had plenty of space for families with kids. I appreciated the high chair and pack n play for the kids. The only problem we had was my older dad had a hard time walking up and down the stairs. There are several sets of stairs due to the topography of the lot. So this may not be the best rental for elderly or disabled individuals. Otherwise, we had a great stay over the Christmas holiday.

Overall, we liked the property. Beautiful decor for a remodeled older home. The layout is perfect for multiple families. The kitchenette upstairs worked perfectly to warm baby bottles etc. I will say to plan to walk steps if you have mobility issues but we didn’t mind. Our Chattanooga Christmas trip was a success. Host was quick to answer all questions.

The house had plenty of space for all 8 of our family, including 3 younger children. We all stayed upstairs and enjoyed the comfortable beds. The fire pit and grill were nice and we utilized both during our stay. We arrived on a cold afternoon and the heat was not turned on downstairs so we had a chilly nice downstairs the first evening as it took the unit until the next morning to warm up the downstairs. Other than that, all went smoothly and the host had so many nice extra touches provided.

We loved our stay in this unique older home on a hillside in Chattanooga!
There were 3 small family groups in our party and everyone found their own area for privacy and relaxing. We were pleased that there was a coffee bar upstairs as well as downstairs. Even though it was an older home it was well maintained and the floors and stairs were not squeaky at all. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were too. The home decor is cute and there is even a home office area if needed. The kitchen is extremely well furnished with everything you could possibly need if you choose to cook or eat meals in the home. We enjoyed looking at the area information and restaurant menus that the host has placed in an information area. The host is extremely responsive to our questions and very understanding when we reported that we had an accidental glass breakage.
We would definitely stay here again!

The owner Sunnie went above and beyond with helping us. She responded quickly and even adapted a few things to help as I'd had an injury shortly before stay. We left an important item and she made sure it was returned to us. I definitely give her 5 stars. As to the house,it's more a few things to be aware of. It is nice overall. There was plenty of keurig coffee and most the basics to start off. The house is in a nice family type neighborhood, but not really walking distance to much for kids or older adults. Be prepared for stairs everywhere, including inside on the main floor. You can only access the outside backyard from through the upstairs, which was a loss for us. Some of these things can't really be changed much, due to local terrain. Otherwise inside some of the family did say shelving/dresser space in the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms could be perhaps added and helpful. The refrigerator and stove interiors could use a deep clean. Overall we had a very nice stay and found plenty to do and the people lovely.

We traveled for a long weekend stay. It was a large beautiful home that was perfect for our group. They have everything you could think of and more at this location. We traveled with a toddler and forgot the stroller and they had an umbrella stroller tucked away! I was amazed. I definitely underestimated the amount of steps when I read the listing but it was not a big deal for our group. Just a little added cardio. I would 10/10 stay at this location again if we were in the area.

House was spotless and in great location. Lots of stairs so be prepared to get your exercise! We loved the funky design of this older , updated home. Lots of extras like spices, plenty of towels, TP , games and an ice machine!

We came for our daughter’s graduation from the police academy. The host could not have been any nicer and quick to respond. We had reserved a different place that canceled our reservation less than 24 hrs before we were to arrive. This host made it happen for us! The house is adorable, fabulous location, clean, and plenty of room for everyone! We will stay there again.

Very cool vibes at this property located within reasonable walking distance of shops and restaurants. Didn't receive the lock combo prior to check in but I believe that was an automated miss from VBRO. Fell in love with Chattanooga and this place was a reflection of the "coolness" of the city.

Us (3 couples with young kids <5 yo). Lovely updated older house with plenty of “landing spaces”. We enjoyed the reading nook for naps. The downstairs couch was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked (kuerig with pods, sweetener, and creamer included), and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers. The location was excellent. 5 minutes to Coolidge Park, Frazier street shops and restaurants, walnut street bridge, and grocery stores. Walking distance to a restaurant and a cafe (coffee beer, and gelato). Easy 10 minute drive to aquarium, discovery museum, downtown attractions.

THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR GROUP! VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING WE DID. OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I MESSAGED HER WITH ANY QUESTIONS. PLENTY OF PARKING ON A QUIET, QUAINT STREET. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED AND WILL BOOK AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE COME TO CHATTANOOGA!

The location of this home is perfect to all things Chattanooga. The house itself is older, but has been updated in most areas. It is eclectic and perfect for hosting large families. Sunnie was very responsive and accommodating to any issues that arose; truly a wonderful host.

Great location on the Northshore! We loved walking 10 minutes with the family to shops, restaurants, and Coolidge Park! Plus only a few minute drive to the aquarium and downtown Chattanooga. The house decor was fashionable. We were very impressed with the coffee and amenities provided by the host. Check in and check out were smooth processes, and the keyless entry was the easiest I’ve used yet. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of space to spread out in this rental, but it felt cozy and was well-equipped. The remodeled kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. It would be fun for families with the game table, bunk rooms and reading nook. Super convenient location for Northshore and downtown.

The house was perfect. Spacious rooms, comfortable seating and eating area. The whole house renovated beautifully. The kitchen and bathrooms very nice. The pictures are very accurate. The location was convenient to River Cruise, shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this house. Host was very nice and easy to work with. There are stairs but it was worth the climbing.

This was the perfect house for our family get together. Plenty of bedrooms for the individual families, space to have privacy, games for kiddos to play.. it was great. The host was very responsive to any questions and gave some great recommendations. The layout of the house is definitely unique but we loved that about it. The exposed brick gave this house its character. Easy walking distance if you wanted to walk to places (it was a little cold while we were there). We will definitely be back.

The property was perfect for groups of friends to stay and have fun.
Plenty of space and a large kitchen and very comfortable living room to hang out in. The bedrooms were situated where privacy is not an issue. Very close to all the restaurants and bars.
We will be returning. Thank you again we all had a fantastic time.

We very much enjoyed our stay here in Chattanooga! The house is in a perfect location for walking to multiple sites, restaurants, and shops. The house itself was great, we had lots of room to spread out and have our own space. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch in the morning! The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond, even letting us back into the house when we forgot something after we checked out! Would 100% recommend and book again!

From the moment we walked in, the kids were running from room to room, excited to discover the next nook or private space, bubbling with excitement. The personalized welcome note and welcome message from the owner made us feel right at home. The set up of the house allows for several spaces to have alone time, small group gatherings or a private space for the kids to wake up, have breakfast and watch some shows and let the adults sleep in! There are pillows and blankets everywhere for all of your snuggling needs. The office was a perfect escape for unexpected work while on vacation. The location is just a short drive or walk to several shops, a park, restaurants and the river! The neighborhood had a wonderful amount of diversity. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. This made a couple of ladies from Massachusetts feel more comfortable than expected on our first trip out of New England with the kids in several years. The owner was wonderful in addressing all of our concerns and was prompt with a response to any questions that arose during the stay. I’m pretty sure she would have found a way to get us eggs and milk if we asked. Look no further…this is the spot to stay for your Chattanooga get-away!

Location! & Comfort!
Wife and I, along with daughter and her kids, stayed at Sunnie's place for 5 nights, mid July. This is an excellent home away from home for large families, as there is plenty of room for everyone to gather in the main living area of the home, or if you seek privacy, it's easy to find a place to just be alone for a while. There are two separate living areas (the kids loved the one upstairs) that we put to good use. As for location, you are close to everything the area has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to stay here when we return in the fall with my son and his family.

Great for big families
We enjoyed our weekend stay! The property was very clean and roomy. There were many fun games for us to play. The beds were nice and comfy. If we had any questions the host was very quick to respond.
The home is very close by to the Tennessee Aquarium and about 20 minutes to Lake Winnie. There are many restaurants that deliver to the house in the area.
It was a great weekend getaway. 10/10 would stay again!

Memory maker in Chattanooga
We stayed at this memory maker our past visit. We had several memories of family with us. From the downstairs living room that was full of character, with the upstairs rooms with a view, the house was great. This house has everything you need for your stay and the owner was very welcoming. She made sure we were doing perfect from booking until after we left. Please give this place a shot next time you’re in Chattanooga.
