About this house rental

Come enjoy our cozy, newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in the quaint Cove district neighborhood. Views of Cedar Point and the Sandusky Bay. 1 mile from the Cedar Point causeway, 3 miles from Sports Force Athletic Complex, 3.5 miles from a public boat ramp, and 1 mile from downtown Sandusky, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, dining and pubs. The Jet Express Island ferry, Jackson Street Pier and many other attractions are also in downtown Sandusky.

The house has been completely remodeled in the spring of 2022 with all new furniture, appliances, and beds. Sleeps max 6 people with a large sectional couch which could be used for a 7th person (not a pullout sleeper) Bedroom 1 has one queen bed , Bedroom 2 has two twin XL, Bedroom 3 has two twin XL ( Twin XL is an extra long twin bed). Wifi and large smart TV in living room, fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens provided and outdoor gas grill available. Off Street parking and extra side driveway available for boat and jetski parking.

This is a great place to enjoy Lake Erie Shores and Islands, Cedar Point, or just a quiet get away

Property is as exactly as shown in pictures. Very comfortable and clean. Clean, and well appointed with towels, etc. I would recommend this property and will use again when needed.

The property was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Was literally down the road from cedar point so we were able to come and go from cedar point with ease so kiddos could nap/eat lunch/change out of water park clothes!

This was our first experience with a stay like this and we were very satisfied with everything. Love the little details like the towel dog in the bathroom and the towel bow in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property. We all felt very comfortable in the home, neighborhood.

Our wedding guest stayed at condo and said that it was lovely. The condo is in the heart of Sandusky and communication with Ryan was quick and satisfactory. Definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Pretty nice little place to stay if you want to have quick access to CP. Only a few things to note: There is a coyote statue next door, so don't be alarmed if you pull in when it's dark and think it's alive. lol- we did. Some of the flooring is uneven and you could hurt your foot if you are not cautious. The kitchen table benches are LOUD when you sit down. No Keurig, normal coffee pot. I question the Queen size bed in the master. Seemed small. Could do with a nightlight for kids. All the hand soap bottles were nearly empty. Otherwise nice. Appliances were newer, towels were nice, couch was spacious. It was clean. AC was good. Washer/dry were nice and not ancient like some VRBOs. WIFI seemed adequate. No deal breakers, just little nuances. Would recommend.

In town for a long weekend for a softball tournament. Our family of 4 and our son's friend. Great location. Very clean. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. Would stay again!

The house was perfect. It was clean, and well kept. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We went to cedar point, and it was super close. Everything was perfect. We would recommend the house and we would definitely stay at it again.

Everything at the house worked out very well for us. Everything was extremely well-kept and complete. We were able to prepare meals together, enjoy the lovely back yard (that's where we watched the eclipse), and have good conversations in the living room. The house is near some of the Sandusky docks, and we were able to watch water birds on neighborhood walks. My husband and I, our two adult daughers, and my sister-in-law found the house provided bothprivate spaces and congenial spots for sharing meals, conversation, and activities.

This was a perfect place and the location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well supplied. If I had to make any suggestion it would be putting in the floor length mirrors in the other 2 bedrooms. Keep in mind we had 4 women stay. Other then that it was very nice and homey

We were there for a wedding and really just needed a place for sleeping. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed some TV and fellowship while there. Sandusky comes alive at night!! Great restaurants and we found a bar with live music Friday night, a very pleasant surprise! Wish we would have had more time to explore the area. 👍

We stayed at this home while enjoying our weekend at Cedar Point. It was clean and quiet. The owner left numbers for quick contact if there was a problem (we did not have any). It was the perfect size for my family of 6. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay!

The house is as described-everything looks new and it’s very welcoming. The location is super convenient if you are planning to visit Cedar Point, which is what we were doing. We had dinner one evening in the downtown Sandusky area, which is also super close. The beds were comfortable, parking is great, and there is plenty of room to throw a football in the backyard.

Safety is my main complaint. Front door and back door had only handle locks,the kind you would see on a interior bedroom or bathroom door. Very easy to break . No bolt lock was present. Additionaly a key was used to gain entry. It could be duplicated by anyone renting who could then return anytime. I have never seen a home or apartment without a bolt lock. Emailed owner who stated he would consider this later as an upgrade. This is not an upgrade but MINIMUM standard. He is setting himself for a lawsuit should something happen. I would have never rented had I known.

Booked for two nights only stayed one but property was nice overall. I would recommend getting actual glasses instead of plastic, but otherwise, nice!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force. Great location for that as well as Cedar Point. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Instead of using the couch, we had plenty of room for a single blow up mattress in the one twin bed bedroom. The house is as nice as it is in the pictures. We would definitely recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by how cute and clean this house is. We have 4 children that each had their own bed (fans in the closet were a bonus). The kitchen table fit us well and everything was neatly organized. It was about a 5 minute drive to the amusement park. Loved it!

We decided last minute to stay in Sandusky and there were very few properties available. When this property came up I was pleasantly surprised, I even wondered if it was too good to be true, but went ahead and booked. After communicating with the owner I was more reassured that it was a good choice. On arriving at the property my doubts were gone. It was perfect, very light and airy, nicely updated. The property was located close to Downtown in a quiet street. Everything in the property was brand new, the beds were comfortable. The decor was modern, neutral with a cool beachy vibe. It had everything you could possibly need in a rental property and was immaculate. We immediately felt at home, which ensured we had a great weekend vacation. Thanks Bryan

My family was in town for a baseball tournament and was so happy to find this perfect place to stay. It was so easy to drop off siblings to Cedar Point while quickly getting our son to the game. The place itself is nice and spacious and clean. We had 5 people staying and had plenty of room to relax and eat together. I would highly recommend this property.

Initially I was a little circumspect when at the last minute I checked if there were any VRBO units available in Sandusky the day we were leaving to go there and saw Bryan's brand new listing and thought it might be too good to be true as there were no reviews. I sent Bryan a message to see if this was for real or potentially a scam. He was quick to respond and reassured me that he had just gotten the City to sign off for occupancy as he had just renovated the house. We cancelled our hotel reservation and book the house. I communicated with Bryan on Thursday and Friday as we had a 12 hour trip. We were able to gain access before the scheduled 4:00 check in time. The unit was as good if not better than the pictures. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from downtown. There were minor issues as we were the first renters i.e. internet related and the unit did not have any pots. Bryan was quick to respond and both the internet and pots were resolved quickly. The unit more than satisfied our needs and was way better than spending three nights in a gross, cramped hotel. Bryan is a great host!
