About this house rental
Walk-down 75 feet of manicured grass to direct shoreline. Semi-private swim cove with views of Beaver Lake. Enjoy mature shade trees for picnic, lawn games or lounging at fire pit. Kayak, paddle board, lounge or swim directly from the backyard. Semi-wrap deck with 180 degree views of Beaver Lake. Water is easy walkable distance from house for taking kayaks, paddleboards, water toys and ice chests to the shoreline. Brand new interior and furnishings throughout this lakefront vacation rental with a dining area, bar area, island, bright kitchen for cooking and prepping meals and a second full kitchen downstairs for overflow cooking or prepping meals. Sunrise has three master bedroom suites, two have en-suite bathrooms upstairs, hallway 3rd full bathroom upstairs with shower/tub combo. Downstairs master suite loft room has a king bed with futon sleeper in loft. A fourth bedroom has two twin XL bunkbeds for four. Large full bath with custom shower downstairs accessible in hallway. Outside you will find two decks, a barbecue grill, patio furniture and fire table overlooking Beaver Lake. The shoreline is perfect calm waters for swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking and stand-up paddling. Excellent location just 12 minutes from downtown Rogers. Just off Hwy. 12 bridge in Rogers. Reviews were spot on - this property was very well furnished and sits right on beaver lake. Plenty of space for kids to sleep. They loved catching fish from the bank around thw dock and swimming off the dock too. Thanks

Everything was as expected. Great room for 9 people and great beach. Be sure to notice that the dock is not included with the property.

The property is gorgeous! It sits near the lake and the amenities it provides are great! It provides plenty of room for my friends and family staying! 2 kitchens made it easy to prepare for large groups and they had very high end appliances! Glad we found this property when deciding what lake house to stay in! There was a dock where the neighbor allowed us to load and unload our boat. They had kayaks and paddle board for us to use! A garage area where we can be as messy as we wanted. The epoxy flooring made clean up a breeze. Two dryers made for easy washing large towels! Our property manager was very easy to get a hold of and answered questions very quickly! Kudos to Jennifer and her team.

We had a great time and the home was beautiful and fully stocked. Loved the 2 refrigerators! Only issue was area of home was not boat friendly…..no where to turn boat around was very tight….had to back down the road to get boat out of there…..Everything else was wonderful! Would be nice to know before we got there it was not boat friendly…..

We had a great time, and the house was in great condition, and very cleanly. Spacious enough for our group, and on a very quiet street. We even got to see some beavers in the water on Sunday morning. We really enjoyed our time, and we hope to come back again!!

Property was as described. It was nice having the extra fridges for a large group as well as plenty of floatation toys for enjoying the water. We knew there was a steep hill leading to the water but it was difficult for older guests. Our host was available and responsive to whatever we needed.

The property was great! The house had an awesome layout. The patio was great to sit out and enjoy the view. We had a full beach day by just walking out the back door.

This house is beautifully renovated and great for a big group. The second living room was perfect for our young's kids to play and watch tv while other family members were able to sleep in, upstairs. Amazing view of the lake and the porch was so nice to sit out on and watch the sunrise/sunset. We also took the kids on the kayaks and found a slate beach to play out. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Only recommendation would be to add blinds/curtains in the bunk room as well as some ladders/rails for the bunk beds. We didn't have our young kids stay in that room for safety concerns.

I booked this for a surprise 50th bday for my husband and the weekend was fabulous! This property is amazing and the host, Jen is a wonderful, I can't say enough great things! Our family with ages from 17-70+ had a great time and we would/will go back! The water toys, kayaks and paddle board were so fun. Beautiful part of the lake!
This house is fully stocked and lots of space for a big group. Having two ovens and fridges was so helpful!
Take water shoes as it's rocky getting into lake, but not a big deal.
Again, can't say enough positive things about this property and host.

We had 8 adults and 3 young children in our group. This house fit our needs perfectly! It was very clean on check-in. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The kids loved having the lily pad on the dock and enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard.

Our family of 11, ages 12 to 79 stays at Beaver Shores for 5 nights. Everything was perfect…except for two days of 101 degrees, but that’s no fault of the house. Everything was as advertised, and the recently renovated house has every utensil, pot, and knife that you can think of, including some that we didn’t expect, like toothpicks, a bag of ice, nut bars, and fans in every room. We recommend it highly.

We stayed here over the 4th of July. House is newly renovated and nicely done. 10-15 minutes to Harps and NHM and downtown Rogers. And via water it is right in between Prairie Creek and Horseshoe Bend marinas. Our group really enjoyed the dock, lily pad, kayaks, stand up paddle board, and outdoor fire pit. Owners were very responsive when we ran out of anything. We'll be back.

The house is wonderful. The deck was my favorite place of the entire house. It was so very peaceful. The only suggestion is 'get more silverware'.

We had 4 families meeting here for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time! House was plenty big, loved sitting in the deck, fire pit at night and playing in the water during the day! The house is beautiful and fit all of us well!

My family of 10 (6 adults, 2 teens and 2 tweens) from Albuquerque spent 4 days and nights in this beautiful house over Memorial Day weekend. We were thrilled with the size, location and quality of the property. The house is beautiful, very clean, well stocked and has plenty of comfortable beds and 4 full bathrooms, not to mention 2 kitchens! It was easy to feed 10 hungry swimmers with a place for everyone to sit. Lots of TV's too so kids and adults could watch what they wanted. It is very close to Rogers and Prairie Creek Marina. The shoreline is wonderful for swimming and playing in the water. Everyone loved the paddle boards, kayaks and big floating lily pad plus there is a boat dock with a swim platform. There is a gas fire pit on the lower patio, where we enjoyed relaxing evenings and s'mores! There are lots of board games - great for a little rest out of the sun on one of the covered decks. The owners were very responsive both before and during our stay. Answered all our questions and came over on Memorial Day to replace the fire pit tank when we used it all up! They live close by. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend location or property. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you to the owners for sharing this wonderful property with us.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Our three families had plenty of space and tons of fun on Beaver Lake! The hosts were accessible when we had questions and were kind and generous and helping us have a fantastic weekend. Thanks to our hosts, we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding on this beautiful lake, sitting by the fire on the deck overlooking the lake, and had plenty of room to cook and serve meals to three families! We are already planning to come back next year!!

This is a gem of a location in Rogers AR, very close to everything. Beautiful lakefront property, amazing views, so relaxing and house was fully stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake. We had a wonderful time and will book this again when we come to visit our kiddo who is attending University of Arkansas! The local dining is also amazing!

Great lakefront property. Super clean and recently updated. Plenty of room for all 12 of our guests and in person the property was even better than the online pictures. Property owner was super responsive to make sure everything was as expected - and it was! Would definitely go back and also recommend to others who want a lake getaway.
