Welcome to 302 with a View, the only thing we overlook is the bay! Make yourself at home at our luxury condo that sits on a bluff overlooking Sister Bay Beach & Marina, Lake Michigan, Sister Islands and you can even catch a glimpse of the goats on the roof at Al Johnson’s!
Relaxing, beautiful, cozy, fully equipped and walking distance to all Sister Bay has to offer. It’s truly everything you are looking for!
Close to Sister Bay’s wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. During prime season, concerts can be enjoyed at Waterfront Park and several other establishments nearby and can sometimes be heard from the comfort of our balcony!
Our property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, that can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are ssmart TV’s in both bedrooms and living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, full size washer/dryer and a large, spacious balcony to soak up the sunsets Door County is famous for!

Megan was an amazing host, communicating with us upon booking, welcoming us upon arrival, & reachable throughout our stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it truly felt like it was our own home. Megan's home was so beautifully decorated & it was stocked with everything we needed & so much more!
We walked the short walk into town for most of our meals, many activities, and just enjoying the fun atmosphere of Sister Bay. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space for 4, and the view from the home was reason enough to return. Thank you so much for hosting us - we all had a great time!

Great location that's private but still close to everything. The views are amazing, and the condo was super clean with every amenity we needed. Checking in and out was easy and the communication from Megan before, during, and after was outstanding. This place is even nicer than the photos and without a doubt the nicest rental we've stayed at and will definitely be booking again!

This place is incredible. Walking in and seeing the view of the bay for the first time is the moment we knew we booked the right place. You are sitting above all of Sister Bay and feel both private and right in the mix. Megan and John made checking in/out a breeze and we appreciated all of the notes on the area that they sent over. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Property was exactly as described; gorgeous, clean space with a STUNNING view of Sister Bay. Condo had every amenity we could have needed, beds were super comfy, and beautifully styled. Only note to be aware of: elevator in building is ridiculously slow- 100% not a fault of the owners AT ALL- so did not factor in giving a perfect review score, just heads up- if you have mobility issues, or just a lot of luggage, it takes quite a while to get up/down. Beyond that, owners were responsive and friendly about any questions or callouts/concerns we had :)

We’ve been to Door County numerous times My wife and I would rate this place at the top of the list.
It had the best view of the Bay we’ve ever experienced. We watched fireworks from the balcony on Saturday night. It is a newer unit that has an excellent layout and comes with everything that one could need.
The owners provided a book sharing how to operate the tv’s, places to go, and other helpful notes for the unit.
We will definitely return to this place.

302 with a view is a fantastic property in Sister Bay! Beautiful finishes and incredible comfort. The condo is prepped with everything you need for your stay. We cooked dinner, made drinks, played games, watched shows, and slept in comfort. The view of the bay from the deck and main living area was perfect. It is a couple blocks to downtown Sister Bay’s restaurants and beach. The owners are friendly and incredibly responsive. My family can’t wait to come back for another stay!

This unit was a gem! It is tucked up just above the Main Street in Sister Bay, walking distance to amazing food and shopping. The view from the balcony is priceless. We are planning our family trip for next summer already!

Absolutely loved the condo. Well appointed and clean. Beautifully decorated and gorgeous view. The only minor critique/recommendation would be for black out shades in the bedrooms because there is outdoor lighting by the windows and the shutters let in quite a bit of light. Otherwise 10/10!

The view of the bay from the deck, the sailboats, the sunsets, are pure bliss. Splendid hosts are responsive and gracious. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed. The condo is sparkling clean, has soothing colors and the most thoughtful decor with a nod to local landmarks. The hosts go above and beyond with extra “delighters” including robes, wine, and a selection of local coffees and books, to name a few. We easily walked to shops, restaurants, the beach and the yacht marina. Impressive value with this fabulous condo. This is our pick for future stays for sure!

First off, the rental of a property begins with the hosts and Megan and John went above in answering my questions, prompt response time and not making me feel like I was bothering them. The place was gorgeous and airy and so clean and well maintained that there wasn't one thing that I would change. I know its not easy to maintain a quality rental but John and Megan have cracked the code. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

We have stayed in about 20+ VRBOs and none has compared to the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort. In addition, the completeness of kitchen and bath was phenomenal!! This is a super sensational property and should not be passed up. The view of the bay from the porch is incredible!! We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and perfect location. Walking distance to the Main Street for shopping/restaurants. I wish it had been a little warmer so we could have spent more time on the porch! I would absolutely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay. We have stayed at many different rentals in the area and I can say this is the best place we have stayed! It's clean, cozy, decorated beautifully, and the VIEW! I wanted to sit outside on the deck all morning long..it's really hard to beat a view like that. Safe to say we will definitely be back! :) We had great communication with the host as well!

Our first trip to door county. I found 302 with a view! I would highly recommend. The moment we walked in…we were in awe! The view is breathtaking! The condo is beautiful and spotless. Everything is top notch! Megan the owner is wonderful! It was hard to leave the deck and view but there is so much to do and see in the area too. We were not gone long only to return and relax again at 302! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo. It’s even better in person than the pictures. The view is amazing and fun to sit out on the porch and hear some live music. The condo itself has such a calm and relaxing feel to it. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners respond right away to answer questions and provide a great guide book with lots of helpful information. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The spectacular view of Sister Bay is even better in person, believe it or not. We loved the huge covered balcony and spent many mornings and evenings watching the boats and the water. The location is excellent. You can walk down the hill to restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and sparkly and beautiful and Megan was a joy to communicate with. All of the extra, thoughtful touches the hosts thought of made it a trip to remember. We can’t wait to return to 302 with a view!!

The interior decor is stylish and comfortable, with two elegant bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms to match. The high-end kitchen and living space is perfect for families. The condo was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice! The view is incredible. You can see all the way to the lake the moment you walk in the door. The property is right at the top of the hill in sister bay, with sidewalks all the way down to town. Super clean, nice balcony, convenient for visiting Sister Bay (which is usually hard to visit due to parking).

Point blank this is the best location and view I have seen in sister bay. Easy to walk to town with an amazing balcony view of the lake. We loved everything and will be back! Owners were awesome as well

5 Stars all around for our stay! Everything was seamless and a wonderful experience. From the beautiful views on the balcony, access to the town down a short hill, and amenities in the condo to meet the needs of my parents and my son!
