Recently stayed here with my family & our friends and their two kids. The house was in the perfect location close to the vineyards and all the fall fun activities. Right on the water, the house was cozy with that beach cottage vibe. Will love to stay again!

From the moment we entered the property we were absolutely captivated! Spectacular views and the decor of the cottage is exactly as the pictures portray! The host was also easily accessible to answer my questions. Property is a must book!

This was a GREAT getaway. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The sunrises are amazing and a perfect addition to an early morning with a cup of tea.

Every year my partner and the rest of the old lady gang have a getaway. This year the theme was to resolve, heal and build and that’s exactly what we did. The home is absolutely beautiful. As soon as we entered we were wowed by the view. I called the owner and asked how could you leave this place? She laughed and thanked me for the compliment. Mary was incredibly sweet.
The home is literally surrounded by the Peconic Bay, it has upscale furnishings and had everything that we needed to entertain ourselves. My only complaint is that the weekend went to fast. We all felt as if we needed more time. Mary, if you will have us, we will be back. We have fallen in love with this home.

The cottage was exactly as depicted in the photos. We fell in love the minute we stepped out of the car. The house is beautifully decorated and has wonderful views of Peconic Bay. There is a pod and drip coffee maker available. Spices were left for our use which was a nice touch. You could definitely swim and paddleboard in the bay. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I was a bit concerned that there was only one bathroom in the house but that did not pose a problem for us as there were only 3 of us staying on-site. The other bathroom is a few steps away from house is indoor, clean and nicely done. We look forward to returning for another stay.

We spent a lovely weekend here with two other couples. Just a beautiful place. Perfectly designed with several extremely comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. A great, windowed front room with a large dining table that features a very comfy banquette opposite a sunny seating (napping?) area with a big overstuffed couch and two wicker chairs that lend the space a kind of beach house chic. Big, very functional chef's style kitchen overlooking a large well appointed living room with a big screen TV for watching a movie. We had no need for the fireplace (it was 90 degrees) but there is one. One really nice feature of the cottage is the way you can open French doors and wraparound windows to the salty sweet bay breezes. The bedrooms are equally lovely, two downstairs, one up, and a big, HGTV bathroom. The owner supplies hotel quality linens and towels. A real plus. There is a second bath out in the garage, sounds weird, but it was just fine. A cute outdoor shower, too. There is a fabulous Bayfront patio set up for outdoor dining and then down a wooden ladder to the sandy bulkhead beach. A dip in Peconic Bay is not to be missed. Depending on the tide, the area in front of the house is about three to four feet deep. Kids might need floaties. Adults might enjoy floating around, too. We had a great time and can recommend the place highly. Can't wait to come again.

We had a terrific stay at this waterfront cottage. They've done a wonderful job of refurbishing the cottage. The floors, windows and decor were all great. Open views of the water from every nook in the house. The back yard was super comfortable both in the grass and on the deck. Coffee in the morning; rose in the evening. Can't wait to come back.
