Für Golfambitionierte ein gutes Hotel

Weitläufiges Gelände mit unmittelbarem Zugang zu den zwei Golfplätzen. Prima Frühstücksbuffett, Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung.

Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, man hört jedens Geräusch der Nachbarn. Das Dinner im Restaurant ist eine Unverschämtheit hinsichtlich Qualität, Quantität und Preisniveau. Das Gegenteil erlebt man im Restaurant "Finca" 200m entfernt. Der Gym ist für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein und minimal ausgestattet.

Nice hotel but the “get early to reserve a chair at the pool” made me feel like in a cheap hotel

Location only 20m from palma, family friendly they will prepare baby food as per your request, plenty space for kids to play, kidsclub, quite at night

The pool felt like Ballermann where people will go in the morning to reserve chairs , the property didnt managed that although several complains i have never experience something like this on this hotel category really sad. Restaurant menu was great but the offer was small

A fabulous hotel with amazing staff. Always made to feel welcome here!

We've been here three times over the last 18 years. The hotel and staff are always amazing. It's everything you expect from a 5* resort, and more. Fabulous rooms, awesome pool and a great restaurant, the service is always impeccable. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home straight away. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

Soo disappointed ! It was bad experience for us…

FOOD !!! we were so disappointed - menu was was so short and the things we tried weren’t good at all. We had a reservation and we waited for food for about 55 minutes - even for a set cup of ice cream for kids… If you’re ever been in five star hotel, you know, the food, the experience and also communication with the staff is very important (the stuff must speak english) Plus, the pool needs a renovation!! just It was bad experience for us.

Great hotel restaurant really let's it down

Breakfast great,staff and hotel great.Evening meal terrible only had the one poorchoice very expensive awful really let down a beautiful hotel which had new owners,have stayed there for over 20 years!No pool bar food couldn't even buy an ice cream in 30 degrees of heat

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and the room was perfect for the family. Great breakfast and the pool area was very nicely done. Overall the hotel felt special and location wise worked well for us to explore some nice beaches and towns (we did have a car).

Service in the evening for dinner was a bit slow and felt a little chaotic - might have just been a bad night, food was good. Pool area was great - but did get a bit crowded with people coming over from the other hotel nearby….not sure if this could maybe be controlled better, unsure as to whether they have access or not but might be an agreement both hotels have. More loungers were added toward the end of our stay which made a difference.

Lovely hotel but no kids menu so wouldn't recommend a long family stay

The grounds, pool and hotel were all lovely

There was no kids menu - quite a few children staying and there were almost no food options. Also I think there used to be a small playground but it is not there anymore which is a shame

Lovely hotel, perfect for a relaxing hotel.. car needed to explore the island and taxi's for dinner.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful stay. Every corner of the hotel was just beautiful.. we enjoyed breakfast every morning and had lunch at the hotel also. The pool area was lovely, very private from the hotel next door. Excellent staff and an extremely clean hotel. Not far from Palma but taxi's are quite expensive for a 20 minute journey.

I would recommend hiring a car as there's not much around the hotel and is quiet in the evening time. The pool bar wasn't open either but maybe because it's still early in the year. There was sometimes a queue for the hot food at breakfast too

It's very good but there's room for improvement!

The breakfast is good. The gardens around the hotel are very well kept. The interior of the hotel looks good and the outside dining and drinks area is very comfortable.

The food menu isn't very good, there is a lack of variety. The gluten free options were also very limited. The staff did not enquire about food allergies. The seating in the dining are is poor, the couch seats are to low and very difficult to get in and out of.

1. Amazing customer service. Very friendly. 2. Spacious and very clean rooms. 3. The grounds that the hotel is located in are amazing for walks (we came with children). 4. Big swimming pool (but too cold in mid-April). 5. In the restaurant good selection of local dishes and wine.

1. I left my iPhone charger at home by accident and no staff in the hotel had a charger (reception, restaurant). Maybe put 1 charging station at the reception. 2. Checkout could be faster.

reception staff great - hotel needs to do better disappointing

all newly renovated. new indoor pool. decor fresh and this is a tranquil area to stay

noise issues with bedroom next door. hotel aware there is a problem . can hear coughs sneezes and more! no makeup mirror in bathroom - have to lean over basin. seating in restaurant is a joke! chairs to low to eat comfortably! everyone we met wanted to move table! food in restaurant - dont bother. overpriced. strange menu trying to be too clever. service also not good ~ no-one asked how the meal was? it was not good. only one teabag of each type in room.

Friendly and helpful staff Excellent food Breakfast especially is amazing in its diversity and quality

Communication with the hotel (through Booking) before arrival was difficult. We had to ask many times the same questions as the hotel answers were not precise. At the end our last question remained unanswered and impacted us in our planning. Not a 5 (not even 4) stars standard.
