Nice and newly renovated 2 bedroom home on a quiet street that dead ends into Sandusky Bay. Beautiful view of Cedar Point and boat houses at the end of the street. House includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, game room and 1 bathroom with back yard. Great Location - close to city splash pad and city park.

Very satisfied in our stay at this property. Lots of little details like extra toiletries and extra blankets really made the place feel like home. Very close to Cedar point which was our plan for the trip. Would stay again. Dawn was an awesome host.

The location was very nice and clean. We would recommend it and would stay there again although we did not spend a lot of time in the house. The only negative was that the beds were a little uncomfortable for our taste, but everything else was great. Thanks!

We came in for a nice weekend at Cedar Point and it was perfect! It was close to Milan Road and all the food and mall, the teens enjoyed that. We also was super close to Cedar Point and Bait House Brewery, which was so good. We will stay here again. The house was cute and decorated so nicely. Beth and Joe Harper

This is lovely property and Dawn was very responsive to our questions. It is very conveniently located between Sandusky town center and Cedar Point. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The property very clean and nicely decorated. We will be back!

My family and I stayed for 3 days for my sons 16th bday! You can see Cedar Pointe from the house. Loved the location. Lots to do and see. The house was clean and everything was super easy and relaxing. The kids loved the basement with the ping pong table and games. The house is smaller but felt very spacious and bigger than i imagined. We would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

This little house was so perfect for my group. My husband, and I with our daughter and friend stayed here to travel to Cedar Point. The house is about a 5 to 10 minute drive, very convenient location to park or restaurants. Look forward to staying again for future visits.

Went to see the solar eclipse and it was a great location for it! The house is very cozy and comfortable and was perfect for our needs. We also did some birding in the area and once again it was a perfect location. Would definitely recommend and return if going to this area again.

This is great little property which suited our needs. A very Comfortable bed in the master, tvs in multiple rooms and a nice room in the basement with a Ping-Pong table. We didn't spend too much time there, but it was a great place to lay our heads before we headed out again. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Only complaint was that no bath towels or wash cloths were provided as stated on the listing so we had to go buy some.

Great little place. The only issue we had was the in the master bedroom. The bed needs replaced. The door side of the bed has been used so much, that side of the bed has no support.

Top notch! Beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood eight minutes from Cedar point. Great communication from Dawn and Pat, lovely homeowners. Keurig coffee maker, water bottles in the fridge, nice towels and linens provided as well as kitchen essentials…all of Dawn’s attention to detail. I highly recommend this home!

The property was very clean and well kept. It was close to Cedar Point and the Sports Complex. I appreciated all the linens. Too many times we are left with one towel per person and a couple of hand towels. We really enjoyed ourselves. If we return to Sandusky, we will stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at this property because we were in Sandusky for a baseball tournament. We loved the proximity to the Sports Park, but more so because it was in a quieter area where we could relax, walk to the water, and go downtown. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and we loved the touches like having a keurig and "real" towels (not cheap hotel towels!). We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a couple of days, and we loved the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the kids loved the game room and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s location is perfect, your basically 10 minutes from cedar point, ferries, and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Great place. Super clean and cutely decorated. Definitely a summer bargain compared to hotels. Good location and quiet. Suggestions to improve the place are if you have a welcome board put the appropriate names. I felt like I was at the wrong date or place cause it had another name. Replace the oven. It’s hard to cook with a broken handle and I was cooking to go to a birthday party. Don’t keep broken coffee mugs glued together for guest. Mugs are $1.25 at the dollar tree. I would definitely rent again. Especially if I wasn’t cooking for a party. Thank you for letting us share your home.
