Overall, the stay was great. The only complaint is the property is by a busy street.

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. We in St. George to visit family and the location was right down the road from everyone.

Great rental & loved all the great kids activities near by (walking & biking)

Decor was fitting for location. Majority of stay very nice. Bathroom vents could use cleaning. Actual hand soap in all bathrooms. Able to use grill once before propane ran out. Ran out of dishwasher detergent. Overall, felt price didn't equate to what we received.

This town home is beautiful. Very nicely decorated yet still comfortable and homey feeling. The hot tub and billiards all add a nice touch. You can tell a lot of thought went into everything.
The beds were very comfortable; although quite high, making it difficult for my 70 year old mother to get into.
The neighborhood was good and centrally located for our needs, but during our stay they started construction across the street by Lammy’s which woke us up @6:50 on weekdays, including the Presidents’ Day holiday. This was a bummer but beyond anyone’s control. Once the construction is complete, I don’t see noise being an issue other than your typical road noise.
We would start here again!

This property presents on search criteria as a four bedroom. It is not.
The body of the text tells you that it is a three bedroom but very deep in the description. It states that it has three bedrooms and a couch conversion.

Pros: Very clean, the community pool was fun for the kids (no shade over the water) and my wife thought it was great. Host was great help. The address was hard to put into Google. The booking app would not work to locate it—Fortunately we realized the map looked off and the host sent us a link as we drove. If you get lost look for “Lamy’s Mexican Grill” in Santa Clara. It is 200 feet to the east of that restaurant. At night our GPS betrayed us. Not the fault of the host—new subdivision.
Other things to know: “Pet Friendly” which is great but we had a small labradoodle that is well trained but she struggled to pee on the hot rocks. The back yard is small and filled mostly with a jacuzzi and some chairs. I hope they add some fake grass (in shade because it too gets hot) over the rocks for the 4 legged. To the west and then up the road north, about 300 yards up the Lava flow Road is a big open grass area. It was surprisingly hot on the grass for my bare feet so I kept my dog in the shade. There’s also a little grass area by the pool but I’m not sure your dogs are allowed there. The subdivision pool rules. read like a manifesto so I was scared to risk it. Made me chuckle a little bit about HOA‘s. I would not really recommend staying for only one night. The cleaning fee adds up. If you’re in the area for a few nights, it’s probably a better value.
Overall, this place was great. Great location. Very clean, nice home. Pool was great.

St. George is always a great place to experience. The Washington County Fair took us there this time for our son to compete in the 2023 Dixie Destruction Demolition Derby. We had a bonus, we stayed at a winner place and our son was the winner of the Derby, we hit the daily double. Our host of the property was very quick to respond to us and be there for us.

This newer condo was clean and adequate for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking/eating while at the condo. The road by the house can be a little noisy, but it was tolerable.

This property was really clean and the kitchen amenities were perfect. We were in town for an event that took place at the University. Perfect location. It only took 10 minutes to get there. We had a few issues with the Internet and could never figure out how to get heat downstairs. However, we were there when the weather was bad…so that may have been a factor. The hot tub was a nice amenity! The host was very nice. If you want to stay somewhere that is super close to the downtown area (by car) and is brand new…stay here.

This place was wonderful! It was beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was the noise of traffic on the street outside. In the morning on the weekday, while people were going to work and school, it was the loudest. On the weekend it was a lot less traffic.

The only problem with this area was that it is so new, I went to three different locations before figuring out how to get there. They did allow us to check in early which was nice. It was close to food and grocery stores. The interior was clean and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay!. We did enjoy the hot tub as well.

Everything was just as expected. Brand new, clean, great location.
The only reason I’m doing 4 stars instead of 5, is when pulling back the bedspread and sheets in the upstairs queen bed, there were little black dog hairs on the pillow and sheets.
It appears there may have been a guest who slept with their dog? Or the cleaning people brought their dog who hung out on the bedspread? I don’t know but either way it was kinda gross for the two people who slept in that bed.

We stayed here in August 2022 for a quick trip to see a show at Tuacahn. The location is awesome for the Tuacahn / Snow Canyon area - 10 minutes from Tuacahn itself and close to grocery stores and easy access to the greater St. George area.

My family and I had a great stay in this new development. As posted in the ad, the community is still under construction but it didn’t impact our sleep or trip. The home is very well stocked with games, towels, and kitchen items. The home is also very well decorated and very clean. It is close to grocery stores and Snow Canyon State Park. The family really enjoyed the pool table and football table. Heather was responsive to questions. We Had a wonderful time.
