About this house rental
King Room - At 342 square ft. this boutique hotel room is extra spacious! Partial views of Mount Shasta from your windows! All of our rooms are non-smoking and this room does not allow pets. If you are traveling with a pet, please reserve Room 102 (our only pet friendly room). This private loft comes with AC, Wi-Fi, and self check-in. There are two comfortable chairs, a desk with lucite chair, a marble dining table for two and great natural light from the windows. The downtown location allows you to walk to nearly everything and experience life in Mt Shasta. Completely renovated in 2022 with all new furnishings throughout, tile shower/bath tub, fiber internet, wood floors, large screen smart tv, and 800 thread count Eqyptian Cotton sheets.
Spacious room with lots of natural light. Sitting area has partial views of Mt Shasta. Real marble dining table, real hardwood floors, genuine wool rug, desk for a perfect spot to get some work done. You'll love the brand new bathtub to relax in after a day of climbing the mountain.
Also includes a mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle.
Located in a historic building, you'll enter a common micro lobby, up one flight of stairs and then to your completely private room equipped with keyless smart lock entry for easy access. Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102.
Located at the best intersection downtown (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta's best spots are within walking distance! Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc..
This is truly the PERFECT LOCATION for walking to restaurants. Bikes are also a fun way to get around and can be easily rented from our neighbor directly across the street, The Fifth Season. If you're using a car, there's plenty of free on-street parking within 2 blocks to the east and south of the building.
