About this house rental

Great place with lots of room for fun. Privately managed by owners so you can expect great customer service and a beautiful well kept home. Worth the price! Our home is centrally located and near all the best DFW has to offer. It’s minutes from Downtown, Lovefield airport, DFW airport, Bishop arts, trinity groves, cowboys stadium, the AAC, DFW museums and much more. Everything is short drive or Uber away. The house is modern with all the amenities a family or group can need- like a hotel but for the whole family! The neighborhood is an older neighborhood with a mix of newer and older homes. We look forward to making your stay feel amazing.

Here are our quick notes on the property:

We are easy going people and we love to host your family and friends but we do have a few special notes that come along with having such a large newer home.

We require a government issued ID matching the guest name and card name used for booking. We reach out a couple days prior to check in for it to be provided.

We allow up to 25 guests overnight but the price you see if for 17 max. Any overnight guests over 17 must be factored in when booking and have a charge of $35/pp over 17 people. The majority of listings only offer up to 16 guests- thank for understanding the extra accommodations we make. When booking include all guests and the $35/pp over 17 will add itself. Not reporting all overnight guests can result in a booking cancellation.

We love our pets but if you will have a pet, please include the pet in your booking as a pet fee applies. We allow max of 3 pets. $80 for the first pet and $35 additional for each one after. Third party booking websites may not calculate it so please let us know if you have a pet and we can add the pet fee.

If you will have any non-overnight guests over for an extended period of time (over an hour) OR if you wish to host an event below are our event details.

We welcome events with approval (50 max- baby showers, wedding showers, etc). I must approve the event and guest count via written approval in the chat. Events like these require a fully refundable $250 deposit collected a week prior to check in as well as a non refundable $250 cleaning fee. Any unauthorized events and guests can result in a booking cancellation and no refund. Any guests over the approved amount in the chat for events can also result in extra fee's (we have had this happen before so sorry for the constant mentioning). Thank you for understanding the fee's associated with the events as many listing do not allow events at all.

Once booked, we will send the check in instructions three days prior to check in via chat- these include the code to get in and some tips to make the most of the home.

The day prior to check out we send the check out instructions. There are basically two asks- take out the trash AND leave all furniture where it was.

The home is our pride and joy so you can rest assured we care about your stay and we inspect it between every stay.

The house is new, clean and great for family gatherings . It can accommodate a lot of people. Theres 1 room and a bathroom downstairs and 4 rooms upstairs. There’s one room also that looks like a walk in closet converted into a room. There’s also plenty airbeds. with bedsheets. The kitchen is spacious with lots of utensils. The only thing I would like to suggest is the bathroom in the master’s bedroom to close it privacy since there’s 2 rooms in there . Host communicates everything you need before check in. Overall , we enjoyed our stay.

I hosted a bachelorette trip at the house and it was absolutely amazing!! The house was plenty big enough to hold all 13 of us. The house is so cute, it looks newly renovated! Nathalie is so sweet and even let us check in early to get the house decorated! I 100% recommend staying here!

We beamed the whole time. Our host was prompt and ready to respond to any of our needs and concerns. We had no real concerns except making sure we entered and exited the property efficiently. The master bedroom is amazing so if you’re booking with a group make sure you’re the lead so you get first dibs on that suite. The home is equipped to accommodate small children to infants so it’s excellent for family getaways. Especially if the grandparents are there. I plan on returning.

The only reason I rented this house because it was advertized as 6 bedrooms. but is actually 4 bedroom. having a bed in a master closet does not make it a bedroom and the downstairts office with a queen bed with not closet does'nt also count as a bedrroom, and that room smelled like sewer

This house was so beautiful! Me and family enjoyed it so much! The house had everything from a crockpot to q-tips in the bathroom this is by far the best house I’ve stayed at in Dallas.

This house is a perfect option for groups of friends and family. We were easily able to sleep 12 of us and plenty of entertainment upstairs and down. The location is great to access all of downtown and away from any inner city congestion. Roughly 15 to 20 minute drive to get pretty much anywhere. I would reccomend this stay!!

The property is well kept and very clean. It’s very spacious and there were more than enough beds for everyone. Nathalie is a great communicator and was available throughout the entire process. The only concern some might have is the neighborhood is a bit older. However, the property is so great it was a very minor concern. All our vehicles were safe and we felt secure during our entire stay.

Great place to stay. Very nice and very clean as pictured. Newly remodeled home. 3 bedrooms with the 4th full bedroom through the master and master bath; no other access. So take note of that. There are two living spaces, with the second upstairs space able to be an open bedroom of pullout sofas and two twin air mattresses. We fit 17 total easily. Neighborhood is a little rough looking, but the property has an alarm and useable garage with door. Overall very great stay. Only 20 min quick drive to Six Flags.

The entire home was well organized from living spaces to all bedrooms. We were a group of 25 and there was still more space. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Dallas area. The property host Natalie was very helpful and replied to any questions quickly.

We stayed at the house for the Passion 2023 DFW Conference. The house is amazing and everyone had plenty of space and privacy as well as fellowship space. Nathalie is wonderful to work with and quick to respond. There was nothing we wanted for. The neighborhood was unexpected, but with the garage and the security system, it helped put our mind at ease. I highly recommend this location for small or large groups.
