About this villa rental

Located just 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and minutes to numerous restaurants and outlet malls. This well-equipped villa will surely make your visit to Florida comfortable and very memorable.

For people not familiar with the area, Kissimmee is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. For the exact location of the villa and proximity to the parks, zoom out slightly on the map below.

The villa has a very comfortable king bed, it is fully equipped with everything you need from towels, sheets, bathroom essentials, iron, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and blender.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting touches surfaces ( lights, switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc ) before your check-in.

Although we are making these efforts to clean and disinfect, please take your own precautions.

Parking is a few steps away from the unit for convenience. At the clubhouse, also a few steps away, there are computers and printers for guests to use, gym, laundry room, heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, a BBQ area and basketball court.

Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the villa with self check-in and keyless entry door lock and free parking. We provide an initial supply of bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo+conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.

We can arrange a pack n play for an additional fee of $45 for an entire stay.

Excellent property! You will not be disappointed with this condo. It has everything you need and is conveniently located to all Orlando has to offer. Check in is super easy and host is very attentive during your stay should you need anything. Property is extremely clean, comfortable, close to pool and club house, within a mile walk to ice cream & restaurants and about 20 min drive to Univeral Studios and 5 min drive to Old Town. Very close to Disney and all it has to offer. We spent a day shopping at Disney Springs which was fun! We had groceries delivered easily for the stay but be sure to order extra toiletries for a longer stay since those are limited. King bed is large and comfortable and the sofa sleeper in the living room folds out to make a nice size bed. You have a microwave, toaster and stove top for cooking up food (no oven) and everything worked great! Also a small coffee pot for the morning. Pool was nice and never very busy but sadly the hot tub was not working. I would recommend bringing large beach towels since they are not provided or buying them from the Walgreens down the road. It was a nice quiet complex and we were very happy with this stay! Check out process was quick and easy also which was nice. Mother daughter trip success!

Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again!

Unit was very small and needs a little work but acceptable for the purpose we used it for. Areas needing some maintenance: Tub shower has a rust spot at base of tile near the toilet, bathroom closet door right side would not properly slide, & drawer for knives, forks & spoons didn’t slide in and out smoothly (seemed like it was off the guide track).

The unit was very clean and the living area has been updated. It was a great location for the area I needed. The unit was quiet and the living space was comfortable. Be advised this unit is on the second floor, which for me was not a problem, but if you have mobility issues be aware. Also, the bed was hard as a rock. I stayed 7 nights and dreaded going to sleep. The pillows were flat and the linens were worn. I would habe slept on the couch but there were no extra linens to use. Tatiana was very responsive and I appreciated her assistance. Other than the bed, I had a positive and experience.

This villa is close to Disneyworld as well as local amenities. Our host checked in on our stay and was very kind and responsive. The villa is worth the price. The downsides were that the bed was very firm and we dealt with a few bugs. And each towel had a hair on it.

This place is great for a short stay. Very well equipped and comfortable. We could see fireworks from our window every night. Short drive to Disney parks and centrally located to other area attractions. My only complaints are that the menus in the room for area delivery are outdated which made it a little difficult to order dinner when we didn’t eat in the parks. And traveling with little kids it was a little worrisome that there was not a lock from the inside of the unit to stop the kids from getting out. There is a flip lock but no orher way to secure the door. Those are so minor I wouldn’t even take a star away. This unit def made it to our short list of places to stay when we come back.

Tatiana's condo was a perfect location for our time spent at Disney. It was clean and check in/out was a breeze. The pool is just across the street and was clean and well kept. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This property was even better than advertised. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location for us was perfect. The owner, Tatiana, made check-in very easy. She communicated with us to ensure our check in went well and that we had everything. We encountered no issues or problems with the unit. There were two towel made ducks on the bed when we arrived. It reminded us of our cruise ship sailings. Tatiana's unit was definitely one of the best if not the best of properties we've stayed. We'll positively stay at this location the next time we visit the area.

Perfect stay for our small group of 4. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Comfy pull out bed. Good location being just 15min drive from Seaworld and Disney parks. TONS of shops, Funland, and restaurants a miles walk away. Very nice pool. Only complaint was an annoying dog that didn’t stop barking all night under us. Hopefully just another short term renter. Tatianna was such a helpful, communicative host!

The property was perfect for a short weekend at Disney. We were able to do the parks at our leisure and still have time to drive back in the afternoon make lunch and take a nap and still go back to the park when it wasn't 9,000° at night. We did not get a chance to utalize the pool but my husband did use the jacuzzi and the pool area was well kept and clean.

My teenage daughter and I visited. Initially she planned to stay on the couch, but the bed was comfy and large so she stayed with me. Perfect for the two of us and so close to Disney. Owner checked to make sure everything was ok and we will definitely keep in mind for a stay again!

We booked this Vrbo for an anniversary trip and loved this home. Everything you need is within driving distance. The home was very clean and the owner was very responsive. She made sure that we had everything that we needed for the duration of our trip. Definitely a great home to book for a nice getaway.

Was a great stay, pool was wonderful, property was quiet and comfortable. Condo was nicely equipped. Only recommendation would be to replace the bed, it is very hard, squeaky and quite uncomfortable.

This is a small condo but perfect for a couple (king bed) and very close to Disney! You can even walk to good restaurants, grocery and pharmacies if needed. The place is clean and check-in and out was top notch. Tatianna messaged me several times to ensure my stay was going well. Highly recommend!

Cozy apartment perfect for a couple or one person. Everything was easy and went as planned. You cannot get a better location in relation to Disney. Affordable too -- much less than a hotel room yet has more amenities and is very comfortable. Highly recommend.
