Not worth the money.

Room was clean.

No restaurant or kitchen they do not provide food. Apart from breakfast which they ordered in but was cold. They charge for everything helping with the bags to what normally would be complimentary. Paid extra about £50 more by bank transfer. Not worth the money for 3 nights. Also the water and heating only worked between 8am - 5pm then nothing worked. The nights were freezing cold.

Cosy place for a short or long stay

Really cute hotel, with comfortable bed/ pillows. Clean rooms and great staff. Located in a safe area and great value for money !

Best Location In Islamabad F-8

The staff, the setting, the ambiance, and the prompt service were all enjoyable to me! The cleanliness was what we liked best. Everyone was incredibly understanding and did what we asked of them to satisfy our demands. There was usually powerful WIFI, air conditioning, and the best services!

Stay was ok

The location is convenient depending where you need to be, easily accessible if you have local taxi app or have to ask reception to book a cab for you. Breakfast was ok - simple omelet and bread. The room had cockroaches and we were worried they will get inside our luggage.

The room was not clean, cockroaches all over the place. I asked them to use a cockroach spray.

Most recommended if you are in islamabad

The ambience of the hotel and rooms view really justifies the name of the hotel. The must try "karak tea" enhances the superb morning breeze joy. Overall stay would never be happening without professional services of Mr.Fawad at the property. One must have this kind of manager to provide quality and satisfactory customer services. I really wanted to stay again and greatly recommended for solo or family stay.

Every hotel has its pros and cons but I really wanted to say this is much much better than any other famous and costly hotels in the area.

Over All the experience is amazing I was in Islamabad since 1 week but i got that at the end ho my tour i really miss that It's really amazing and value for money Specially Fahad bhai is really a great and humble personality

The property needs a professional touch

The location is really good. Centrally located to everything. The helper boys were very accommodating.

No professionalism. Seems like they opened in a rush. It's still under construction. No SOPS. Telephone didn't work. Had to go 2 floors down by stairs for everything. The lift didn't work. The internet turned off in the night of our room while other wifis were showing. Only one type of pillow available. The toilet did not have Muslim shower installed. Fan's capacitor didn't work. Fan was on low speed all day. Sound of hammering and other work was till very late. Not good for families with young children who sleep early. They need to hire a manager from hospitality industry who can turn this place around

A good stay in Islamabad

the bed was comfortable and the room size was good enough. I also like the TV size.

Breakfast selection and a proper place for breakfast instead of in room service.

Passable

The room and hotel is very nice. New construction, just needs a good maintenance

TV box wasn't working. Main heating want working, but they have a standalone heater. Overall maintenance is poor

Disappointing

Room decor was nice.

Basic amenities like hair dryer, tea, water were missing. The receptionist refused to pay my change back saying that I will adjust it in water bottle. Hotel like this should atleast give water free. They did not let me park inside saying that some VIP guest has parked his car on the gate. The corridors were very noisy, difficult to sleep. No on the property cafe or anything of sort. The heating was pathetic and for some reason there was no hot water available at night.

Good

Location was good, staff was nice and the room was excellent

There were constant issues with the bathroom. Flush didn't work, Muslim shower was leaking and the shower head was problematic as well. They were trying to fix it but it seems like major plumbing issue The breakfast could be improved a little.
