It was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The pictures they used for advertising are false. The door to the outside wouldn’t close so it was freezing, the TV was broken, the furniture was burned and damaged and they tried to cover it with a towel, but the WORST was the service. The front desk staff were rude and patronizing. They refused an emergency package we needed and told us we should have read the website. We booked through Hotels.com where there is no mention of a refusal to accept packages. This was after checking with the initial front desk staff who said it would be no problem. The smoke smell is the final thing to note. The entire place smells like stale cigarettes. No one there seemed to care about a guest experience so I recommend choosing any other hotel over this one.

The room had burn marks on the wall, and the toilet was making noises the entire stay. Key card had to keep being reset throughout the day.

The room we were in had stains all over the walls, some of which had questionable origins. There were roaches everywhere. The AC pumped out air that was at best 5 degrees cooler than the room temp on the hottest day of the year. The staff was mildly friendly. The whole building reeked of weed even though there are no dispensaries in Brooklyn anymore. Staff told me they offer weed smoking rooms. I probably would have canceled my stay and found other accommodations but I was told I could not get a refund from Expedia because it was a “deal”.

Personally I loved it for creating a fancy place around not such fancy houses etc. the rooms are beautiful not big but super cozy with all possible essentials plus complementary shampoo conditioner and body lotion.
Everything had color from the lobby to the bathroom which was very nice to look at and feel comfortable in. Would recommend to anyone . And the prices are pretty much incredible compared to any other option around. 5 stars

Check-in was delayed by lack of staff. The free parking required a team effort to get through the narrow driveway. The room was clean aside from the fridge. The room did have torn wallpaper and an upside down lamp. Many missing screws. It was good for what it was but not what we were expecting from the description.

They said parking was available but there is only 5 spots for the whole building. Had to drive around the area to find a park

My stay at this hotel was an utter disaster. There was only one elderly person cleaning rooms, who moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. I arrived at 3 pm for check-in, only to be kept waiting until 2 am to get into my room. The staff offered no refund or compensation for the ordeal, and their customer service was shockingly unhelpful. This was an unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise against staying here

the location is good, but the room that we had was not what we expect, lack of lights inside the room, no closet to hang clothes, even though we just stayed for two nights, no coffee maker. we don't know why through Expedia booking, we got this kind of room.

Was a quiet, dark stay at the umbrella hotel only one little lamp for the whole room, TV only had about 3 channels that worked bed was squeaking.
Parking was not good, the hotel has parking behind them that can only fit about 4 cars hard to get in their parking lot.
Only thing was the sliding door shower and the mirror with the light around.. was a last minute trip but should’ve went elsewhere

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR THE PARKING!!! The narrow way wasn’t suitable for my Camaro which is a small convertible vehicle. The desk attendant didn’t seem to care and told me to find parking on the street! There was no parking on the street as this hotel is in a very congested area in Brooklyn. I’m aware of the parking situation and solely booked this hotel for the parking. This was inconvenient and inconsiderate as I was in town for an event on the same day.

It was expensive. It was noisy all the time in the hallway. The parking alley is extremely narrow. The worst thing is the bed. It is kind of broken and made a noise when you have a slight action. I’m not exaggerating my breathing made the bed person making noise! The bathroom is the only shining point- it was renovated not long ago.

Do not stay in this hotel. We didn’t even feel safe sleeping there. Our room had 2 lights in it total, most of the room was completely dark. Dirty grout. Hole in the wall. No table or dresser or even a chair. No fitted sheet. If you’re trying to bang a hooker or your side chick, sure. But I wouldn’t sleep here.
