About this house rental

Feel welcome in this beautiful, new, and nicely furnished holiday home so perfect for a large group of friends or family. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the newly landscaped garden with a dining area and terrace. There is even a cozy bar area, extra nice for the evenings. The home is located in the dunes of Groote Keeten and closer to the beach. Besides the beautiful beach, you can also go karting, spot seals, and catch shrimps in the Wadden region. In the spacious kitchen, you can have breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner together. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with an adjoining bathroom, the other bedroom can use the disabled bathroom. On the first floor are five bedrooms, all with an attached bathroom. Even though you are with a large group, there is enough space for some privacy in your own room.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
