About this apartment rental
4 level townhouse with an ideal setup for large family gatherings. Located in the Clarière complex, this property has an unbeatable location as it is directly on the mountain providing ski in/out access and just a short walk to the pedestrian village.
Bedroom 1 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 2 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 3 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 4 : 3 bunk beds (6 single) / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.
You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.
Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.
A five minute walk will bring you into the heart of the famous and colorful resort's pedestrian village where you will find tons of shops, restaurants and fun activities for all the family.
You can access most amenities within walking distance and you also have access to a free shuttle to the pedestrian village just outside the condo. Mont-Tremblant public buses are free all around town.
**Please note that the building facade is currently undergoing renovations from June until the end of August. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay**
BBQ is only available from May to October
Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500 CAD, it includes the choice between
1- a security deposit with a non refundable fee of 15CAD or
2- a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD .
Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

Beautiful property. Prime location. Fully stocked. Modern updated decor and renovations

Extended family weekend. The condo is over four floors, with 4 bathrooms, living space feels bright and airy, kitchen is well-equipped. Small gym, TV room in basement. Very comfortable and great stay.
