We stayed during a La Crosse tournament, and there were kids running EVERYWHERE. Elevators, stairs, corridors were all one big playground for teenagers. They were loud until well after 11pm that night, hotel did post signs everywhere the next morning with quiet hours, but that didn't do us any good after our stay... With all the rooms overlooking the lobby, noise carries into the rooms quite a bit, we could hear plates clanking at breakfast, plus all the running and shouting the night before. Overall the place was clean and well kept, the night staff weren't willing to do anything about the noise unfortunately.

The stay was adequate and my room was as described. Unfortunately the hotel was very loud until late at night, with many teenagers gathering in the center commons area. Their noise carried through the entire hotel as the rooms all open above the commons.

Checked in and was informed hotel gave our room reservation to someone else. They moved us to a room with one bed instead of two and charged me 50.00 more dollars. Lost a bed for two night's and payed more. Probably wont book there again.

The rooms were clean and nice plus the beds are comfortable

Staff was totally rude - phone in room didn’t work and request for extra pillows when called from cell phone was a “no” due to being “the only one working”??? In a hotel that big? When I inquired further, was told by desk that he “wasn’t going to bow down to me”? Bizarre

Rooms were remodeled but my toilet paper holder was broken and shelf in shower for my shampoo/body wash was falling apart.

First of all when we get there a check in they gave us keys and they didn’t work. So I when down back to front desk to let them know that the keys didn’t work so gave me another set when back up a the keys still didn’t work. While I had my wife my two daughters an my 12 month son waiting whole time in hallway. Besides the fact that we was there for a work event there at the Marriot that started at 4:00pm. And anyway they said they will send up maintenance in a few minutes that took like ten minutes waiting. So than he arrived a try to open door with master key but still door didn’t open. He tell us he had remove battery a put a new one in an he would be back to get tools. Came back in about 5-7 minutes to take whole door apart an put new battery in so finally to finished took around 10-15 minutes. So we was waiting for about 40 minutes. So finally me an my wife get dress to go to our work event. So we are there an my daughters call a said they pulled out the couch bed an it was dirty a full of crumbs everywhere. The was decussed an didn’t want to be there. So I called down to front desk an let them know what happen so said we can either call house cleaning or change rooms. So my daughters decided they wanted to change room. So at about 9pm we had to pack our things up an take to another room. So it was the same kind of room but seemed smaller. The new room didn’t have no sheets an blanket for couch bed so they finally brought them up. This is all with a 12 month old child.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
