This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the ideal oasis for a family getaway or any kind of stay in sunny Southwest Florida. Only a couple miles from the beach, location is not the only perk of this stay. Enjoy the spacious living space, full kitchen equip with everything you will need, large swimming pool and private fenced in outdoor area perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends and family. The outdoor space includes a large jacuzzi as well as plenty of space for fetch with the dogs. This property is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Poinciana Village. They offer tennis courts, basketball court and children's playground which is in walking distance of the home!

Property was not as described in listing. House was not recently cleaned, including dead flowers on dinning room table, laundry left in washer, towels were dirty (had to purchase new ones), musty smell throughout house, spa is not usable, pool smells like rotting leaves and is dirty, rotting garbage filled garbage cans, broken doors in kitchen, and the house is overall in poor condition. The house is for sale and clearly the host is disinterested in a good experience for the guests. And didn't address any of the issues.

Nice well kept property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Owners are very responsive to questions/concerns and were fantastic to deal with. Best part was the super cool ginormous green lizard that would often hang out on the back fence! We'll definitely be back!

Air-conditioning filter was very dirty hadn't been changed in a long time. Pool was not heated and kind of looked dirty along with hot tub. No extra toilet paper had to go buy some. Garbage was overflowing out side had to take to the curb. Wouldn't rent again.

This is our second time staying at the house and everything was great. We used the Pool and Jacuzzi every day. Owners are great and communicated well. Highly recommend this house!!

My family and I booked this house last minute, it had everything we needed. The outdoor area is what sold us on booking, having the private pool, hot tub and outdoor lounge area with TV is everything. With that said, I definitely think there could be some areas where attention is needed but overall a great stay.

We were here to work. Just a place to crash at night. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus after a super hard workday, but way too much chlorine! The overall condition of the place could use some fixing up and a little TLC. Booking and check in were a breeze. Stay was just what we needed.

The house has a lot of natural light and open which I liked very much. The host is very communicative and answer all questions in seconds when you message him. The jacuzzi is perfect to use it at night or when the sun goes down. Very nice pool, it is big and warm. kitchen is full equipped. Some details here and there but the owner addressed them immediately. I don't give 5 stars because of some cleaning issues that I think it should be fixed.

The property is as the photos show, it is located in an area with easy access to the beach, food places and shops, communication with the owner is excellent, he quickly answer any question that is asked. We had a fun and enjoyable family stay.

Very nice property in wonderful location. Everything about the house and the area were exactly as described. Pool was great and the neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Access to the beach was no problem and only a short drive across town. We would love to stay here again for future trips!! Well worth the price and experience!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet area with a nice pool. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the house was not adequate - but we still had a fantastic holiday. If the house had a little more kitchen stuff and a better air conditioning and a few more sunbeds -- then everything was tip top perfect :-) The owner answered questions quickly and was easy to get hold of.

Nice home. Never could get the ceiling fans in the living & dining rooms to work properly. Lights never worked our entire stay. Remotes need replaced evidently.

Overall a good house to stay at with a few friends or your family. Nice homeowner who replied to inquiries. Nice hottub and pool. The water in the hot tub seemed a little dirty, we checked out the day the pool guy comes to clean weekly, so I guess just bad timing. Nice outdoor area and nicely remodeled interior. A/C worked great and plenty of ceiling fans too. Newer big comfy couch in the living room. Some small things were lacking like extra pillows and blankets. Also could use some more quality towels. Felt like we were using old stuff that was thrown together. Overall a thumbs up.

This home was a great fit for our trip to Naples. Close enough to everything, but just far enough away where it was a little more affordable and quiet. The pool and hot tub we great to have with our little one, and the home was very very clean and cozy.

The house is location a quiet neighborhood, 15 mins to Mercato and about the same to the 5th Ave. House is old but recently somewhat renovated. Looks better in the pictures. Host was great at communicating. Few things to know before you book. Outside tv is not working, lounge chair cushions around the pool area are all ripped and in a very bad shape. Same goes for beach chairs and beach towels (bring your own towels!!!) It would’ve been nice if the host provided some keurig pods… Everything considered, the house is ok but definitely not great.

This property was clean, well stocked, and apparently recently remodeled…new and pretty! It was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The back yard was like a little Florida Oasis with the pool, spa, sand colored deck and tropical trees. We brought our 2 small dogs with us and the securely fenced in yard was just perfect for them. The host was extremely responsive the 3 or 4 times we reached out to him. I would highly recommend this property for couples or families.

We had a great time at this house! Our host was very friendly and responsive. The pool and backyard were absolutely perfect, and the house was cute. Our niece loved “her ocean room” with the bunk beds! We did have a couple of hang ups. If you like memory foam mattresses than you’re good to go! But we weren’t fans of them in the master bedroom because you could feel the boxspring boards underneath so it felt lumpy. Also, there’s no usable closet in the master, so you have to have your luggages out in the room and hang your stuff in the coat closet by the front door. Not a huge deal, but was a little weird. The kitchen isn’t really equipped for full on cooking, there were 2 pots but no pans, we were able to make due. And it’s a little warm in the bedrooms at night since you can’t drop the AC below 72, but the fans in every room helped. All in all we still had a great time and these were minor inconveniences.

This property was exactly as described and pictured. We could not have found a better location, the home is centrally located to everything Naples has to offer. It is just minutes from the beach, 5th Street, the Mercato area, etc and our family absolutely loved the neighborhood. The home owners were very nice and accommodating. They checked in several times during our stay to see how things were going and to see if we needed anything. They were super quick to respond anytime we reached out to them. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future needs.
