This property is a high spec villa which the photos do not do it justice! Recently built the quality of the finishes of the interior and exterior is stunning!!! Its a magical place with everything you need for the whole family to base yourself and explore Zadar!! Simply amazing and the hosts are fantastic and on the end of the phone to assist with anything you need so we thank them for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Porta Maris. The villa catered to our needs perfectly and was even better in reality than in pictures. The villa was super nice and clean. There was everything what you ever needed. The host, Kristina was also very helpful and made us feel super welcome. There is a big shopping center less than one kilometer away from villa. You could easily get to the old town in 10 minutes by taxi. We would definitely book again!
Only thing to note for those who enjoy quietness is that there is quite a big road close to the villa that’s traffic can be heard from the villa. However, traffic isn’t heard inside the villa and doesn’t disturb at night. The villa is located along a small road.

A BEAUTIFUL villa with a luxury feel and lots of really thoughtful details like a fully equipped laundry room, pool games, kitchen appliances, poolside speaker and cocktail glasses. We didn’t tell the host in advance that we needed a travel cot so we had to manage the first night without one but the next morning they arrived with a pristine travel cot, blankets, baby toys, high chair, blender and local wine and grapes (for mumma!). We had a wonderful week and will book Villa Porta Maris again.
The villa is on a quiet little road and has a pretty view but please note that you will need to hire a car to travel around easily. There isn’t much within walking distance. It might be easy to use local buses but we didn’t try ourselves.
