Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes away from Fort Sill, local restaurants, and shopping centers. Target, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Chuck E. Cheese are just a minute away, Fort Sill Army Base is 8-10 minutes away, and the Lawton/Ft. Sill airport is a mere 15-20 minutes from our location. In addition, Medicine Park and beautiful hiking trails are less than a 30-minute drive away.
A family-friendly neighborhood park is walking distance from the condo.

The property was very nice and accommodating. All instructions for property were in a book and easy to put to use. We would recommend this property to guest. Will use it again next year if available.

My recent stay at the Black House Modern-Chic Hideaway was amazing. Its location is superb, just minutes from Fort Sill, making it very convenient for my nephew’s BCT graduation. The condo offered a perfect gathering space and the most comfortable stay while in Lawton. My family really enjoyed the condo as well. Also its just a short drive to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge! The property is very clean and located in a great neighborhood. Johnnesha was a wonderful host—responsive and accommodating, even with last-minute requests. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in the future! Thank you again for everything!

We were in Lawton for our son's boot camp graduation. This property truly was EXCELLENT in every way! It was only about 15 min from Fort Sill, in a very quiet neighborhood/location and very close (5-10 min) from Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. Johnnesha was so friendly and very quick to respond to any messages. The interior of the property was immaculate, updated, and professionally designed. I wish the ratings went higher bc overall, this property would have gotten a much higher rating than simply 5 stars from me!!

Very clean, new appliances and we really appreciated the courtesy coffee, dish and laundry supplies! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well!

Took my family to go climb, Mount Scott, do some kayaking and some fishing and have a relaxing weekend. The space was beautiful and very well taken care of. Other than it being a little further away from the mountain than I was expecting, the space was perfect for what we needed.

When we arrived, we had a serious issue due to previous renters. I called immediately to discuss the issue and James came in and saved the weekend! The hosts did all they could to help and fix the situation. It was evident how much they cared about their property and service. The home is very clean, decorated well, and is a perfect fit for coming in to the army fort for family day and graduation. We enjoyed the family room area for a restful afternoon for our soldier. Location is convenient to the base. I recommend this place for families seeking a retreat for family day and graduation.

This rental experience overall was very good. The interior appearance, cleanliness, and added little touches made the experience exceptional. However, parking, the dimly lit entrance, and overall neighborhood was the only reason for my four out of five stars.

My family and I, 4 adults, stayed here to visit my son who was graduated from Basic Training at Fort Sill. It was convenient to the base, restaurants, and nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches - coffee, comfy king bed in the master, lots of charging ports, toiletries. Hands down the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Johnnesha was so nice and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here during family day and BCT graduation at Ft Sill. The town of Lawton, itself, was not much to see, but this condo was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the condo is nicely decorated and it was just a nice and cozy little place to hang out with our soldier for a few hours! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The property was nice and the interior of the unit is well appointed and the beds and couches are very comfortable. Good access to essentials and Ft. Sill. We chose this property for access to the pool which was not operable during our visit. The host worked with us to allow a shorter stay so we could check into a hotel and enjoy some pool time. I would stay here again. There was a good stock of coffee and a nice basket of snacks and water that were greatly appreciated.
