About this house rental

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: independent kitchen, living room with fireplace (insert) 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) bathroom (bathtub) independent toilet. From the living room, access to the first floor: 2 large bedrooms (1 140x190 bed - TV, desk) and 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed - relaxation area), bathroom (shower and toilet). From the hallway near the kitchen another staircase leads upstairs to 1 large bedroom (1 bed 140x190), with no communication possible with the other bedrooms. 50 m² terrace, 900 m² enclosed landscaped garden and shelter for beach equipment available. In the center of Plouha, this former family home will be an ideal address for your next vacation by the sea. With family or friends, you will have a spacious house where you can find yourself easily, enjoy a well-sheltered terrace and relax in the pretty landscaped garden! Its privileged location, 100 m from all the shops, will allow you to do your shopping on foot, to take advantage of the market on Wednesday mornings. From the gîte, by the chemin de St-Jean, you will reach the beach of Le Palus less than 2 km away: a very beautiful beach of fine sand in the middle of the cliffs with its playground for children. You will also appreciate the Bonaparte beach, with its historic imprint, bordering the GR 34 which will take you to St Quay Portrieux (8.5 km) along the port of Plaisance, the beaches of the Countess, that of the casino with its swimming pool. sea water and even as far as Binic (11 km). 19 from Paimpol, 24 km from the pier for the Ile de Bréhat.

We were here for (only) one week and we will surely come back! The house and the garden are great to relax in and at the same time everything is really close and easy to reach: Bonaparte Beach and other beaches, small charming cities, natural sites like the Côte de Granit Rose, good Restaurants, markets… Great value for the price and Étienne, the host, is very polite and helpful! Merci beaucoup!
