About this apartment rental
Location, location, location. We are centrally located in the quaint Village off bustling Main Street and steps away from Hamlin Park. Our home is a Sears & Roebuck Catalog Home that was built in 1940 as a 3 family home. The apartment sleeps a maximim of four, has a bedroom with a queen bed and and a Murphy queen bed located in the extended living room equipped with privacy drapes. Only registered guests are allowed and there's parking for one car. In our beautiful village, you can walk to Main St. boutiques, movie theater, restaurants, watering holes, swanky speakeasies, coffee shops and bistros, breweries, & bakeries. Birthplace of Fisher-Price Toys, Moog, and President Millard Fillmore, we are a community that is passionate about children. Fisher Price Toys is a fundamental piece of East Aurora's long history in industry and manufacturing. East Aurora had several movies filmed here. It's the home to Roycroft, where arts & crafts movement began. We offer a tandem kayak during your stay. Catch a Sabres Hockey, Buffalo Bills or Bisons game. We are 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo and neighboring suburb to Orchard Park. Stroll Niagara Falls State Park, hike the Gorge or Devil's hole or our neighboring Sinking Ponds. Find the eternal flame at Chestnut Ridge Park. Pack a picnic, visit the Power Vista, Zoo, Aquarium, Darwin Martin House, or catch a show at Sheas Theater. Rent a floatmingo at Hoyt Lake overseeing the beautiful Japanese gardens. Visit the Science or History Museum or our Albright Knox Art Gallery. Spend a day on the trails of our Wineries, Breweries, and distilleries. There is so much to see and do and something for everyone. The apartment is the lower level and you must be able to make stairs. We have 5 amazing grandchildren that visit and if we are lucky enough, stay the night. We enjoy traveling and staying in vacation rentals versus hotels because we like the feel of being part of the community. We are foodies and enjoy fine dining and dives. We make wine for fun as a hobby and enjoy gardening and entertaining. We are very down to earth people and enjoy meeting others.

My family and I were very comfortable in the lower apartment. We really appreciated the little extras (toiletries, snacks, and coffee), the apartment’s cleanliness, and great communication with Lori. We would love to stay here again!

Being traveling battery techs normally makes it hard to find a place to stay. Ms. Lori worked with me because I did not know how long i would be staying or coworkers joining us. Thank you for taking care of us and making the experience easy

We were in town for my husband and son to attend their first home Bills game. This is an exceptional property! It's probably the cleanest VRBO that we've ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with items you may need. You can tell a lot of time and care have gone into it. Owners have thought of everything! Excellent communication. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! Thank you so much for having us. Looking forward to a return visit! :) Lisa & family from KY

We had a great time at this property near in East Aurora! The location was in walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Highmark Stadium, Niagara Falls and downtown Buffalo.
Check-in was smooth and the hosts were easy to chat with. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed - exactly as pictured and described.
If we find ourselves traveling back to this area, we would certainly stay here again!

Our stay at Rich and Lori’s was amazing!! We have never used a Vrbo so we didn’t know what to expect. The communication Rich and Lori provided was excellent leaving no question unanswered and included suggestions to help make our stay more enjoyable:)
This home is tucked away in a charming neighborhood and is within walking distance to Main Street where there’s always something going on.
From the moment we entered our rental, the attention to detail and cleanliness was an obvious priority. Our living space was spacious and comfortable with completely renovated rooms including the bathroom and kitchen!!!
Without hesitation, we would recommend this property for your traveling needs.

By far the best VRBO stay so far for me!
This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in for a Vrbo or AirB&B. The newly renovated space and bathroom were well appointed. It was spotless, comfortable, roomy and well designed and it allowed me to have my 2 granddaughters with me for a couple nights. I had a separate bedroom from the living room with adjoining kitchen area. My grand daughters slept on the pull out bed tucked to the side of the living room. The rooms were very well equipped down to every detail.
The location was ideal for walking into the beautiful town of East Aurora. We were a 5 minute walk to Elm Street, the Roycroft Inn and Main Street.
Our hosts Lori and Rich were most gracious and available to me anytime. On our last day, we woke to find cinnamon buns, juice and coffee outside our door! Clearly these hosts are experienced in providing their guests with a "home away from home". I was happy to be their first Vrbo guest for 3 nights and will look forward to returning again soon!
Thank you. Katherine B from NH
